121  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling Rolex Oyster Perpetual Air-King - 100 BTC on: December 05, 2012, 12:46:32 PM
Lowering to 100 BTC.

This is insainly cheap, Can you not sell for local currency? you will get alot more moula to buy more than 100BTC!

It's out of my league, but I will offer 75BTC, but here is the deal, When I get it, I will take it to a proper shop and ask for authenticity, If it's genuine, I will let you keep my deposit, If not, I will send back and deal off.

My guess was that the blitz to sell off stuff was to cover your deposit (and to get more SR swag). Your offer of 78.03, after interest, isn't that much of a leap since dank already knocked 30% off in desperation.

<insert nonsensical and generic response from dank saying that love and weed will cure everything>

I think you need a new avatar. Smiley

I'm still acting manager of dank, but then again it's not like any A&R reps are going to even dignify the demo I'm sending out with a response. Ironically I probably did more to actually promote dank than dank, though I might have done it in a way that would burn any possible bridges in the music industry, even if his music didn't sound like two cats fucking in a lawnmower.

Do I send the bill to you when I get hurt at danks imaginary concert?

If you don't mind getting paid in man-love, have at it.

You're the only person with any knowledge of a future rape at the festival.  As I assume everyone there will be loving, it only makes sense that you would be the one committing the rape.  Otherwise, why are you creating nonexistent realities?  Fear mongering?

I extrapolate from the past to know the future. I've been to million person love festivals. Several times. You know, Berlin, Love Parade? These things? There always was a rape.
Because past = present, right?  Everyone will be with their soulmate, there will be no rape.

Seriously, how do you not get that there will be security issues at your imaginary concert, even if it's just someone tripping over and hurting themselves?

Ha! I have event stats from my region for the last decade, tl;dr a previous student job was booking logistics at events amongst other things. If I wasn't banging my face against my desk trying to finish a semester project I'd be curious to calculate the amount of event participants required to have to expect sexual battery with a reasonable margin of error.

Glancing over the numbers, it's low. Like, fuck, low.

Since when can someone write a bunch of rules to life and impose them violently over millions of people?

Since the Code of Ur-Nammu about 2100 BC. You know, when there were enough people around that hitting someone's face with a fist was no longer considered a valid method of determining who's right and who's wrong.
Yes, precisely, nor is handcuffing and imprisoning people.  You talk to people when you have differences.

I don't think talking is going to help much, when that enraged former weightlifter of a father mistakes you for a punching bag, cause his daughter was raped force-loved at your security void dank fest.

Fgervais, everyone is a good person deep down.  If we treated everyone with love, we could all find our inner goodness.  Detaining people is not love, that is, unless I'm doin it. Wink

Forcibly imposing control on humans is not love.

Don't forget, even though he has no fucking clue how, dank knows there will be a concert because he sees the future!

Also, he just gave massive cred to my "his soulmate has rape in her future" theory.

Since you never had a job you'll obviously not know this, but handcuffing the person you're arresting is as much for their safety as it is for yours. Same goes with restraints in hospitals. Though some might, most people in a position of authority don't wank off every night thinking of the poor bugger they restrained earlier in the day.

As for imprisoning, I'll actually meet you half-way by saying that your country has retarded drug incarceration rates, but really, you don't see anyone deserving of prison? At all?

Strange how Kid Cudi is quite the social media whore but he's not promoting his upcoming appearance at *the biggest musical festival evah* anywhere.

He actually is finishing up an album and has been in hermit mode for a while. He's probably saving up his energy, and he wants the show to be a surprise.

Still waiting on a Facebook event or something dank, the people need to know about this awesome event.
131  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Dank Bank Deposits - dank soul guarantee - New music Nov 30th on: December 05, 2012, 12:28:22 AM
How long would you like to invest for?  You can use the address in my sig, thanks.

I think if you are not a scammer , then this information should be publicly available.

I haven't scammed anyone for the past 1.5 years I've been here through 1000+ BTC of trades.  What information?

Since you are attempting to run a financial organization and you are based in the US,  you are required by LAW
too publish interest rates and periods for any deposits with your organization.

So if it is interest free/interest paid then you need to state this, along with any fee structures, if not then you are breaking the law.

And as for your "I have not scammed anyone for 1.5 years", its like a  recovering alcoholic saying they have not had a drink for 1.5 years.

If you are serious then lets see the information.

I'll save you the headache, he says it's not a bank. Because.

I still find hilarious that he publishes rates in the OP.

I'm still trying to figure out why someone would loan money to someone free. IBB does it for the religious angle, but other than that...

I loan people money for free all the time.  Of course they're people I actually know and care about and most of the time I regard it as a gift that I don't really expect back.

Well, yeah, from that point of view I too loan out cash or stuff all the time, I even borrow from time to time, but you know, begging on the interwebs for free money.
132  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Dank Bank Deposits - dank soul guarantee - New music Nov 30th on: December 05, 2012, 12:22:28 AM
By my calculations dank's rent must be due again soon.  Yet he doesn't even have the funds to get to California to organise the world's biggest music festival.  I sense a disturbance in the Force approaching.

Heh, his watch was up for a week and he already knocked 500$ off. You don't knock 30% off unless you need cash sharpish, or don't know how money works. Either way...

Heeeeeeeeheeeeeee.....
"It's endless problems, which you only create yourself, just like life."

I just thought of a really cruel trick.

I'm going to send some bitcoins to your bank.
if  you don't return them with interest, then I will apply for a scammer tag for you.....
Which is going to look really cool next to your logo....

HC

Bank is supposedly interest free now.

Even then, why do you need anything?  All you need is in your soul.

Then your soul should be able to get you to the West Coast.  Why are you such a special snowflake that you can't get yourself from one side of the country to the other without money when young people have been getting themselves around the US, Europe, Asia and Australia without money for decades?  You could have already been to the West Coast and back by now if you actually got off your ass occasionally.

Dank, have you considered using your soul as collateral to obtain a secured loan?
That's what I've been doing with Dank Bank.  Looking for investors.

Is it interest free or not? You changed the title, but not the OP.
135  Other / Off-topic / Re: Dank Dream 2012 on: December 04, 2012, 11:01:21 PM
If they want the music festival insured, they should do it their self.

I'd say that it's pretty bad karma not to do whatever you can to protect the fellow human beings you love so much from possible harm and loss at the event you're organising.  There's not going to be some magic forcefield keeping out trouble-makers.

I'm getting tired of this bullshit.  Time to contact the artists you maintain are "probably" going to perform at your festival and find out whether they've even heard of the event.
How does giving someone a bunch of money protect you?  It doesn't.  It gives you an expensive illusion of protection.

Yup, running an uninsured "music festival" is clearly covered there.

Go on, explain to me how an event is an act of free speech as covered by the amendment.
Yeah, clearly.

Edumacate yourself you mouth breather.

Of course, you'll need insurance to cover yourself as well remember. Could be pricey.

Oh wait, just wheel out the old 'Danksurance'. Should cover every eventuality.
No.  Insurance exists based solely on fear of something bad happening, with a false pretense that insurance will actually do anything to correct that incident.  Nothing bad will happen, faith is the only insurance I need.

The law says different. (I know your god and that, but you are most defiantly not above the law.)
The law = control.  If they want the music festival insured, they should do it their self.

So you've never bothered with car insurance then. The law should pay by your reasoning. LOL Cheesy
No, it shouldn't exist.  Since when can someone write a bunch of rules to life and impose them violently over millions of people?

America is a free country, I will act freely, in coordinance with the constitution, by expressing my first amendment right to peacefully assemble this music festival.

Quote
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

That's just the tip of the insanity iceberg.

It will, perhaps it isn't time yet.

Princess, you got a million people to entice to come to your event, never mind the fact that you need to actually plan it a little. 17 days left. Get moving.

Do you at least have something like a facebook event up yet?
139  Other / Off-topic / Re: Dank Dream 2012 on: December 04, 2012, 09:13:41 PM
Yeah, but on December 21st dreams will be real yadda yadda yadda.

So dank, still no news about hiring a security firm or medical staff for the event?

I know you said you were ok with casualties during your event, but have you figured out exactly how many dead participants are within an acceptable margin of operation?

Bad idea, dank going solo to Europe is like the beginning of all the Hostel movies.
