Has the softcap from pre-sale been fulfilled. What if the SoftCap is not achieved in the pre sale whether there are special provisions that will be implemented.
As I remember softcap is set to the amount of equality of $6mln which is a big number as for the bear market and the continuous fall of the BTC price. One of the EQWITY representatives has already said in this thread that if softcap will not be reached they will continue the work on the platform as the company will be already settled with the appropriate changes in their roadmap. All sold tokens will be sent to the investors as well as equities will be airdropped! |

Well just have read that for big players on the remittances market like Western Union, MoneyGram and the banks KYC and AML compliance are almost one of the biggest costs.

I always wonder why ZED do not want to be like one more cryptocurrency in the market with low cost for remittances company?
The answer is probably that they target those people, migrant workers who usually sent remittances and a great part of those are low skilled people for which using cryptocurrencies wouldn`t be an easy and convenient solution!

Also, I`ve found some more information about the company behind this project. Looks like they have already had some revenues by today and 18 employees on the board) That`s definitely a good fact that brings more confidence to this ICO.  I was a bit confused how they got the revenue for ZED even though the platform is not fully functioning or that revenue came from the small digital money transfer that is owned by their CEO? Maybe that $3.6 Million cam from the private investors who are willing to fund this project. Anyway it is good to see an information like this one because it just show how legit this project is. I think you are absolutely right, this is most likely revenue in the context of income from investors. It is interesting on what date this information. Already asked this question in the telegram group. Looking forward to the answer as there are no any dates on the ZOOMINFO portal that could tell us when the page was created or modified last time. But yes, the private round of token sale means much more nowadays for many projects as the public ones. |

Guys, is there anyone who already bought ZED tokens? Did you receive tokens immediately or do you need to wait for the completion of all sales phases?
Most of the ICO's released tokens after the sales but I'm also wondering about if ZED will issue the tokens earlier because they have a long way to go for completion of the token sale. I guess this question has been answered by one of the admin on their telegram channel, the tokens will be distributed after the public offering which is 12/30/2019 so it means that the tokens will be distributed on early January 2020. proof: https://t.me/ZEDNetworkInc/12961Don`t think it`s true as they have mentioned that ZED tokens would reach exchanges by the second part of 2019! So, how could tokens be tradeable on the exchange as they will not be distributed to the investors? About the other question, I think about 1 million but I am not sure, let's put ± 10%. your target soft cap is huge money already. if in case, you can't hit such amount, are you going to refund the investors or you will push thru your project?  i hope for the best in this project! Well, according to the website information The Luxury already collected in the pre-sale: 7130.75 ETH 225.79 BTC 3065.98 BCH. This is about 3 mln$ even in the current market prices. The very good result if it`s true. And if during the token sale we`ll get the promised updates on the WP we`ll see the progress in those numbers. |
