"Soon we can give users possibility to decrease fee on sha-256 contracts", yet the mail received states they already knew at least a day earlier (??) that the maintenance and electricity fees were lowered ?
Kinda weird, but then again, that might also be due to a minor miscommunication. It just means that we will offer something new besides last maintenance fee decrease. |

Still your maintenance fee is quite high as otehr company have less ..can you check on the fee to reduce We are working on it. Soon we can give users possibility to decrease fee on sha-256 contracts. So if you are a real Mining Company and NOT a Ponzi simply prove that you are mining. OK, I got it. |

Let me start out clear: HashFlare is NOT legit. It's a ponzi. Wow O_O that was hurt. I am not going to introduce new proof-points here as you seem to ignore even the previous ones. There were hardware delivery issues, but all users who have had any with HashCoins were contacted, and their situations were resolved. You can even see the people who got into this tricky situation writing here. If there were any real issues which we are not solving - then you could provide some real examples and not the issue which we had a year ago and which has already been fixed. In any case we have never been disrespectful towards those who decide not to choose our services. If you feel that there is a better place for your investments, then please act according to your personal interest, decisions and feelings. Soon it will be almost a year since HashFlare has been launched and there was not a single issue where you could call us a "ponzi". |

вы ведь у себя применяете эту технологию? Да, на данный момент используем технологию эмеркоина только для доступа к майнерам. Почему нет возможности провеки ssl-сертификата на логин в панель? Дело упирается в CDN, которую мы используем - CloudFlare. На данный момент подключение через неё возможности проверки ssl требует больших ресурсозатрат, к сожалению. |

would you mind to spare some photos of the Hardware you are using? Will you payout in ether? Yes and yes We will spare new photos when we will assemble racks and install the hardware. A Hashflare CEO standing in front of their farm holding piece of paper with the date and Hashflare sign on it would solve a lot of issues people have about this company.
How hard can that be? I'm sure it will not be a hard case. I made a purchase back in November of 150 MH/s scrypt and I was able to withdraw with no problems. But all of a sudden around mid-January my account was on hold so I emailed support. I sent on Jan 21st. They emailed me back and said that the hold would end on Jan 27th, so I waited even though there was no reason why it should be on hold. I hadn't made a purchase, changed my password, or btc address. It was still on hold so I email them again. I get a response telling me that my purchase requires verification. They need screenshots of my account history, name, address, account balance, pool allocation, hashrate, images of my credit card, images of my government id, and a bill verifying my address. Then they said if I don't send the info within 60 hours then the purchase will be refunded to my credit card. That was Jan 28th. I just sent my info on Feb 14th because I never got a refund and my account is still on hold.
I have no idea why this would be happening after I have been able to withdraw before with no problems. Hmm...it's a common practise when detect some kind of fraud but I can not say right now about your case. Он не понимает зачем Вы продаете хешрейт, если можете самостоятельно намайнить биткоины (не продавая хешрейт), получить (намайнить) биткоины, затем обменять необходимую сумму биткоинов на бирже и оплатить за полученный фиат электричество и налоги. Тут всё и просто и сложно одновременно: сложно конкурировать с большими фермармами асиков, чтобы держаться "на плаву" только за счет намайненных битков. У нас не ферма, у нас Дата-центр, масштабы несколько разные. Плюс, как и говорил уже - облачный майнинг это решение HashCoins по реализации произведенного оборудования, такая бизнес-модель. |

Смысл в такой реализации, если оборудование всё равно не отгружено, занимает место, расходует электроэнергию, требует обслуживания и т. д., плюс в нагрузку морока с сайтом, подсчёт кому сколько начислить дохода/мощности, возня с учётом кто сколько ввёл/вывел. Почему вы так думаете? Многим людям вовсе не хочется тратить 300 долларов, чтобы купить себе майнер, куда-то его поставить, следить за ним и ухаживать. Многим людям хочется, чтобы процесс был простой и не дорогой - вот вам и смысл сдавать оборудование в аренду. И всё-таки вы не ответили. Налоговая биткоины не принимает. Вы решили пойти по трудному пути и взять фиат через аренду. Вы только фиат в оплату аренды принимаете, верно? Почему не сделать проще, не одевать штаны через голову задом наперёд и не менять намайненное в обменниках или биржах? Пардон, я может просто не совсем верно вас понял изначально. Если я снова не про то отвечаю, поправьте меня, пожалуйста, и переформулируйте вопрос. Не совсем понимаю, причем тут налоговая и биткоины? Купить контракт на аренду оборудования можно и через битки. О чем явно указано при попытке купить хещрейт. Комиссия за обслуживание снимается в битках с пользователя. К чему именно вы клоните, говоря про обмен намайненых битков на бирже? |

А что мешает не одевать штаны через голову, а продать намайненное на бирже или в обменнике за фиат? думаю, это валидный вариант, когда ты - хозяин собственной фермы, которая майнит, а ты уже на это живешь. В нашем случае есть компания производитель майнинг оборудования - HashCoins - которой требуется так или иначе реализовывать произведенное оборудование. |

Вопрос автору темы: зачем вам делиться доходом от майнинга? Если такая доходная штука майнинг, почему бы на полученный выхлоп не закупать оборудование самим, и не нужно ни у кого одалживать, вести сайт, подсчитывать начисления и прочей досадной ерундой не заниматься?

We are currently working on correcting users' balances and will restore normal operation of HashFlare by 12:00 GMT Feb 09 latest. |
