You got some information correct and some still not yet :-D
You sent the due of the third match to the address of 4th match which is correct but you still have not sent the payment for 4th one yet. :-)
I hope it's not confusion now.

I too a bit busy these days and this is why I have not much activity. Gosh I need a break lol

But I missed the 4th match  Roll Eyes and I didn't make any bets, so should I pay?

If you did not bet so I don't think you require to pay. It's simple I think.

Missed this one. But Lol, another tie and another roll over of funds. ;P

No more Super over for 5th match. lol

Seems recap to me, it was supposed be 2-2 series but kiwis are finding innovative ways to kill their fan's dreams.

Tim Southee and Black Caps are suffering from PTSD " Post Traumatic Superover Disorder"

What a fucking loser New Zealand since last 1 year, they lost World Cup, now loosing T20 series here because they were not able to finish the match and taking it to last ball.

If you people were betting on any website, you would have lost the bet because if you select on a team, and a match is a tie, both of the parties lost and only the sites win. However, mutual betting has some advantages such as this one.
I am pretty sure you are wrong here.

Most of the sites who do not have Tie in their win market, they go like this:

Who will win including super over?
Team B or Team B

An example from sportsbet.io

You are wrong here @Royse777, all site go according to super over result. Because it's not rare anymore so they take super over results and settle bet according to super over.
happened with me in many crypto betting site.

Again with India, don't think NZ will be confident enough after loosing that disastrous match for them, even after getting chance again for winning in super over, after that last over of the match

How it is a Tie, when India won by the one over eliminator ?  I think TIE should mean that the match has no result or abandon for any reason like rain etc. Just asking for my info.
I assumed everyone was clear that we were betting on regular overs which was a tie of course. Now if this was not correctly realized by any of the user who sided for India then I will pay them since they thought they won. The current balance goes to the next pool by the way since it was already declared in my last post.

In the next pool I really need to use a clear term for this :-D

Edit: akhjob and deadly, can you please input me your understanding on the market of the pool while you placed the bet.
By the way, no result and abandon match are not tie actually in cricketing description.

No issue form my side, so you can move funds to next pool. It's equal for everyone 1st time it's create problem.

From next time everyone will know clearly how it's works, so it's better for everyone.
129  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Mutual betting pool] India vs New Zealand 3rd T20I 29/01 - 07:00 GMT on: January 29, 2020, 04:26:17 PM
Congrats deadly and akhjob
Gentlemen, please :-D

Market: Win - Tie - Win

The winner is Tie. So we have no winner in this pool and the fund moves to the next pool for the first time in our cricketing pool in bitcointalk. :-)

It was a very close call for New Zealand but India proved them again they are the best in mental game. However, they really field very bad today. This is not a world class team performance. There are still scopes for India too improve.

This match was fucking superb, I know Indian did not bat and fielded the way they do normally, but first NZ were not able to make 2 runs in 4 balls and later Rohit chased down the match in last 2 balls sixes, it was like unbelievable sight to see those huge sixes and won the superb match for India.
130  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: January 28, 2020, 06:40:31 PM
Zimbabwe has started the test match strongly and 406 is a good score considering their team and also SL . Though SL has also started well and just last 2 wickets for 122 . Rain has effected the match and now Zimbabwe would have to bowl much better so that they can take control on this game and does not happen like last match .
I thought bad light stopped play, did it rain ? Anyhow Zimbabwe somehow managed to get past 400 runs today with the help of lower order batsmen from the yesterday's score of 352. The only difference I see is that the runrate has improved a lot from the 1st match. In the 1st match, the runrate was less than 3 for ZIM and slightly over 3 for SL, but in this match the runrate was around 3.5. Since, the run rate has improved, there are no chances for a draw. So, ZIM have to fight harder to level the series.

They managed to get past 400 after a long time, but this test match also looks as if it is going to end in a boring draw (that is unless the Sri Lankans bowl out the Zimbabweans cheaply during their second innings). Anyway it is nice to see players such as Sean Williams, Brendan Taylor and Sikandar Raza scoring runs. They are very talented players and if there was no political turmoil, then they would have been regarded as some of the world's best.

Lol no way they are even near to best, let's not talk about world best. They are playing in home condition and flat pitch like cemented pitch. 2nd thing SL bowling is also not good except Lakmal. When these all world best players played against good bowling team they do lost a test in 2 days. Check their last series against South Africa.

They are not good enough that's why South Africa team conducted a 4 days test against them because they knew, they will beat them with ease and even will not require 4 days.

You can check here that score cards where SA beat them in less than 5 session.  https://www.espncricinfo.com/series/18067/scorecard/1122310/south-africa-vs-zimbabwe-only-test-zim-in-sa-dec-2017-2017-18

?
I am interested to create a superbru pool for it if we have enough players to perticipate. We really need at least 8 to 10 users to make it fun and entertaining. Without a pool I do not see there are any need for a separate thread for T20 events while we have this thread already.

I would suggest everyone to leave their comments on this:
Would you join the pool  and how much entry fee you are okay with?

Royse777: Yes and minimum 0.002BTC.

I can join pool but there must be good number of players. I know about PSL and their history so no issue for me that. Will prefer only paid pool otherwise it will be too spammy.

so far akhjob seems to get all if deadly does not want to take a share from him by betting on India :-D

I saw your post in telegram but was very busy on betting. So here I am and yes I am still with India.

Nice I won 2/3 bets, Bangladesh really played like shit, like they did not wanted to win at all or they are afraid of something. Did not saw them play like that since long time.

England played superbly specially in 2nd inning when they require some runs to add on and they made it very quickly and give their bowlers full time to take 10 wickets.

Who will do this for South Africa as they done in past right now no batsman is capable to stay for some long time its really sad point for them they are going down by 1 - 3 in this series.
Elgar and de Kock has the capability but they are not really performing their best so they are not scoring such huge totals like in history.

But RSA should change their quota system to give opportunities for the real talents, their team looks really weak at the moment.

Only rain can save South Africa but weather is not that bad so most probably series result will be 1-3 in favor of England.

South Africa Board  require to think so much about why their big players moving to England through Kolpak deal and leaving South Africa, this quota system ruining their whole cricket atmosphere.
135  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: January 26, 2020, 06:28:45 PM
Yes I didn't expect this from New Zealand team because the second T20 Match has been finished one side Match but  Indian team shows very well performance in all departments like batting, bowling, fielding. It gives easy win for Indian team.. India has been leaded the  series 2-0 but still more matches to go may be New Zealand bounce back.

I now doubt if they'll ever bounce back. While India performed well in all departments, they failed in all department since their last tour of Australia. It would be really nice to see them show a fight as they did with the ENG tour. If they continue this form, the morale of the NZ players will certainly drop and will affect the team badly.

Pitch was used and playing shot wasn't easy, that's why scoring runs not easy, even India played very carefully because of this but they knew the target was too small so they chased down, if this score was around 150, match will be too competitive.
136  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: January 25, 2020, 06:08:23 PM
they need to find some players from the domestic circuit and give them the exposure during these situations rather than sticking to players who are not performing series after series.
If the South African cricket board had the pool of talents to replace these players they would have already done that and with the retirement of their world class players they were not even able to groom the youngsters but found a talent in Rabada but he is pushed too much in his young career, they need to look out for young batting talents and groom them rather than throwing them under pressure when the older players retire.

They have pool of players but their problem is far bigger than good players. They use quota system to making team means they have pre decided how many white, asian and black players will be in team doesn't matter if 1 race don't have quality player but they have to select one of those unqualified or less qualified player in the team.

This is the reason they are suffering so much last some years because of quota system.

~snip~

Some might say that despite being successful captain and best wicketkeeper, he must earn his place in Indian squad by competing with young guys. he set the same example when he refused to include Sehwag, Ganguly and Dravid in the team by stating " they are slow in the field" and "want to give youngsters chance".

The only person in your list that I felt sorry about was Ganguly. Sehwag was slow and so was Dravid on the field, the only exception for Dravid was that he also was a partime wicketkeeper. Both were non reliable batsmen. Creating records and not playing for the team was there biggest problem. If you change their batting order they would collapse. That was the biggest problem. Dhoni is far better than those.

I wouldn't say better, Sehwag was explosive opener in Test and Dhoni was good at middle order as Anchor and finisher in the limited overs cricket (not in Test). Everyone has their own strength and weakness and everyone fades out as time passes by or when they gets old, so changes are good that's how new blood gets into the picture. in the end selection should be based on merit and performance, no matter who play or not.

For argument, if someone creates All time World or Indian Test XI. Then Dhoni is not going to make out even in 30 or 15 men squad. In limited over cricket? Sure he can, easily and rightly so, his record speaks for him. On the other hand Sehwag is all time great opener in Test cricket history and there is a resaon Dravid's nick name is "The Wall"

Problem is people don't understand, when Dravid played, how important role he played, he had given role of anchoring the inning means just stay on wicket doesn't matter if runs not flowing too fast, because if wickets fall both end inning just collapse. Dravid is 1 of the best middle order batsmen we ever saw in Indian team by technique.

England Cricket team is first to reach this milestone

ENGLAND IS RUNNING AND COUNTING IN TESTS

Because they played more than 20% of matches 2nd placed and more than 50% matches of 3rd placed. This game is like who play more will score more and it's just normal nothing big achievement.
