You should export the private key from Electrum instead of the files you made   From the address you used to get the BCH above
Then go to Electron Cash, import the private key that you recieved above.  I think it must works

Not really, I've encountered a similar case  but I did not find any debug.log file as your suggestion. The better thing is that I can continue using electrum by uninstalling and reinstalling  The difference may be due to the Electrum installation directory, I'm not sure but you should install on drive C (default folder). Conclude: For most DT members, it doesn't matter how many accounts you own, as long as you don't cheat in the same signature campaign (regardless of time period), you should have no problems.
