121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do not participate in non reputed bounty managers campaign on: July 07, 2020, 05:48:20 AM
How about in the altcoin section? Whose manager you trusted for an altcoin campaign. Of course those managers you mentioned are in btc paid campaign, and some here prefer an altcoin campaign projects cause mostly what they handled are only signature campaign. Unlike in altcoin there are social and also some blog related promotions.

I think the best one is bubblealex, arteezy and bounty detective, especially the last cause he has too many projects active.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ETH better than BTC for payment? on: July 05, 2020, 05:48:58 AM
Ethereum is better for transaction not only because of time and block confirmation the main readon I am considering ethereum is for transaction is that fees whole comparing by converting to fiat currency transaction fees is cheaper in ethereum . May in future if ethereum price increases then it may increase now ethereum is better for me crypto currency transaction.
I agree more, ethereum is faster and the fees were not that high compared to btc. We can see the specks and differentation of their techncial aspect when it comes to speed and size. My only concern is if eth already move on pos will it affect the transaction and scalability? I mean will it improve or just be worse? Miners will probably get sad when this time happened.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the market saturated with too many stablecoins? on: July 05, 2020, 04:41:31 AM
This is about how good the competition between all of the stable coins that are exist in the market. As long as these stable coins are fully audited and there was no problem with it and it can be considered as a new money for crypto too.
Audited? How about tether that failed to transparently show how they minted their tokens? As far as their reponse go, its not really that acceptable. Im sure their project is really good as tradera love trading pair with usdt but we can always choose safer and more reliable stablecoin like Dai, I dont mind market having too many stablecoins actually it helps as optiom for other investors.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Compound, a crypto bubble? on: July 05, 2020, 04:24:10 AM
COMP DeFi project leaves many wondering how manage the project price keeps surging that much but not for me, the team are very determined and they are doing all they can to make the project well recognized and embraced too, I don't believe this is bubble, we just have another project that do things better, that's all
Maybe you are right but we cant fully say they are succesful they are not even 1 year since they launched their token. The success of the project may lies on its stability. Lets wait for at least to see if they can sustain the achievement they make in a span of short time. Everyone must probably got shocked seeing them surging none stop for just few weeks and even suprised to see them on big exchange and platform so fast. Compound will probably one of the project potential to monitor with this year.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: should i invest to this project ? on: July 04, 2020, 12:27:40 PM
The concept of this project is not that great. Like seriously, jblockchain focuses on car collection? Maybe for some rich people who are concern about cars but in a common society do you think it would matter that much? I dont think so. At first I thought their platform is good but in the long run you will realize that is one of another common token trading project that has been launch for the purpose of being traded and inclined on the market but truth to be told is it worth it?
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Justin Sun and Oikos Price Dump!!! on: July 04, 2020, 12:04:13 PM
I’ve heard that Justin Sun wanted to Oikos to run an ieo on his Poloniex exchange. Oikos refused that offer and Sun got offended. He announced that Oikos has “some weak places in their security” and advice investors to stay away from the project.
Is this true? Can you share some article or rumor link thay it says there an issue like that cause Im interested to know whether Justin works like that. If thats the case, then his really a lunatic for doing so, how can he dragged a project who is running on his own blockchain. He should be overwhelm that this oikos project using his blockchain not other network. But since oikos refuse then its a bad move for them not siding on Justin.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Success of IEO is all on the exchange on: July 04, 2020, 11:53:12 AM
I almost believe your suggestion then suddenly when you mentioned bikin then its turn down my belief. P2pb2b is sure a scam exchange but I do hope that you are not a shiller of biki exchange. I thought you will say at least Binance or any top exchange instead.

IEO is depend on project too, not just depend on exchanges. But of course there will always be doubt about that. If your project listed on Binance expect there are lots of investors of this project but if its an unknown exchange then Im not sure about that.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will DeFi help ethereum reach it's old 4 figure value? on: July 02, 2020, 05:02:29 AM
I have interest in DeFi projects and it's already creating huge hype in crypto space of lately but be warned, this might just be another crypto ICO bubble all over again, i prefer focusing on Eth 2.0 for now than DeFi projects
Could be another one but with the effect it being shown to public, hype or not, would you not care to see the market cap growing but this time its not about a silly ICO hype but a real working product using eth network fueling its services on the go. I am not a doe hard fan of defi but I see up closw how these work and I can tell that many are interested and some are really enjoying it. How about bitcoin? Is there anything we can used of aside from peer to peer? Defi has a lot of variety you can simply urge people not to trust something they enjoy off.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC for the DFINITY airdrop on: July 02, 2020, 04:39:04 AM
I know dfinity and its a good project. Airdrop with KYC is probably a very bad move if they are really serious on launching this one. For few bucks would you give your information on such private firm? Its like surrendering your posession voluntarily with a bribe of merely pennies. If the airdrop is worth 1k to 2k usd then we can spare some ego here of course its money and we all knew its very much needed on the time like this.

But those who benefit with this are the people who are using others information for joining airdrops too and giveaway with KYC using your profile, sounds harsh right but it is fact. Dont ever joined low class airdrop asking sensitive information.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is This True or Scam? on: July 01, 2020, 05:13:08 AM
If they are referringto civic project then probably this is another scam. Usually big names like that does not support any kind of airdrop. If everyone just know how to ask then they will not fall for this. Its so easy to join on telegram group and ask some details if they launch an airdrop or not cause normally these bots are just set by scammers to spy on those addresses sent and will exploit it on you later on.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The most difficult use cases to trust in crypto space today on: July 01, 2020, 04:57:05 AM
Honestly those two sectors are not even needed blockchain. How does blockchain can help for example in real state? Payment terms can be handle via database and credit/debit cards why the hell include blockchain?

Also for gold backed tokens there is no way this will be legitimately backed by a narutally occuring economic indicator such as gold. Tokens saying they are backed with it are all fraud or just using the idea where no provisions set within.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it just me or there are others who have same thoughts? on: July 01, 2020, 04:27:48 AM
Is it just me or others think same way? I mean are listed bounties intentionally using bounty campaigns to create hype and before the bounty is over they dump part the tokens making it lose value and make bounty hunters share what's left??? I'm kinda confused with bounty projects that are trading

Im thinking maybe you are right about that but of course we cant say all for them. There are still some good projects launching bounty with sincere intention. If there are developers who are like this kind of people then those are abuser of knowledge they have and merely skipping the hardship of earning money. Its easy way actually to make a project popular and leave it afterwards. They can always says the project still continue but the truth is they are creating ways to exit slowly without being noticed.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Enough of repetitive projects and old ideas on: June 30, 2020, 10:43:55 AM
Many new altcoins will die in the future because there won't be many investors investing money on them and as we know it we have many scammers here who will keep creating useless tokens and coins, if you are a developer and you think you are serious enough then try as hard as possible to come out with something new and different, enough of repetitive projects and same old ideas

Bring in something NEW or don't bother at all
Its easy to say that OP but establishing a new and complete different unique project is hard. Almost all new projects if not improving some lack on previous project are just creating same concept.

What use case in reality does not have a platform yet? I think almost all are already taken. If you think about it, not all fields needed blockchain hence putting unnecessary new platform is waste of time.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammer used tether encrypted address? on: June 30, 2020, 10:11:54 AM
Is this possible? Theres no way a tamperproof blockchain could  be vacuum like this. Tether is running on erc20 network, hence transaction ID no matter centralized it is can still be recorded. Unless, there is a way to filter the blockchain nodes or you have a super computer that is way powerful than the rest of all combined nodes. Maybe ask your friend if he really send it on other address, cause chance that this is not executed is possible and just hanging on the network.

you just need an omni explorer to track it properly, as you won't see the balance in common block explorers. It might be the case.
So tether not yet obsolete all their omni supply at all? I thought almost all supply was already converted into erc20.
135  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Lost $9,300, Bearish Re-test In Play? on: June 30, 2020, 09:52:33 AM
I dont think we can predict what possible movement the market can bring us. The bitcoin price ranges from 8.8k to 9.3k and keeps on rallying on these particular level. I dont know but whales maybe are too busy annoying the market and not letting it break any resistance at the moment. Better to stick on holding than relying on many predictions about its price.

Fundamentally we are still bullish but its being threatened by massive fuds lately.
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Beware of fake gold backed tokens on: June 30, 2020, 09:29:48 AM
The only way I can trust a token that's backed by real gold is if the project is from a gold company, verified and certified, I'm talking about well known real gold companies
I agree with you. Recently a lot of gold backed up tokens are rising and become a trend but for me, these projects are just using the term gold for their own sake. Literally how can these project even say their token are backed by gold? Not even Gold industry company are addressing that they are into blockchain, I believe private companies can be exempted but of course government are regulated on this aspect so there is now way these are being authorized.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I won't bet on this on: June 28, 2020, 10:39:29 AM
Why not OP? If ever Paypal implemented this method Im sure it will favor most users cause insteaf of having or using paypal through our credit or debit card, we can spare some crypto instead.

But seeing this happen possibly may take some time to do. I know they are considering a lot of things if this will be good for their platform. But for me, when this occured then it will be a great innovation and addition to payment system.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hacken ai IEO failed on: June 28, 2020, 10:07:07 AM
just reminder to friends who yesterday joined the bounty hacken campaign if distribution is complete. maybe many who experience problems like me (who use wallet at OceanEx) will definitely see pending deposit. because the minimum HAI deposit is 2000 HAI while the one we get from the bounty is less than 2000 HAI. if you want  deposit credited at Oceanex then you must buy and make a deposit at Oceanex
Example: I get 1237 HAI from the bounty so I have to buy another exchange and have to deposit 763 HAI to OceanEX
Seriously? So instead of earning tokens ended up you need to spend more just to get your rewards? How is that possible to have minimum deposit of 2k hai so the price of this token is very cheap considering the required deposit is huge.

I did not joined this campaign but seeing some good news on hacken maybe there is a potential to increase its value in the future.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Legitimate Gold-backed tokens? on: June 27, 2020, 07:16:53 AM
How about the gold project that we have in the forum? It's a stable coin which said backed up by gold. I haven't gone through the whole thing but they are one of the most active gold-backed project.
Ive seen this project for a long time and running for more than a year already and their token is listed on cmc. I think it is legit, when I visited the site, there are conversion of gold grams to digital gold happening but Im not sure if they can really get the physical grams of gold if they avail or the stock keeping some where under the hood of gold location or storage.
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Etherscan or Ethplorer on: June 27, 2020, 06:10:17 AM
There is a value on ethplorer too, however if you compared it to etherscan some values are not showing on their record. I think they have set on different reference or criteria. For example both refer to cmc list coins to have value but they set only those particular coin that are active and those who have been listed or does not have much volume would not reflect. Anyway, I prefer etherscan mostly eversince Im checking my token's worth.
