My pleasure......you deserve it.
Keep up the good work.

Joined these guys a few days ago.
Superb site.
Instant deposit and withdrawal.
Great odds......the in play soccer is excellent.
Highly recommended.
Love the fact that I get 8% of anything I lose paid back every month.

Is anyone using Flutterclub?
I have been disheartened so much after being ripped off by BetVIP I had decided to go back to betting in cash but I visited Flutterclub, liked what I saw and deposited a couple of bitcoin.
It's a slick site with a wide range of betting opportunities, especially the soccer.
Instigated two withdrawals and both were absolutely instant.
Good odds too.
First class site.....I highly recommend them.
125  Economy / Gambling / Re: UK Gambling Commission says UK based sites need a license! on: July 18, 2015, 10:16:29 AM
If you take immediate steps to remedy the situation, this may avoid the need for the Commission to
take the matter further

I got that exact wording in my 'cease and desist' order from them.
They made it very clear in their letter to me that they were going to prosecute me if I didn't close www.bitcoinpunter.com down immediately.
All I was doing was placing affiliate banners on it!
We live under a very oppressive government here in the UK.

By the way....anyone want to buy my domain?
I don't want a lot for it.

Now 16 days since BetVIP put this notice on their site:

I have now sent NINE emails requesting my betting history and haven't received it.

Cloudbet tell me they have also requested it on my behalf and have heard nothing.

The reason they will not send it to either of us is that it will prove they are lying when they say they owe me nothing.

What the hell can I do?
127  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet.com - high stakes Wimbledon betting | sportsbook and casino on: July 16, 2015, 02:02:45 AM
I have sent EIGHT requests for my betting history to info@betvip.com in the last 12 days.
All have been ignored.
Why are a firm with your reputation having anything to do with a fly by night outfit like them?
128  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet.com - high stakes Wimbledon betting | sportsbook and casino on: July 15, 2015, 05:53:13 PM
unfortunately we do not have this data. We have tried to hep and will continue to do so but we do not have any way of forcing them to provide this to us.

Why is that cloudbet have no way to force betvip for the betting history? Didnt cloudbet acquired the player database? this means cloudbet should have the rights to get the player betting history also because it is part of the player database
Thank you Shulio.....exactly what I think.
All I'm asking is for someone, either BetVIP or Cloudbet, to send me my betting history with deposits and withdrawals showing  so that  I can prove once and for all that they have made an error somewhere to arrive at the conclusion that the 1.67 bitcoin I had in the account when they folded was not  mine.
I can also then bust the mythical bonus payments story too!
129  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet.com - high stakes Wimbledon betting | sportsbook and casino on: July 15, 2015, 12:16:02 PM
Still no response.
Is everyone at Cloudbet dead?
 Undecided

but we do not have any way of forcing them to provide this to us

Cheers,
Cloudbet
Have you asked them for my betting history?
130  Economy / Gambling / Re: #1 RATINGS of SPORTSBOOKS. Please post any payout delays. Input wanted from all. on: July 15, 2015, 12:01:11 PM
Hi Tony and all,

As we have said multiple times, we do not have your betting or transaction history. Our records from BetVIP indicate that your account balance was zero. If you would like to retrieve your betting or transaction history, please contact BetVIP. We have tried to help and will continue to do so but we are not in a position to compel BetVIP to provide anything.

Regards,
Cloudbet

Sorry, I disagree....you have taken on their customer base. I'm sure they will furnish you with my details if you ask them to.
I was a customer of theirs and have been a customer of yours for a year.
The fact that they refuse to send me my betting history tells it's own story in my opinion.
Are you saying that BetVIP have told you that they will not provide my betting history to you either?
You can email me an answer to that if you would rather not post it on here.
131  Economy / Gambling / Re: #1 RATINGS of SPORTSBOOKS. Please post any payout delays. Input wanted from all. on: July 15, 2015, 11:07:57 AM
And finally,
A couple of days before they folded it said in my account 'amount available to withdraw = 1.67 bitcoin'
How do they defend that??
132  Economy / Gambling / Re: #1 RATINGS of SPORTSBOOKS. Please post any payout delays. Input wanted from all. on: July 15, 2015, 10:43:21 AM
Cloudbet have finally sent me a message:

Hi Tony
Thanks for your messages.
BetVIP have sent us a message again confirming that you are not owed any funds due to uncleared bonus. They say the only funds you had in your account were bonus funds.
It seems that is all we are going to get from them. Perhaps we could offer you a 100% match bonus of up to 2 BTC with 30x rollover to help bridge the gap?

A nice offer from them but the crux of the matter is that I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY MULTIPLE BONUSES as BetVIP say I did and all I need is my betting history with deposits and withdrawals showing  so that I can prove it.
If they are so sure that they owe me nothing why do they not furnish either myself or Cloudbet with them?
Since seeing this on their site over two weeks ago (still there now) I have sent SEVEN requests for my betting history.
I have still not received them!

Why will Cloudbet not insist they are sent to them or me to end this matter once and for all?
Is that asking too much?....I don't think so.
You'd think they would jump at the chance to prove they are correct and owe me nothing.....why will they not send them?
As they refuse to answer my emails I have to keep on at Cloudbet to do it for me. After all, it's them that have taken on their customer base which includes me.....I am also a Cloudbet customer of long standing.
Finally, does anybody think I would be making such a huge issue of this if I wasn't absolutely certain they are wrong?
Come on Cloudbet.....get my betting history from them, they refuse to send it to me.
133  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet.com - high stakes Wimbledon betting | sportsbook and casino on: July 14, 2015, 05:31:21 PM
I'm shocked it's not been sorted out one way or the other by now.
It's two weeks since Cloudbet took on the BetVIP customer base.
All I'm asking is for someone to speak to me!

138  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet.com - high stakes Wimbledon betting | sportsbook and casino on: July 14, 2015, 10:40:07 AM
Is anybody from Cloudbet EVER going to contact me and let me know what happened when/if you got in touch with BetVIP on my behalf as you said you would?
Sorry to do it on this thread but you refuse to respond to me in any other way whatsover for some reason.
In fact, you're even ignoring me on this thread now!
I doubt I need to add that the disgusting  BetVIP still haven't sent my betting records to me.
What a disgrace this episode is.
139  Economy / Gambling / Re: #1 RATINGS of SPORTSBOOKS. Please post any payout delays. Input wanted from all. on: July 13, 2015, 05:29:45 PM
Sure Peeps.

I had been a customer with BetVIP for around 9/10 months when they folded suddenly.
I also had their banner at the top of bitcoinpunter.com and earned aound 3 bitcoin in affiliate payments in that time.
Those payments used to go into my betting account and I used to bet quite regularly with them. My single bets (all on soccer)  varied between 0.2 and 1.0 btc. I also deposited from time to time.
At the time they vanished, I had 1.67 bitcoin showing in my account.
A couple of days before they went belly up, I went to withdraw some bitcoin and it said 'amount available to withdraw is 1.67.....If I had bonuses to work through as they now claim, I would NOT have seen that amount available. When I was working my 100% deposit bonus through for the first few months after I first joined, the amount showing in my account was more than I was allowed to withdraw. Once I had turned it over,  it caught up and was the same. It was like that for 6 months.
Anyway, as I was about to withdraw,  a goal went in late in a game for me meaning I didn't need to withdraw as I had won enough elsewhere, so I didn't. What a bad moment that has turned out to be!
When they put it on the site on June 30th that the customer base had been transferred over to Cloudbet (where I've been a customer for about a year) I went there expecting to see my 1.67 btc. It wasn't there.
I then emailed them and asked why not. I got back this absurd reply:

Hi Tony
I have submitted a query to pull all your records. On my end what I can see is that you were issued multiple bonuses during your time with BetVIP. These did not have the requirements for a variety of reasons. One being that withdrawals of the principle amount were not allowed until the bonus funds were released. Once I have all the data and information I will forward this to you and we can take it from there.
Regards
Admin

A) I have no recollection of ANY other bonuses being issued to me (and we do tend to remember when we're given free bitcoin)
B) None of that response makes any sense to me whatsover.

I emailed back and requested they send my records to me so I could scrutinise them and got this back:

Hi Tony
Your account has been issued 4 separate bonuses since inception. I will send through the breakdown of betting and balance history shortly.
Regards
Admin

That was 10 days ago and despite sending them an email every day I can no longer get any response from them.
Leandro Rossi of Cloudbet was exchanging emails with me up until a week ago saying that they would be contacting BetVIP on my behalf but alas, he no longer responds to my emails any more either.
I am at a loss as to what to do next....I am on this thread talking about it, I am on the Cloudbet thread  also but nobody says a thing to me.....I have even sent two personal messages to Cloudbet via this forum that have also gone unanswered.

Incidentally....even if I am going senile and BetVIP HAD issued me with bonuses, the way I bet both in terms of stake size and frequency, I would have satisfied any bonus requirements in no time at all. But as I say, I only had my join up bonus.
I have never been so pissed off in my life. It's not a huge amount but it is mine and  I'd rather have it than someone else steal it from me.
How people can just get email after email and totally ignore them for this length of time is also truly beyond me.
140  Economy / Gambling / Re: #1 RATINGS of SPORTSBOOKS. Please post any payout delays. Input wanted from all. on: July 13, 2015, 11:09:27 AM
But if BetVIP refuse to send me my betting records (which will show I am correct) what can I do other than plead for Cloudbet, who took on their customer base,  to request those records on my behalf?
They have also gone silent on the issue.
It's so frustrating.
Even an email from either outfit telling me to piss off would be welcome at this stage!
 Embarrassed
