As the subject goes, can we expect the newly developed Altcoin that can go beyond Bitcoin?
Why are people always thinking about creating or wishing that an Altcoin can go better beyond what Bitcoin can do for us. Mostly, people do keep on comparing those type of cryptocurrency that must not be because they do possess their own unique use and value for the daily lives of the people who believes in it. Also, what can we ask more for Bitcoin? It has already a wide range of usage and is the most popular and trusted cryptocurrency we can have in this industry. Instead of creating Altcoins that can go better than Bitcoin, why don't we just brainstorm on creating and generating ideas on how we can help the world to resolve its existing problems by using the modern technology to provide modern solutions in which we can use cryptocurrency. It can be possible to create such Altcoin but what will be the real essence of doing such when we already have Bitcoin that have wide range of usage and already existing Altcoins that can fill up those that cannot be catered by Bitcoin alone. If he was a newcomer and that's not a problem to talk about this caused by he was not aware of the fact. This can be seen from the various perspective as there is a lot of aspects that need to be considered before. Bitcoin and altcoin have their own advantages and some people may still think if altcoin can go beyond than bitcoin and for me, that's not a big problem. Whether later there is altcoin that can surpass bitcoin or not, we don't know what will happen later but for me personally bitcoin will remain in the top position for a long time and maybe even bitcoin will continue to be at the top. But if something happens or a big factor has an effect on cryptocurrency and there is an altcoin that can stay afloat, it may be able to surpass bitcoin. But I don't really think about it, for me right now the most important thing is how I can continue to survive in and produce in cryptocurrency. |

Best of 2018 was Bounty Tokoin. Which made me a very good profit. almost four hundred dollars
Good experience for you mate, but it was a reversed situation on me last 2018 because my bounty last 2018 wasn't doing great. Though I was rewarded higher amount of tokens, but that doesn't considered to be profitable since it was still trying to gain a better price. Right now, the value was too little, and I considered it as shitcoins until such time the price gets over and increase significantly. Just like you experienced where I participated in a project that could be said to be in the end the token that got a very low price and there I decided to keep holding it for some time but instead the price dropped and arguably became worthless and that then made me feel that 2018 was not a favorable year for me maybe it was indeed my own fault in choosing the project and also making decisions that resulted in it happening. |

I would probably go to bitcoin and invest all of the extra money there. We all know that halving is about to happen. If you are going to invest in the bitcoin, there is a higher chance that your investment will be doubled or tripled because there is some prediction that the next value of bitcoin will be 100,000 USD. Imagine if you invest now. For sure you are going to gain income into it.
It is true that bitcoin is a good and right coin to invest in the long term and also some people make predictions about the price of bitcoin which sometimes makes us believe in disbelief but maybe it can happen and investing in bitcoin is the right decision to done or maybe the OP can divide investments into bitcoin and some altcoins that he thinks are good or have a great opportunity to provide benefits. |

January 2019 we have more bounties at that time but this year January seem to be different, very few bounty projects shows up, I'm not saying scam projects aren't around but this forum seem relieved from many junky projects like that of 2019, maybe scammers are tired of not getting answers in return? In my opinion, nothing seems to have changed. The Cryptocurrency space is getting more vulnerable and gullible investors are consistently been cheated by the project team and tokens are dumped at the slightest opportunity. The best way out is to learn from your experience and past mistakes.

I am a die-hard hater of ICO nowadays, I have no interest to waste my money by investing in ICO. But recently I researched the Bitwings project, they have such great things to show! They had lots of roadshow, big events over the world. The best part is Bitwings already have a product called Wings Mobile! An ICO project with working products! Unbelievable!
The sad part is their ICO is running since March 2019 and will end in April 2020, they chose a shit exchange called P2PB2B for IEO, and that was failed as usual.
Do you think I should invest in Bitwings? Now, I am a little bit confused about making decisions!
If Bitwings does IEO on major exchanges, then you can get involved. But if they only do ICOs to raise capital from investors, I think you should stay away from it as far as possible, I don't trust any ICO projects this year because 100% of them are definitely is scam and will disappear after completing the ICO. Personally, I'm staking V Systems and Cosmos.
Why V Systems?
Well, when you stake V Systems you get the native token, VSYS and you also get the token of the first project to launch in their ecosystem, IPX. To all bounty hunters by now I expect you guys to have learned about rushing to promote any projects you see fit, most times not getting paid is not the bounty managers fault but from the team themselves, there is nothing bounty manager can do if team refused to pay bounty rewards, BM job is to conduct the bounty program, we bounty hunters are the ones who have the ball in our courts, think very well, do better research before you promote any project
It is true that bounty managers cannot be blamed when there are no token distributions or bounty hunters do not pay after completing their work promoting the project. I still don't understand why they are trying to create new projects in the current period. Surely there won't be any investors interested in ICOs and new projects, because they know it's a scam and they don't want to waste money on it. Investors have become smarter after 2018-2019, so new projects will never scam them again.
Maybe those project do want to give it a shot inspite of what did happened way back then. Never ending it is. But mostly experienced investors are the one who usually avoid this on the other hand, new comers who lack the knowledge and the experience as well maybe who still fall into this unfortunate traps again. Staking coins is way better than mining ,hassle free and no generating of heats ,I'm luck to come across miracle telecom project that offers token holders rewards every two weeks from the projects 40% net profits and so far so good ,the reward is not fixed but its way better that other staking coins too ,with 100 tele tokens you can easily make 1.2-2euro based on their net profit every two weeks.

Yes. Tele does get good support. Even Tele implemented a Buy Back system. So the price of the Tele token will not drop with the Buy Back system. I don't think we can compare mining systems with hold. These are two different things. Mining is to increase the number of coins with a predetermined capital, and with certain tools. Mining gets coins from a unique number blend, not from a hold bonus. Mining affects total supply. Hold does not affect the total supply. Why are you so positive about Tele token? this project has big problems now and it is not a good example to talk about coin staking. It was proven that Tele conducted a Buy Back system after the distribution of tokens was completed for participants. Yes, if Tele has problems now, do I have to berate Tele first? I totally agree with you OP, there are a lot of wallet created by "hackers" and they want to steal coins, i also advice to not trust new wallet even if are for windows, macosx or linux before is made a good research because they might have malware or are wallets with already saved passphrases and private keys before and if put coins there they will be stolen, always please do research when join any new domain.
It is very important for us to be more careful when deciding to use a new wallet, because as you said that some wallets are made by hackers who want to make a profit by stealing coins from some wallets that have good coins to take. And we need to pay attention that the wallet has features that are safe for its users or make sure that the wallet guarantees the safety of its users. |

WPP was a very good project in 2018, their ICO ran for a long time and it reached nearly the hard cap 60 Million USD! The ICO price was 0.01 USD, but look at now, it's 0.00015 USD with 648 USD volume! Seriously? They did nothing promising till today! Partnered with some unknown project, making some good picture of their product with huge value! Where they said WPP token will be worth more than 1 USD! But when you ask these things in their official Telegram group, you will surely get banned, that Troy guy will do it if you ever ask about updates!

We can't change anything here.I had these coins and I believed in this project, but I had a difficult situation and had to sell these coins.But as it turned out, it was not in vain.
