Juventus have not been doing so well lately and they have lost their second place on the table because of their inconsistency now they are 3 points behind AC milan after they failed to win their last three matches on a row, we don’t know if the international break will bring changes and reflect their performance and get them back to winning ways.
Juventus players who were called for international duty did not play well in their international matches. No good signals from these players and their returns to Juventus for club matches, are not promising at all. Juventus from now have to take a look at the fourth and fifth clubs like Bologna and Roma, as they still have risk to lose their third position and even drop out of top four if they won't be careful and continue to drop more points in rest of season. They still have good differences against Bologna and Roma but several weeks ago, they did have same good difference against AC Milan and we knew what happened. Juventus in the last few matches has been very disappointing, the players don't seem to have the fighting power so they have lost quite a lot of points. I think the old lady's chances of staying in the top four are still quite big but it depends on the results on the field whether they start to improve after the international break or get worse and worse. namun selain daripara privillage, ada alasan lain mengapa sdm kita sedikit yang terserap dunia pekerjaan. saya membaca sebuah artikel, disitu dijelaskan mengapa sdm kita belum mumpuni untuk menjawab permintaan industri-industri sekarang ini, alasan yang paling utama adalah karena bidang pendidikan tidak berhubungan dengan permintaan industri. dan karena itu tidak heran bahwa biarpun setiap tahunnya ada ratusan ribu mahasiswa yang lulus dari perkuliahan, hanya sedikit yang diserap oleh dunia pekerjaan, selebihnya itu menjadi pengangguran. ini menjadi alasan kuat mengapa seharusnya pemerintah bisa mengubah sistem kurikulum sekarang ini dan lebih mencocokkannya dengan permintaan dari industri, sehingga dengan demikian jumlah diploma atau sarjana itu bisa lebih banyak diserap. Iya itu bisa jadi salah satu penyebab karena daya saing sdm di Indonesia sangat lemah dan tidak terserap di industri tertentu. Saya sepakat bahwa standar pendidikan di Indonesia harus ada perubahan yang signifikan, artinya sekolah sekolah umum harus diminimalisir jika tak mau merubah seluruhnya ke sekolah kejuruan. Begitu juga di level pendidikan tinggi harus benar-benar selektif dalam menjaring calon mahasiswa menurut minat dan kecocokan dengan passionnya sehingga saat mereka lulus setidaknya mampu bersaing di dunia kerja atau bahkan mampu menciptakan lapangan kerja baru. Sekarang beberapa pekerja asing memang sangat dibutuhkan karena mereka memiliki skill dan memiliki kapasitas kerja sesuai dengan standar. saya setuju jika hanya untuk pekerjaan tertentu saja bisa direkrut beberapa tenaga asing dan tetap memprioritaskan pekerja lokal juga dibeberapa bagian yang memang cocok untuk mereka. Iya itu sangat tepat bahwa di Indonesia harus punya gagasan baru dalam merencanakan standar pendidikan untuk menghasilkan sdm yang memiliki kapasitas di dunia kerja. Tapi sekarang sepertinya sistem pendidikan kita mulai mengarah ke arah yang lebih baik sehingga perlahan sdm akan sangat diminati baik untuk di perusahaan lokal maupun perusahaan global. Tetapi, jika nantinya paslon 01 dan 03 dapat membuktikan adanya kecurangan secara TSM, mungkin MK dapat mengadakan Pemungutan Suara Ulang atau langsung menetapkan jumlah suara yang sah, yang mungkin dapat mempengaruhi apakah pemilihan akan masuk ke putaran kedua atau tidak. Bahkan MK pernah membatalkan hasil pilkada dimana peserta yang menang didiskualifikasi oleh MK dan yang kalah malah dianggap memang oleh MK. I know right, Arsenal is not used to be here so we are not programmed to think they are capable of pulling surprises to their fans but what if Arsenal becomes like the rest of the teams that are good. But we don't see the same team in the Champions League. I assume you would agree with me on that as well. We can't say their performances here so far have been very consistent. We have all seen how much they struggled against Porto. There is still a point that they can benefit from though. Bayern Munich's performance in the Champions League hasn't been amazing either. If Arsenal manage to make big difficulties for their defense then things can get really interesting. It's true that I also see it like that, Arsenal is very superior in the EPL but it seems like they are not that strong in the Champions League.
