Barcelona has been emptying up for years and now it's more apparent on the field than ever. I'm quite surprised of them winning the league last season are qualified to UEFA league knockout stage this year.
Atletico Madrid vs Sevilla would be the last game of the year on la liga. This would be more significant to Atletico Madrid as a win mean they would replace Barcelona for the third place for the holidays. Sevilla is not performing well and the game is in Madrid, so it should be a walk in park of Atletico Madrid.
Barcelona has gone through significant changes and challenges in recent years that leads to a noticeable impact on the team's performance. Their success in winning the league last season and qualifying for the UEFA Champions League knockout stage this year shows resilience and determination within the squad. It seems that this season they Focus more on Champions League due to failure to progress from group stage the last season.

The next match between Atletico Madrid and Sevilla does indeed carry wide implications, including three big clubs. If they win, they would replace Barcelona for the third place which makes it a noteworthy development for the team before the christmas holidays. The fact that the game being played in Madrid and considering Sevilla's current form suggests that Atletico Madrid might have an advantage. While it may seem like an easy game for Atletico Madrid, Sevilla still possesses the potential to create surprises, because they are in a spirit to regain the best form.

There is also one other thing that Bayern Munich has been constantly doing over the years. Whenever there were rising superstars in other competitive teams from the Bundesliga, Bayern Munich bought them. They bought Hummels, Lewandowski and Gotze from Dortmund and several more in the past. Or Lewandowski was a free agent because I think Dortmund didn't let him go and insisted on him fulfilling the contract.

But their finances are a good reason for their success, too. They can act big if they need to, but most of the time they make well-considered decisions.
Bayern Munich being called Hollywood FC is They sign many the best players from other Bundesliga club, and many players put Bayern as a dream destination to play. This approach not only strengthens Bayern but also weakens their rivals that makes it a dual benefit for the club. The acquisitions of players like Hummels, Lewandowski, and Gotze from Borussia Dortmund exemplify Bayern's ability to identify and secure top talent within the league, ensuring a sustained dominance.

They were able to capitalize on the player's availability and bring him into their squad that showcase their ability to make strategic moves in the transfer market. It's an evidence to Bayern's financial stability that they can afford to act big when necessary. While Bayern can flex their financial strength, their success is not solely reliant on financial prowess. Their consistent success isn't just about spending big; it's about making smart, strategic choices that contribute to their sustained excellence on the field.

The Italian Serie A game between Roma and Napoli tonight was undoubtedly the strongest league game of the week in Italy  but unfortunately it was marred by bad decisions from the Napoli players who were red carded in the game. It was after Matteo Politano received the first red card the game in the 66th minute that Roma  started to pressure for a goal which they finally got in the 76th when Lorenzo Pellegrini found the back of the net.
Victor Osimhen after been booked should've played with more carefulness to avoid a second booking but that he failed to do as he was sent off later. Roma will definitely be happy with the outcome of the game as they've taken all three points from the game .
The game between Roma and Napoli is indeed the game of the week in Serie A, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by the bad action made by Napoli players that led to red cards. Matteo Politano being sent off in the 66th minute marked a turning point in the game, as Roma seized the opportunity to intensify their pressure for a goal. They succeeded when Lorenzo Pellegrini scored in the 76th minute.

The discipline of Napoli players, especially Victor Osimhen having already received a booking, should have played with greater caution to avoid a second yellow card, or maybe it's intentional by Osimhen as he forces a move in the upcomig transfer window. His subsequent dismissal undoubtedly made a significant impact on Napoli's chances in the match.  While Roma will understandably be pleased with the result, it's unfortunate that the game's potential brilliance was tarnished by the red cards. The incident is a reminder of the importance of player discipline and how individual decisions can significantly influence the course of a match.

Arsenal was lucky to get a draw in this match because Liverpool had all the chance to win the match. While Àrsenal coach celebrated the draw, Liverpool coach felt so bad for it. That shows that Liverpool actually came to win and they played well.
The game was fascinating. Liverpool came to beat Arsenal, but Arsenal proved that they are not a tiny team. Liverpool was lucky to equalize, and if it hadn't been for the manner Arsenal put them under pressure, they might have regretted meeting Arsenal. Thank you to Gabriel for scoring the first goal in four minutes, which made Arteta and other Arsenal fans delighted because their aim was accomplished.
Quote

Assuming Liverpool was able to convert some of their chances, they would have won with good margin. One of those clean chances was Alexander-Arnold kick that hit the bar. Today's match was actually interesting and brought back a lot of good memories.
Yes, they have numerous chances to score more goals, but the Arsenal defense demonstrates that they are still alert. Because of the pressure from Arsenal, Liverpool later transformed the game to a physical one. They attempted to injure some Arsenal players, but their ill intentions were returned to them because two Liverpool players desired injuries.

I was a tough and tight match between Liverpool and Arsenal, with both teams displaying their strengths. But actually it was not their best game, because both teams were not so good at creating chances. The early goal by Gabriel set a positive tone for Arsenal and achieved their intended objective. Arsenal had few chances, but, apart from the goal, those are not so threaten Alisson. Liverpool was just a bit better at pressing that didnt allow Arsenal to build dangerous trasitional attacks. This match just contested defensive resilience rather than offensive flair.

While it may not have been a spectacle in terms of goal-scoring opportunities, the strategic aspects of the game and the defensive prowess of both teams likely made it a tactical battle. Football can be appreciated for various elements, and even matches with fewer scoring chances can be intriguing in their own right. In the end, it seems like both teams put up a spirited effort that makes the game memorable for fans on both sides. It's always great to see football elicit such passion and excitement.

The match between Barcelona and Napoli is the only UCL playoff match with 50-50 chance. Although I believe Barcelona has an edge.

Both Napoli and Barcelona are struggling at this moment. But this is the UEFA Champions League and it brings the best out of everyone.  Barcelona has a legacy and a history. Barcelona won their last match against Almeria but they struggled really hard. I don't see Barcelona finishing above the 3rd place this season in La Liga unless Girona messes up really badly. Atletico Madrid are above them now.

Napoli on the other hand just suffered a huge loss in Copa Italia against a mid-tier team. They are in 5th place and not looking very good. Both Barcelona and Napoli will be hoping to get back before their matches in February.
Barcelona and Napoli are currently struggling, I think Napoli is way worse. But In the Champions League, teams often find a different level of motivation and performance, and past struggles in domestic leagues might not necessarily carry over to European competitions. Barcelona have legacy and rich in the Champions League, with multiple titles and memorable performances that suggests an ability to rise to the occasion in crucial matches.

Champions League brings out the best in everyone is a crucial point. I think Barcelona is more familiar with this tournament that give them advantage in mentaity aspect. Both Barcelona and Napoli will be hoping to recover before their matches in February. This is the importance of the period leading up to the fixture, where teams can address their issues, regain form, and approach the Champions League clash with renewed confidence.

Jose is an European Specialist and that’s one credit that we shouldn’t take away from him. Yes his team might not be in top form at the moment in the league but he sure know how to  get the best when it comes to competing in European competition, and just like last season they'll fight hard to go far in the Europa League this season, though it not going to be very easy cause of the teams that are still in the tournament.

Feyenoord won’t be much of an obstacle for Jose because he’ll be eyeing another final to get the books right as for last season loss which he hasn’t accepted defeat. Yes, his road to the final might be crazy but with Jose I think Roma will pose a threat. So I’m not waiting for the match to get close, I see Roma qualifying past Feynoord to the Round of 16, they've got my bet in that game.
Mourinho has a great track record in European competitions because of his agility to get the best out of his teams in European competitions, as evidenced by last season's performance. Even if Roma is not in top form in the league, Mourinho's tactical acumen and experience can be crucial in navigating the challenges posed by the Europa League. Roma's ability to overcome Feyenoord is indeed rooted in Mourinho's determination to rectify last season's final loss. The prospect of facing tough teams in the later stages of the tournament is acknowledged, but Mourinho's history suggests that Roma, under his guidance, can pose a significant threat to any opponent.

I agree that Roma qualifying past Feyenoord to the Round of 16 because Mourinho will have a strategic plan to navigate through the challenges. The confidence in Roma's success in this particular match reflects your trust in Mourinho's ability to orchestrate a successful European campaign. Mourinho's past achievements in European competitions add weight to the belief that Roma. I think Roma will be in the final in the end.

Manchester City squad has some key players that when they’re absent the team seems to face a decline in performance. KDB is one key player especially with his long eye sight for assisting the point striker Haaland. And if you notice, this season KDB has been out for over 3 months you see that Manchester City’s midfield isn’t looking too organized.

Another player of utmost importance is Rodri who has missed some matches which in those matches City have lost because of missing his defensive abilities; now with this key players in key positions, I think it’s a big task for Pep when it comes to team selection when one or two of these key players are inactive. For you to be champions you don’t need just defensive abilities but also high goal scoring abilities too is essential.
The absence of such influential players can indeed create challenges for the team. For Manchester City, Kevin de bruyne is the best player who has vision and playmaking abilities to create scoring opportunities for City. His absence for over three months has been noticeable in the team's midfield organization and its ability to generate goal-scoring chances. KDB's long-range passing and creativity are vital in unlocking defenses and connecting with strikers like Erling Haaland, making his presence crucial for City's offensive prowess. Rodri's importance is emphasized to balnce the tempo and transition in attacks and defenses. His absence has been linked to the team's losses that proves his significance in providing defensive stability and disrupting opponent attacks.

The absence of these players forces Pep to reevaluate his strategies and find suitable replacements, which can disrupt the team's rhythm and cohesion. The balance between a solid defense and an efficient attack is crucial for sustained success in any league. The dependency on key players in both defensive and offensive roles is the reason of the need for depth in the squad. This makes the team is able to maintain performance standards even in the absence of key individuals.

I think right club for Victor Osimhen if want to play with Premier League is Liverpool or Arsenal, both teams have good potential compete on the top position and seems next season Liverpool get opportunity for playing in Champion League than Chelsea with inconsistency performance and their current standing outside from top fourth.
At this point I would definitely take him at Liverpool. I’d get rid of Nunez and sign Osimhen, he would score a lot of goals in this Liverpool team.

Big players don’t often move in January though so I don’t think Osimhen will be going anywhere until the summer.
Big clubs always plan for the summer transfer window. Maybe Osimhen wants to move to Liverpool, Arsenal or Chelsea, but if he leaves Napoli in January, Napoli might not be able to fill his void properly. For such reasons, January transfers are more expensive than usual. I don't think it is very likely that Osimhen will leave Napoli in the winter transfer window. However, we know that he is not very happy at Napoli and he will eventually move to another club with bigger ambitions.
Big clubs prefer summer transfer window because that is applyable to their plan for the season, while winter transfer window is just a makeup for the deficiency of the plan that makes new players difficult to adapt straight away. when players produce a world class from, like Osimhen, it's common that they tend to aspire highest levels of European football. it's understandable for Osimhen trying to move to a bigger and more established club, but surely winter move is not the best idea.

That would be a big concern for Napoli to find his replacement if he leaves in January, because Finding a suitable replacement mid-season can be difficult, and the financial and strategic implications for Napoli could be substantial. Hence, January transfers often come with a premium, making them more expensive than those in the summer. But his discontent with Napoli and the possibility of a move to a club with bigger ambitions in the future adds a layer of realism to the situation. It shows the fluid nature of football transfers and the dynamics between players and clubs.

The Nice team was able to continue their excellent performance for a long time. But I was sure they couldn't compete with PSG. The main reason for this is the weakness of Nice's attack. Nice team is still second in the table only because of their strong defense. In 17 matches, Nice's players managed to score only 19 goals.

For this year's Ligue 1 title, I consider PSG's main opponent to be Monaco. This group is quite strong. Even then, Monaco is 7 points behind PSG. It seems that PSG can easily win the title this season. PSG boys played well in every match. PSG had a great 3-0 win against Metz.
The defense line of Nice is indeed their fondation for their accomplishment so far. Their ability to maintain an excellent defensive record has been crucial in their winning games and their position in the table. Having a strong defense line gives confidence to the team play their game. However, the concern you raise about the weakness in Nice's attack, particularly the low goal-scoring rate in 17 matches, suggests that their offensive capabilities might be a limiting factor when competing against stronger teams.

However, Competing against PSG in Ligue 1 seems beyond their reach. PSG's strong squad, financial resources, and consistent performances make them a giant force. The 3-0 win against Metz shows their capabilities and underlines their potential to secure the Ligue 1 title. I agree that Monaco is the most potential contender. the seven-point gap between them and PSG suggests that PSG has a considerable advantage at this point in the season. Monaco would need to maintain consistent performance and possibly capitalize on any mistakes from PSG to narrow the gap and mount a serious challenge for the title.

Aurélien Tchouaméni must be able to play wherever the coach and his team need him, of course when the team is in urgent need. Aurélien Tchouaméni is a defensive midfielder, but he can play a little deeper if Ancelotti wants that. Injuries to Alaba and several other defenders should make Aurélien Tchouaméni accept a new job in that position, even if he is not happy with it.

You're right, Ancelotti will have Aurélien Tchouaméni in his preferred position again once several defenders return from injury, but Ancelotti may have to consider rotation and give his younger players time to feature in the next few easy games. Luckily for Real Madrid, in the next 4 La Liga matches, none of their opponents were strong teams, so player injuries or suspensions due to red cards were not the reason why they were unable to maintain their performance.
Aurélien Tchouaméni has become an impoartant figure at Real Madrid because of his versatility to play at several positions. His is indeed an asset for any team, and his willingness to adapt to different positions can be crucial, especially in times of urgency or when the team faces injury concerns. While Tchouaméni is primarily a defensive midfielder, his ability to play deeper, in a center-back position, showcases his versatility and commitment to what the team needs.

A temporary shift to the center-back position might be necessary to provide much-needed cover for the team. This adaptability not only demonstrates Tchouaméni's commitment to the collective cause but also showcases his versatility as a player. The point about returning to his preferred position once the injured defenders are back is also valid, because He is basically the only defensive midfielder in the team. During this period of adjustment, Ancelotti may need to consider rotation and provide younger players with valuable playing time, especially in less challenging fixtures. This strategic move not only allows Tchouaméni to contribute to the team's immediate needs but also provides an opportunity for squad rotation and player development.

beerlover, If you are a general fan of football, you will enjoy these competitions. I mean World Cup wouldn't have been fun if Brazil or other countries were winning each time. German League i.e. Bundesliga were becoming boring due to the sheer dominance of Bayern Munich. After a lot years, Xabi and his team Bayer Leverkusen after being undefeated for 25 matches, they are ahead of Bayern Munich. But the point gap is very low.

PSG's dominance also makes Ligue 1 very boring. I remember Lille won Ligue 1 a few years ago and I was surprised. As a fan of football, I don't enjoy these dominance in these leagues.
This is a common perspective among football fans that shows the importance of competition and the excitement that comes with unpredictable outcomes. The notion that excessive dominance by one team can make a league less enjoyable is widely shared. Bundesliga has become a climax of boredom when Bayern is not only dominating, but also predicted to win it even before the season starts.

The appeal of football often lies in the drama, uncertainty, and underdog stories that unfold during competitions. The World Cup, for instance, becomes a global spectacle because it brings together diverse teams, each with its own strengths and weaknesses. The unpredictability of the results adds to the thrill, and fans relish the opportunity to witness unexpected triumphs and upsets. Fans want a more competitive environment where multiple teams contend for the top spot. The resurgence of Bayer Leverkusen and their position ahead of Bayern Munich after an undefeated streak give football fans a hope that the league gets it exciting again.

Although there are some matches that Mazzari has let slip away without full points at the moment I still wouldn't say he is a failure even though this possibility is quite large because after all when looking at the situation now Mazzari will actually still be considered a form of adaptation for him and indeed this is not going too well.

But what is certain now regardless of whatever happens is that Mazzari will still be behind Napoli's coaching at least until the end of the season because honestly I doubt if Napoli will change their coach again even though they failed because after all it is not too ethical to see a change of coach done very quickly for a big club like Napoli especially this also refers to their finances of course.
Mazzarri might be facing challenges, but labeling him as a failure prematurely indeed overlooks the complexities of such transitions, because adapting to a new team and league is a process that takes time. The Serie A is known for its tactical intricacies where where a team will fall short if the team play the quite same tactics every season. The Manager often needs time to implement their strategies and get the best out of their players.

A club need stability and continuity to regain their peak form. Tjis is why changing a coach mid-season, especially for a club of Napoli's stature, is not a good idea. Frequent coaching changes can disrupt the team's rhythm and hinder long-term planning. It's not just about the results of a few matches, but it's about building a foundation for sustained success. management's change is also a rapid changes in coaching staff that can lead to financial strain, not only in terms of paying off existing contracts but also in securing new coaching talent. Clubs must balance the desire for immediate success with the need for a stable and ethical approach to managing their resources.

Arteta can bring something different to Arsenal, but his problem is at the end of the season where they can't maintain their consistency so it benefits other clubs. Yes Arteta must learn from their mistakes last season, one of which is about the depth of the squad they have. The long competition must be very tiring and if they don't have good squad depth, then the same thing will happen again. It must be anticipated, with a long competition players will be prone to injury and when the main players are injured they must be replaced by players who are really ready.
I think Arteta has already made Arsenal different from the Arsenal before Arteta. They have already a stong team character with a good football. It's just unfortunate for him has to compete against Guardiola's Manchester City who is too strong for anyone. He has built a structured defending and possession-based football which has led them improved massively. This tactical shift could potentially make Arsenal a more competitive force in the long run.

The crucial issue is a sustaining level of performance throughout the entire season without making mistakes, as it's required to compete against Manchester City. The lack of squad depth has been a significant stumbling block which was proven last season when they losed Saliba due to Injury. The grueling nature of a long and competitive season demands a robust squad that can handle injuries, fatigue, and fixture congestion effectively. Learning from past mistakes is essential, and Arteta must recognize the importance of squad rotation and having capable substitutes who can step up when needed. If he can rectify this and build a squad capable of handling the rigors of a long season, Arsenal could stay on the top till the season ends.

Barcelona is currently not in a good situation, otherwise, a team like Napoli could never beat Barcelona with the performance they had during the last season with their coach Xavi, but since there are many injured players in this team and there are many players who left the team, I think this can be hard as you said to predict this match.
I think Napoli can have a good chance to score a goal in this game if they have Osimhen in the good form because the defenders of Barcelona have not performed well recently.
Injuries can significantly weaken current Barcelona that makes them vulnerable even against teams they might have historically outperformed. Under normal circumstances, Barcelona, with their historical prowess and talent, would not be easily defeated by a team like Napoli. However, the current circumstances have altered the competitive landscape. But Napoli is not at their best too, even though they still have Osimhen who will terrorize the vulnerability of Barcelona's defenders. Barcelona's defense has become a big issue this season suggesting that they will struggle against good attackers.

Both Barcelona and Napoli not being good this season implies a certain level of uncertainty and difficulty in predicting the outcome of the match. This introduces an element of unpredictability, making it hard to confidently assert the outcome of the game. There is a rationale argument for Barcelona's recent struggles, but Napoli's decline makes it easier for Barcelona.

Betis - Girona was a balanced game in general. Girona started to accept the game in their half after getting ahead by 1-0. Betis tried to improve their attacks more in the second half and they got what they wanted in the last minutes finally. For once I thought Girona were really going to be victorious in this quite challenging away game.
Girona couldn't keep up their form to top the table before the end of the first half of the season. I had a feeling that it was going to be a though game for Girona because Betis is a good team and they are at home. I knew Girona would score so I played them to have a goal, the odd was actually big and I was surprised why it that big.
Real Madrid had a dying minute winner against Alaves and now they're top of the La Liga going into the next year. It's going to be hard for Girona to get back on top because I feel Madrid, Atletico and Barcelona would be very serious next year and might occupy the top spots. At the same time, Girona doesn't look like a team that'll slow down so time will tell.
Both Girona and Real Madrid look struggling in their games, but Mentality and capability make the different results of the games. Real Betis being a strong team while playing at home makes Girona have faced challenges in maintaining their form to top the table before January. It was a good decision to bet on Girona to score, despite the odds being quite big. You have a big confidence in their ability to score even in a challenging game.

Real Madrid scoring a late goal against Alaves makes them climbing to the top of the table. This makes the competition at the top is intense with Real Madrid keep being favored due to their strong mentality. The big teams might settle the top spots, making it harder for Girona to reclaim the top of the table, Girona doesn't look like a team that will give up, and they might continue to be a competitive side in La Liga.

Nice is a contender for the Ligue One title but that doesn't portrayed any threat, they're just enlisted as any othe random mediocre club in Ligue One this season. It's almost the end of the year and there's strong probability of these clubs keeping to stellar performance. There's no club that can stand in the same ring to challenge Paris Saint Germain for the league title this season. It's really tough for these clubs to stand out to face energy with PSG who's on fire this season. Luis Enrique always makes sure he's team doesn't hold back when they face average clubs and they always make good use of their chance.
Nice dont have capacity of what what Lille had when they won the league, because the probability of the club maintaining good performances is low. This implies that Nice, like other random mediocre clubs, may struggle to sustain a competitive form against PSG. The central focus on PSG's exceptional form throughout the season with the managerial prowess of Luis Enrique reinforces the idea that they are a class apart.

The perception that PSG dominating in Ligue 1 is unparalleled that makes Nice and other clubs being downplayed threats. This means any team will difficult to stand out as a real contender for the league title. PSG is just an undisputed frontrunner in Ligue 1 with barely no threat to have. Enrique ensures his team does not hold back, even when they face average clubs, and that PSG consistently capitalizes on their chances.

Leverkusen continues to win smoothly, facing Bochum without even fierce competition, Schick managed to score a hat trick in this match, he was the man of the match, Schick is still quite young, his performance is also very good, Leverkusen is lucky to have him in the attacking position, with a 4-0 win over Bochum, this made Leverkusen firmly at the top and unbeatable, it is difficult to break through the defense that Leverkusen currently has, Alonso is truly a masterpiece, he made Leverkusen a strong team.
An easy 4-0 win for Bayer Leverkusen over Bochum proves that they are strong enough to challenge the title Bayern for the title. Hat-trick goals by Schick with out outstanding performance not only earned him the title of the man of the match but also showcased his talent and effectiveness in the attacking position. Having Schick makes Leverkusen has a great ppromising talent in their squad who has a great goal-scoring ability which is a crucial asset in their attacking lineup. This bodes well for the team's future prospects, as they seem to have a strong player who can deliver in critical moments.

Leverkusen's unbeatable position at the top of the table adds credibility to the manager, Xabi Alonso, as evidnet that he is a manager with a great capability who transform Leverkusen to be a formidable force in the league. The 4-0 win against Bochum not only secured three points but also reinforced their dominance with a smooth and effective playing style. I think it's reasonable for both of you not to expect Manchester City to win the title this season, but I still expect it to retain its title. Manchester City is known as a team that can dominate the Premier League title as long as Pep Guardiola is the coach, so I think they will retain the title even though currently Manchester City is below Aston Villa, Liverpool and Arsenal.

What doesn't make sense for you is to underestimate Manchester City's ability to defend the title, that's a bit funny because so far Manchester City is the team with 3 consecutive titles in the last 3 seasons. Will they always be able to, no, but the odds are still better today.
The historical dominance of Manchester City under Pep Guardiola and the team's ability to secure the titles are evident to still put them as favorite to win Premier League this season. While they may be currently below Aston Villa, Liverpool, and Arsenal in the standings, I think they will indeed still manage to retain the title. Guardiola is renowned for his tactical prowess and the team's ability to adapt to his style of play, which has contributed to their sustained success in recent years.

The past achievements of winning the titles while being behind before the ending weeks showcase Manchester City's resilience and capacity to overcome challenges. It's important to consider the entire season's context, acknowledging that teams may face ups and downs throughout the campaign. Manchester City's current position in the standings might not be indicative of their overall performance, and their track record suggests they have the capability to climb back and secure the title.

Vlahovic is one striker that’s being wanted by some Top English Clubs but the fact that Juventus doesn’t mind getting rid of him is because he’s not giving the goals they want as their striker, Juventus are in a keen contest for the league with Inter Milan and they don’t just need to defend goals but also score a lot and Vlahovic is falling short of that already, Juventus are all out in search of one who’ll help them get the goals and that already means Vlahovic is leaving the club.

Well I doubt if Vlahovic would move to Manchester United, during the summer winter there was a negotiation between Chelsea and Juventus that didn't material, and I believe they might rekindle their interest for Vlahovic, cause they too are in serious need of a top 9 and Vlahovic would be more cheaper than Osimhen who they're Said to be after.
The speculation and interest surrounding Vlahovic's potential transfer seems too much. I doubt any big club will target him who failed at Juventus which means he would struggle at any big club he goes. Juventus indeed a striker who can deliver the desired goal output, but the speculation is a work of agent who wants to keep up his bargaining. I dont think Manchester United and Chelsea have interest in him for their forward solution.

The failed negotiation with Chelsea during the previous transfer window suggests that there was interest, but for some reason, a deal couldn't be reached. Chelsea is in need of a top striker, but I doubt current Vlaholic will be solving their problem, Oshimhen would make more sense. The dynamics of transfer negotiations can be unpredictable, and various factors come into play, such as player performance, club strategies, and market conditions.

@dzungmobile I too believe that Roma will move on to the next round because of Mourinho’s experience and Lukaku goal scoring ability. Furthermore there’s talk that Mourinho wants a longer contract and if that happens then the player’s will be further motivated to perform well and secure their place in the playing 11 hence I feel that wagering on Roma makes sense.
Roma were runners up in the previous season so they are still quite strong even though they have to go through the round of 16 playoffs but they are still worth considering this season. Let's see how mourinho manages the Roma team to be able to perform better in the European league this season because the opponents they face are not weak teams so there must be a more accurate way to beat Feyenoord. This season, Roma seems to have lost their sharpness both in the domestic league and in the European league because several of their core player suffered injuries which made mourinho have to change tactics in every match.

Lukaku must be able to provide something different for Roma this season because he must show his best qualities to silence his critics. So far Lukaku has not been able to bring the expected results in domestic match. They often lose and they have to think about it as best as possible to focus on improving their quality in the European league this season so they can advance to the round of 16.
Roma as the finalist in the previous season should be seen as a prepared team. Mourinho as successful manager has the responsibility to navigate the team through the round of 16 playoffs in the European league. His tactical acumen and ability to adapt to changing circumstances is Roma's big asset in overcoming formidable opponents, such as Feyenoord. Injuries to core players have undoubtedly posed challenges for Roma that prompts Mourinho to alter tactics in various matches.

The ability to adapt and find effective solutions in the face of adversity is a testament to Mourinho's managerial prowess. Roma need to manage these setbacks efficiently for them to ensure that the team maintains a competitive edge both domestically and in European competitions. Romelu Lukaku bring positive different from last season that presents an opportunity for Roma to inject a new dimension into their gameplay. Lukaku, known for his physical prowess and goal-scoring ability, can be a game-changer for Roma, especially in crucial European fixtures.
