If your all affiliates were real then you submit a support ticket and talk to them about this hope they will give you some positive reply about this issue |

You think yours is negative? Mine is showing MINUS 6.96 bitcoin! LOL, i just wonder how many downlines do you have, if they earn money, your balance would be minus, is it right? Cloudbet's affiliate program is strange, cos other casinos offer money if downlines lose money, and they don't deduct money from your balance if some of your downlines are earning money. |

How long does it take to grade live wagers on this site? I have had a four team parlay that I did live sitting here for about 2 hours.

I would love to like your book more and I have lost a considerable amount at the book (at least for me) but I just cannot understand why it takes so long to grade live wagers. I placed a 4 team parlay at around 3pm EST and the tennis matches are long long over and the plays are not graded.
Also, I understand the loyalty program and clearing bonuses and whatnot but I feel someone in my case who made a relatively small deposit to just "try things out" many months ago was punished. I currently have 22178 reward points and really wish that you would create a system where we could redeem the points for free bets or something. It is a smaller complaint but the grading really really needs help. Every other site I bet live on the bets are graded within minutes for major sports and at most 30 minutes for the more obscure sports. But ATP/WTA/ITF tennis is not like ping pong or some egypt soccer league.
don't mean to bitch too much I just really do want to like this book more.

Is anybody from Cloudbet EVER going to contact me and let me know what happened when/if you got in touch with BetVIP on my behalf as you said you would?
Sorry to do it on this thread but you refuse to respond to me in any other way whatsover for some reason.
In fact, you're even ignoring me on this thread now!
I doubt I need to add that the disgusting BetVIP still haven't sent my betting records to me.
What a disgrace this episode is.

shouting here is the only way you can get the money, cos CB has already acquired betvip, if CB won't give you the money, you can post a scam accusation thread.
Btw, many guys said CB has bad support, it seems yes, they don't give you a good answer for many weeks, at least they should give your deposit on betvip, otherwise it is a scam

Cloudbet you guys should seriously answer these questions if you are taking your takeover seriously. If not then atleast inform all players you haven't. |

I have sent EIGHT requests for my betting history to info@betvip.com in the last 12 days. All have been ignored. Why are a firm with your reputation having anything to do with a fly by night outfit like them? |
