is this normal that sia is more profitable ?

Wow, not normally.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. anything wrong with VTC pool on: December 08, 2017, 07:31:18 AM
HI miningpoolhub,Is there anything wrong with vtc pool?
I can't cash out now. both ap and mp.
and i find the balance are not correct。

You can only cash out the amount in the wallet all 'credited'.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: December 08, 2017, 07:26:49 AM
OK got most of it working.

Just a little confused about the BALANCES screen and Manage each wallet.

I set Auto exchange to Bitcoin.

So for coin type when I click Manage Each Wallet --> Pool Account comes up next.

Payment address will this be the address to send to my BTC address?  The coin will get changed to BTC before it is sent?

Probably really noob questions.

I think I can answer my own question.

This what I did.

Click the Bitcoin Pool on the left, then wallet, then address for my BTC, then a Auto payout threshold and OTP and Update.  Is that correct?

Yes, the bitcoin will stay in the pool unless you withdraw manually or set a withdraw threshold.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: December 08, 2017, 07:24:03 AM
I was going to try your scrypt profit switching, I set to port 12001, set up a worker, set the job to scrypt under auto switching, set autoexchange to litecoin, and my miner reported shares accepted, but after bumbling around the site for 15 minutes, I couldn't find any way to see my worker in action, see what algo it was on, see what hashrate miningpoolhub is reporting, anything.  Do you have a dashboard for auto-switched workers so I can see what they're up to and confirm they're properly configured?  I apologize if I missed something obvious.  Thank you.

It is four separate pools; it will switch between them but there is no unified dashboard:
https://litecoin.miningpoolhub.com/index.php?page=account&action=workers
https://gamecredits.miningpoolhub.com/index.php?page=account&action=workers
https://verge-scrypt.miningpoolhub.com/index.php?page=account&action=workers
https://sexcoin.miningpoolhub.com/index.php?page=account&action=workers

Honestly though, if you have an ASIC then use Zpool:
Bitmain L3+ Settings:
URL: scrypt.mine.zpool.ca:3433#xnsub
Worker: <Bitcoin Wallet>
Password: c=<BTC>,d=128000
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: December 08, 2017, 07:13:55 AM
How does auto exchange work when we don't see value of those coins. There is a list of coin for auto exchange with list of exchanges but there is no info what are those X and what 0. You turn it on but you have no idea which exchange it will be used or which prices...
Can someone please clarify this?

You don't need to see things for it to work. If you are a trader who wants to know all the exchange rates then turn auto exchange off and send it to an exchange yourself.

The three exchanges:

Nothing I have tried has enabled me to mine on miningpoolhub.

I've tried Awesome miner. NO dice.

Nemo. red print on screen, no mining, if another BTC address other than his is used. It works and auto-switches just fine as long as Nemo's raking in the coins. Other than that, nope. ONLY thing I switched was the Bitcoin address in the .bat file.

Does anyone make any money on this pool? What software? I am trying to multi-algo, but so far, Nicehash looks better than you all put together, even though it's down.

So what does one do to make miningpoolhub work?

MiningPoolHub is a pool not a miner. There are zero problems with MiningPoolHub.

All miners connect to pools via a stratum connection protocol.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: December 07, 2017, 11:37:35 PM
I have two feature requests:

On the "Balances" screen, could we get an approximate exchange rate of the current coins in the wallets to USD or BTC (or whatever coin we have set as autoexchange)?

Would it be possible to have a "unified" dashboard that shows all coins that you are currently mining, similar to zpool's?
I second this request, it would be easier to keep track of the earnings this way.

It's been suggested before; I do hope one day that it will happen but MiningPoolHub is very busy so it's unlikely to happen anytime soon.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: December 07, 2017, 10:54:31 PM
Been mining for some time, still nothing on my mining pool hub. Then I checked the files from MPM and found that he's mining for you? My mona balance after mining is still 0?
http://prntscr.com/hkhs9p

Need some answers, in the readme it's stated that I only have to change the values from start.bat, not every possible file?

edit: Again, might not be much, but why does it start with your imputs?
http://prntscr.com/hkjibk

Tried with donate 0/10(the value I wanted to give yo tou for your hard work), but I suppose it's not worth giving you 10 since you're already taking probably more than this.

The donation is set to 10 minutes per day. You have actually highlighted a bug where I will most likely end up with no donation when using Excavator; I'll push a fix.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: December 07, 2017, 08:09:17 PM
I don't think MultiPoolMiner is giving me accurate calculations about earnings.

Code:
MultiPoolMiner                          0,00053 ±14% (0,00046-0,00060) 8,51092 ±14% (7,48330-9,67965)
{Dstm-Equihash, FireiceCpu-CryptoNight} 0,00048 ±14% (0,00042-0,00055) 7,77000 ±14% (6,81348-8,86081)

So it says I'm getting about 0,00053BTC/day (or ~8USD/day), but here's what profitability section says:

Code:
Dstm                   Equihash                               724,84  H/s            0,00027          375,66025 MiningPoolHub-BitcoinGold
XmrigCpu                CryptoNight 318,54  H/s 0,00005  161,10816 MiningPoolHubCoins-Monero

0,00027BTC + 0,00005BTC = 0,00032BTC. Where does 0,00053BTC come from then ? Also, MPM doesn't even choose the most profitable algo (CcminerLyra2z          Lyra2z                                   2,97 MH/s            0,00035            0,11796 MiningPoolHub-Zcoin).

So I don't even know what I'm getting at the moment and if it's profitable. That's one of the things I liked about NiceHash.

Any ideas what's going on here ? Either something is wrong or I just can't read it properly.

If you can't work it out, just ignore everything and look at the one figure:
0.00053 BTC/Day

aaronsace - could you help me with that switching miners all the time, which I had mentioned there? I'm looking for that answer but without success. Only x instances of miner at the same time but it's not the thing that I need.
Deleted others files. I'm idiot.

But still there is one thing - why there are few excavators configs?
Also - is there possibility to run it in a background (--quiet) without taskbar?

What's wrong with just minimizing it?

I know that it my sounds stupid, hovewer I'm using my miner pc as normal pc (on iGPU) and always have many programs on taskbar. Lack of free space.

I noticed that your tool prefers to mine Monacoin, while I checked on whattomine that Vertcoin (the same algorithm) is almost 1.4x more profitable. Why it doesn't mine it seeing that Miining Pool hub supports it?

Try:
Quote
-windowstyle hidden

MiningPoolHub switches between the two coins correctly.

Hi there, any idea for this? I only changed the parameters for start.bat as shown in the screen. Nothing else was changed.

You need access to the registry; your account appears to not have access.

Remove FiceIce from the folder called 'miners' or fix the account permissions problem.

BTW, it is a temporarily fix for the current FireIce version and the next release that they upload will not need registry access.

I lost the first 175 towards the ROI of my new (First) rig. Every cent it made since i turned it on Sad

Like a day before payout to external FML

Yep, they timed the hack well...

@Aaronsace:

I have removed the pool nicehash from my startup scripts.  But one machine gives an error about Warning: Pool Api (Nicehash) has failed.

Is that for setting prices?

Is it something to worry about?

To completely remove it, delete the file in the folder called 'pools'. It shouldn't be causing any issues though.
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: December 07, 2017, 02:56:43 PM
Use MultiPoolMiner as it bypasses the block that NiceHash put in place.

NiceHash don't like having real competitors.

https://github.com/aaronsace/MultiPoolMiner/blob/25ec72d0b9011cad8f5f61091f5b0efdbb0a1f04/Miners/ExcavatorNvidia2.ps1#L26-L33

'Thank you for your help. It's strange, especially excavator doesn't take any fee (probably as NiceHash wrote).

Also if may I ask - I've seen multiple multi-algo switcher, hovewer no one of them allowed to change GPU overclock whiles witching to other algorithm. Running GPU at default clocks is waste of energy and power. Is there any way to do it? Execute additional .bat on algo switchiung, which runs specific nvidiainspector profile-settings file?

MultiPoolMiner does not yet support it directly but all the miner files are fully customizable so you can added all the settings you want for Excavator (and/or other miners like Claymore):

https://github.com/aaronsace/MultiPoolMiner/blob/f4c1a6cb77aacdb42eb587eae47ed508a176389a/Miners/ExcavatorNvidia2.ps1#L8-L17
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: December 07, 2017, 02:07:01 PM
I've problem to connect to that pool using excavator miner. I'm not getting even message like "Connecting to 1.24..4:5 (google.com)". Hashrate equals 0: https://i.imgur.com/Pkjno8C.png

I've added worked (even two, normal and hub) in config and then set port to: hub.miningpoolhub.com:20593 for MonaCoin or hub.miningpoolhub.com:20507 for Vertcoin. Mining at others pools works perfectly with excavator.

Use MultiPoolMiner as it bypasses the block that NiceHash put in place.

NiceHash don't like having real competitors.

18 a week seems really low for 4 1060s Sad

https://i.imgur.com/Ie03txk.png

I assume i just add the same address as in my bat file?

EDIT: anything i can do to tweak this better?

setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 1
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

powershell -version 5.0 -noexit -executionpolicy bypass -windowstyle maximized -command "&.\multipoolminer.ps1 -wallet 1KXVU2RaUsCoHPn4jN2FMFd99cDjCNw3QG -username dhjfrtjtdkyyk -workername JunkMiner -region US -currency btc,usd -type nvidia -poolname miningpoolhub -algorithm cryptonight,equihash,Lyra2RE2,neoscrypt -donate 5 -watchdog"

And .. what is watchdog? Cheesy

It's $18 a day i.e. USD/Day

Yep, that's where your Bitcoin address is.

Alright, thanks. I was thinking about replacing one of the 1060s with a 1070 (using 4 1060s ATM).. not sure if that is a good idea if they are all going to mine the same thing.

Average profit a day or week?

Where do i set the payouts? I don't see it :/ lol

Also https://i.imgur.com/8N7S9lR.png Musicoin keeps popping in an out of my balances.. kinda odd. heh

Don't worry about mixing, it will work fine.

Average is over a week so it should give an accurate average of your machine without fluctuating too much.

The balance gives you a good snapshot but it's based on cached information so there will be amounts appearing and reappearing sometimes. Each coin is a separate pool and the exchanges are done externally.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: December 07, 2017, 01:26:34 PM
I don't think a lot of nice hash miners will be using this. I've been at it for hours now and still haven't even started mining. Finally at benchmarking and its taking for-freaking-ever, locks my PC sometimes (so I start over), and kills the nvidia driver (even at stock clocks)... start over. I have not had this much trouble getting something to run on a PC in my life.

You are earning money even during the benchmark. Regarding locking your PC, is there a specific miner that is causing this as that's obviously not normal behaviour?

There are a lot of miners and algorithms so it can highlight hardware and driver problems that you didn't know you had.

I dont remember, sorry. Couple questions..

How do i interpret this? Surely i'm not making 18 USD a day lol

Why do i have less coins here than i did before?

When/how often does MPH pay out the bitcoin?

Do i need to mess with the hub workers jobs?

Can diff cards run diff algorithms at the same time?

It will show you the average profit over a week so, when you first start mining, it will take time to settle.

Balances are not real-time so they can disappear and reappear as they move through.

You can set your own pay-out threshold: https://bitcoin.miningpoolhub.com/index.php?page=account&action=pooledit

No hub workers need to be set.

It's currently grouped into AMD and NVidia but per card support is coming (it is possible now but it's not worth the effort as it's too complex in it's current state). You'll find it's accurate enough though as it does know the real hashrates.
