Is Ethereum a good investment?

Ethereum can be a good investment like bitcoin it has started from the bottom and I do think that it will soon increase more its value. You just need to wait like bitcoin, it doesn't boom its price in just a day. If I do have the money I would actually invest with Ehtereum and if you see the chart and check the percentage on how much Ehtereum increased over time you would be surprise and also get interested on investing with Ehtereum.
122  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: KFC now accepts Bitcoin! on: March 11, 2018, 03:58:28 AM
Check out my YouTube video where I dive more in depth : BREAKING NEWS KFC is now accepting Bitcoin, and Smart contracts might be legally binding!

Is this just a bucket of chicken, or a bucket of publicity stunts?

You will be able to buy a bucket of chicken in Select Canada KFC's. However you will have to order it online using Bitpay, and have it shipped to you.

Cost : Around $20 + $5 shipping + Taxes + Any other blockchain fees

What do you guys think about it?

I saw this announcement on Facebook, which I was really happy about because fast food chain like KFC is starting to invest in bitcoin and also that I love KFC. Sooner or later all other fast food chains will also adopt this method of payment and when that happen many people will use their bitcoin and also many people will start using and investing in bitcoin. This is a big accomplishment and a big advertisement for bitcoin.
123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Am i late to buy bitcoin now ?? on: March 11, 2018, 03:55:27 AM
Hello there one year ago i bought 3 bitcoins but lost them all in gambling... :'(nd now seeing the bitcoin price makes me cryy...
I have 1500USD right now...i am thinking to buy the bitcoin now whatever i can get with them

Should i buy now or not as bitcoin is reached its all time high and in to the moon...please advice me

Sorry for your lost, You should have held you 3 BTC until now. This is why gambling is a big problem to every person who gambles, the green always comes in and take over you to want more and instead of earning you are losing more than you are expected. I would say if you have a 1.5K spare of money to invest just invest it with bitcoin when its slow wait a little bit and always check if the price will go lower if not just buy it and hold it forever until you can earn from it. This is the only that you can do if you really want to get big earnings from it or you can invest with altcoins but its much more risky than investing with bitcoin.
124  Economy / Speculation / Re: Saving for your Children Bitcoin vs Cash? on: March 11, 2018, 03:49:27 AM
Like every parents want to leave something for children for their future.

Which investment is safe?

Bitcoin?
Stocks?
Real Estate?

If you want to leave something for your kids, you can try all of those options but for me, the best thing that you can leave with your kids is the knowledge. You can find and earn money if you work hard but knowledge is really important, teaching your kids life values, or even trading and bitcoin. It doesn't matter if your rich or poor what is important that you have taught your child the right way and by that, they can earn their money by themselves.
125  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy when market is Red on: March 11, 2018, 03:46:25 AM
Buy when market is Red, a trick to successful trading. Also dont put buy orders ahead of time.

I do think that when you buy when its red and when you sell when its green it doesn't really work every time. It may work for other times but not all the time, If you are trading without thinking the fees and other aspects of trading, you can do this method but you should always check if you are really earning and do the calculations including the fees of the trade. Depending on the fees it also depends on how high and low it goes so this method will not work all the time.
126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you investing in Bitcoin? on: March 11, 2018, 03:42:48 AM
So my question is.
Are you investing into Bitcoin purely as a investment?
Or are you investing because you believe in Bitcoin and the technology?
Back when Bitcoin started i feel people invested, because there believed in it, and wanted to see it change the world.
Now days i feel people only look at it as a way to make money, and don't really care about the future of it.
Whats peoples thoughts?

For me, I think that bitcoin is a revolutionary not only with investment and technology it is a revolutionary for every aspect of currency. We have evolved to which a currency can be only stored online and this is what actually makes me believe that bitcoin will be the next big thing in the future. This is not just because we can earn from it but also of how we can benefit from it in the future. There are still many things to discover and we are stepping in the door with this.
127  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will the government ban bitcoin? on: March 11, 2018, 03:29:35 AM
I understand what you are saying, the thing is that this is actually starting the government is starting to getting control with bitcoin because they want to control the flow of bitcoin but I don't think that they will ban bitcoin because they can also benefit from it and earn from it. In the future for sure, they will also make their own coin but in this case, they can take advantage of it and they can also earn from it while they are controlling it.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Google Wants to Ban ICO and Crypto Ads?! on: March 11, 2018, 03:16:41 AM
It's probably because many crypto ads are infected by a malware which like Facebook and Google doesn't want especially there are many hackers everywhere. This is why when you try to download an wallet in your computer from an altcoin that you are investing the antivirus will detect it as a malware. It is really not a surprise for me that they will ban this kind of ads.
129  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Should I get a hardware wallet ? on: March 11, 2018, 03:12:28 AM
If you are thinking on holding hard wallet for me is the best choice that is because you know that you have it on your computer than many sites out there that stores your coin but it can be hackable. If you check the news there are actually hacking that happened especially in those trading platforms so be always careful on where you are putting your coin.
130  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: After 3 months, what do you have? on: March 11, 2018, 03:06:55 AM
Since I joined the crypto market. My gain is zero. I only have experiences and lessons. Does that have been called successful? Huh  Undecided

When I first started investing with bitcoin, what I did in my first 3 months is all learning and searching a way on how to earn bitcoin. At that time the price was still low as 3K$ which I was kinda lucky that I got a chance to invest bitcoin as that low compared to its value now but still it is still high at that time when I first started. The only thing I gain in my first 3 months is the knowledge on how you can do invest and learn about more with cryptocurrency.
131  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: At what point does mining stop? on: March 11, 2018, 03:03:58 AM
With the price plummeting I am wondering at what price will Bitcoin not be profitable to mine anymore? What is the break-even point?
What happens when the price is so low that it costs the miners more to mine BTC than it rewards them? What happens if they pull the plug? BTC is dead then?

I think the time that bitcoin will never ever be profitable by mining is when the bill prices will exceed its natural point which you are just wasting your money and time due to that you are spending more on your electricity than earning. Breakpoint has many possibilities and you can think any possibility, pulling your plug will not do anything because bitcoin will still be running and many people are still going to try mine even tho the price is really really low. So don't expect BTC will dead, BTC is not based on how many people are mining its about how people invest with bitcoin.
132  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'm gonna sell my house on: March 11, 2018, 02:59:25 AM
I am sure we touched the bottom today. so i am going to real Estate Dealer for selling my house and buy bitcoin. I suggest you all do that

You can do that if you want to either nuts or just dumb?. Selling your home for bitcoin will not help you with anything, you need to think about the pros and cons of putting all of your money with bitcoin especially selling your house for it. There are other ways to invest bitcoin and this way is just too much. No dumb person will ever do this unless if you are really stupid and just got overwhelmed by bitcoin which is a bad thing that you don't know the consequences that you will get.
133  Economy / Speculation / Re: PRICE DOWN???DONT PANIC SELL....!!! on: March 11, 2018, 02:56:41 AM
Yes, many people should do this so that bitcoins price won't go down a lot but It is hard to tell that to other people when they have no idea on what they are doing and thinking they know what they are doing. Especially, newbies that are new in this investment, Holding is the best option and thinking about the long-term will really help bitcoins price. Panic selling will just make you lose more money and will hurt you big time. just hold hold hold.
134  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin be replaced by another cryptocurrency? on: March 11, 2018, 02:53:18 AM
Does it make sense to believe that Bitcoin could one day be replaced by another cryptocurrency, that is, a cryptocurrency that really does make Bitcoin obsolete?

It is really possible that one-day bitcoin will get replaced by another cryptocurrency but as we are right now bitcoin will be still the first of everything. We don't know what is the future of cryptocurrency yet as there are still many aspects need to consider with bitcoin. As we can do right now is appreciate its value and think what advantages we can do with it. We can only hope for the best in the future.
135  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why is the Bitcoin Market Crashing? on: March 11, 2018, 02:30:53 AM
Why is the bitcoin market crashing?
When will the cryptocurrency market bounce back?

I do think that this is because the government is trying to intervene bitcoins flow, they want to regulate its value because they are afraid that many people will get rich just because of this and they don't want us to earn freely. Also, many banks are controlled by the government and if people are starting to not use banks how is the government gonna earn from it? This is why the market is crashing and hopefully, it will bounce back in the future when the government will stop intervening its market.
136  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? on: March 11, 2018, 02:26:18 AM
Probably, he/she or they have a reason for why they are not revealing themselves. They must think what it could have been happening if they are revealed their identity?. Of course, many people will bug them, many news reporters will invade their personal space they cannot live freely anymore, unlike being hidden which is better for them. I don't think that it matters on who made it or what is their identity what matters is they made bitcoin for the public so that it can help us for our better future.
137  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why People Can Not Believe Bitcoin on: March 11, 2018, 02:16:53 AM
Hello Everyone.
Recently my friends Asked me. Now I can investment with bitcoin. I said my friends. Of course you can invest bitcoin without tension.
but my friends can not believe bitcoin.my friends tell me bitcoin price always dumping. It's will be got this scam. Cry
I got this boring felling with my friends opinion. Because I always believe them bitcoin about.
Bitcoin is the real king crypto currency world. Bitcoin will be never scam. It's not possible.  Embarrassed

I'm kinda having a hard time understanding on what you are saying but if your friend is interested in investing in bitcoin he/she won't be negative or thinking about the flaws of bitcoin. Instead, he/she should think about the possibilities of what bitcoin can do and how can it help into our next generation. Either way, you cannot convince someone when they are already convinced to themselves. It's hard to make someone believe when they don't even try to learn about it.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: will XRP overtake BTC in 10 MONTHS TIME ? on: March 11, 2018, 02:03:27 AM
Both are different and should not be compared. The thing is that they have a different purpose XRP is centralized and Bitcoin is Decentralized if you know the difference between the two you should know the answer. Yes, many companies have invested/partnered on XRP this will boom the market price of it may pass bitcoin but remember they have different purpose on which how you can use them.
139  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Mining , Is it worth it? on: March 09, 2018, 05:17:48 AM
Hello guys, I have a friend who told me about BITCOIN MINING.

What do you think? Is it worth it ? Buying Hardwares / Mining Rigs and plus the TIME to be consume.
I'm not even familiar with it , so I'm probably asking for advice on for those old miners.

Electricity here in PH is so expensive. Do you have some tips and tricks?

Thanks in advance guys !  Wink

I do think that mining bitcoin is a good way for learning and gaining knowledge, but it is hard to mine bitcoin especially if you don't have the proper rig to use in mining. If you are really interested in mining you can buy high-end GPU's as much as five 1080 GPU  for you to be able to actually earn through mining especially as you said PH has expensive electricity or you can buy ant-miner which really costs a lot as much as the price as you are buying five GPU's but even if you have those resources it will still take time to break even your costs on your rig and plus the electricity. This is why I prefer on just investing directly than mining. I don't have against on mining but it is only good for knowledge and learning. The era of mining has gone past and I also have missed that chance.
140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Homeless use Bitcoin on: March 09, 2018, 05:11:36 AM
This is really new, I don't even know how a homeless person can access an internet but it depends on where he/she lives because in my home country homeless people can't access internet nor they have the gadget to use to get connected but for other countries many homeless people can use and access public computer in the libraries which they can set up their bitcoin wallets. I do think that he got helped but someone who has knowledge about bitcoin because its hard to learn about bitcoin especially with limited access to the internet. The only thing is that it is still hard to use bitcoin to buy food or clothes, it is only limited and in only certain stores depending on which country you live.
