1041  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: December 01, 2023, 03:13:30 PM
I think that's true, PSG has two different performances between Ligue 1 and the European Champions League. On paper they should be able to progress smoothly, considering that Enrique has quite good squad depth. However, it is quite difficult to explain what they really need apart from luck, even now Enrique squad is having difficulty getting through the group phase, so they are required to try in the life and death match against Dortmund on matchday 6. PSG failed, to get their revenge against Newcastle yesterday.

In the first leg, PSG managed to beat Dortmund, but when I saw their game against Newcastle yesterday, I had a little doubt about Mbappe and his colleagues. However, keeping in mind the importance of this match, PSG will try desperately to secure 3 points. Because if they draw, Newcastle will get an advantage here, but with the condition that they have to beat Milan first. I think it's important to wait to see who can actually secure another slot in group F, before we look further ahead about PSG future.
yeah..  PSG look like a different team when they play in Champions League. It seems like PSG is facing some challenges in maintaining consistent performance across different competitions. Despite having a strong squad and good depth, they have encountered difficulties, and the group stage exit become a possibility as they face a crucial match against Dortmund. The team's overall form against Newcastle raises concerns, particularly the lack of support for Mbappe from his teammates.

On the other hand, PSG's performance in Ligue is provenly so dominant. PSG might adopt different playing styles for different competitions. In Ligue 1, they might prioritize attacking dominance and scoring goals, leading to high-scoring victories. They are familiar to Ligue 1 teams' capabilities and tactics. I think they are more motivated to keep their dignity in Ligue 1 by proving their ability to win the league without Messi.
1042  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: December 01, 2023, 02:35:34 PM
Xabi Alonso has quite a big responsibility in maintaining the performance and consistency of his squad, the threat from Bayern Munich does not play - play and at all costs Xabi Alonso must still maintain the position of his squad at the top of the standings, so the difference of 2 points I think it is still far from safe for Leverkusen, because if Leverkusen slipped in one of the next matches then obviously it was a golden opportunity for Tuchel's squad. We'll see if Leverkusen can be that strong.
Definitely this has to be the toughest part of been at the top of the table, the responsibility becomes even bigger because nat every slightest drop in point, they will be displaced by their biggest rival Bayern Munich who is closely behind them on the league table.

Leverkusen must make sure to continually win their subsequent matches such that they will be points ahead of Bayern Munich but this will be effective if only it turns out Bayern Munich losses their games as Bayern Leverkusen keeps winning but then one of the greatest test Bayern Leverkusen will be facing soonest will have to be that of winning Bayern Munich probably in their next meeting which I anticipate soonest.
Yeah.. Leverkusen leading the league comes with immense pressure, especially when a team like Bayern Munich, is suffocating. The fear of being dethroned by the toughest rival makes every point dropped feels like a major setback. Leverkusen maintaining the lead requires consistent winning, because it's not just about their own performance, but also the need to hope for Bayern Munich's stumbles. It's hard for Leverkusen to extend their lead by winning every game and hoping Bayern Munich loses.

I think the real test for Leverkusen lies on facing Bayern Munich directly. This will be a clash of titans, a battle between the top two teams in the league. Leverkusen must be at their absolute best to overcome their rivals and solidify their position at the top. One thing is for sure that the Bundesliga title race promises to be thrilling until the very end. Both Leverkusen and Bayern Munich are exceptional teams, and every point earned, every goal scored, will be crucial in determining the champion.

I have same opinion as yours as it regards Liverpool winning the Europa this season, I really think people should take a chill pill on how the all exaggerate that Liverpool will definitely win the Europa this season, this is football and at such a anything can happen at anytime regardless of how well a team have been.

I have foreseen Leverkusen to be a very strong opposition to the chances of Liverpool turning out the winners of the Europa this season. Moreover they are just at the group stages of the Europa and yet to get pass the second stage so taking hope high enough as it regards foreseeing Liverpool to be the winners will be too fast, let's wait awhile probably mid the second stage of the Europa after the teams from the UCL have joined them, then We could tell for sure if Liverpool truly posseses the ability to be crowded the winners of the Europa by the end of this season.
Yeah.. Leverkusen is a big cub who has a strong track record in European competitions and is currently in good form. But I think it is still too early to say for sure how the competition will play out. There are many other strong teams involved, like Rome and others who will drop off Champions League and anything can happen in football. It will be interesting to see how Liverpool and Leverkusen fare in the knockout stages of the competition.

I Think, in the next round, Opinions on which teams will be favorite surely change. While Liverpool will still be the most favorite, Other teams who drop off champions league will also be tough competitors. Only time will tell whether Liverpool can overcome the challenges posed by Leverkusen and other strong teams in the Europa League. However, one thing is for sure: it will be an exciting competition to watch.
1044  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2023/2024 on: November 30, 2023, 05:37:47 PM
Don't forget about the Newcastle vs Man United match.  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy  Could be a good one as Newcastle hasn't really lost at home except for that one game against Liverpool.  Man United on the other hand have won 5 of their last 6 matches and won their last 4 away matches...  They also kept a clean sheet in three of them.  I think they could do better than what we saw with Chelsea last weekend.  :/

Another good match is Chelsea vs Brighton.  Not sure why with Chelsea's home record they're line at 1.71 and Brighton is 4.40.  Shouldn't it be a little closer?
I would expect Newcastle United to win the game because Manchester United are not exactly in great form even though they have getting the points in the Premier League recently. Manchester United have drawn 3-3  in the Champions league away at Galatasaray in a game they needed to win but failed therefore if Newcastle take the game to them with attacking football, I think they will win especially with the home crowd cheering them on.
It's no secret that Newcastle is favorite to win against Manchester United. Newcastle got one point against PSG away, Manchester United while. got one point against Galatasaray away. This alone describes the recent capability of the two teams. Moreover Newcastle always won their home game, except against Liverpool, and Manchester United have been so bad in away games. Manchester United's performances this season show their inconsistency with defensive vulnerabilities.

The shape of mentality is also on Newcastle side, They have almost no issue in the squad with full support from their fans. Manchester United, on the other hand, is having criticized so badly that makes players struggle to give their best. Newcastle United has been playing with confidence and has a strong attacking threat. If Newcastle United can capitalize on Manchester United's defensive weaknesses and continue their attacking flair, they have a strong chance to win at St. James' Park. The home crowd will undoubtedly provide an additional boost to their performance.
1045  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tips on staying responsible. on: November 30, 2023, 05:10:27 PM
I agree with you, self-control is the most important thing in carrying out gambling activities, people who are easily tempted by the tricks they see in the casino, in my opinion they are not equipped with good self-control and these people will easily place bets. because they feel they will win or gain profits in this game, and if they don't immediately realize that they will experience a lot of losses there. Meanwhile, to perfect self-control so that it is optimal, responsible behavior is also required. If we can do both, even slowly, it will reduce the risk of gambling, namely losing a lot of money and apart from that, it will prevent us from becoming addicted to gambling.
well yeah... People who easily fall prey on casino enticements often lack strong self-control and are more likely to make impulsive bets. The allure of potential winnings can cloud their judgment, leading to substantial losses. having responsible gambling practices are essential to cultivate effective self-control. This includes establishing clear limits for time and money spent gambling, taking breaks to assess one's emotional state.

Gambling should be played on expecting an entertainment, not to make money. Gamblers are better to determine the maximum amount of time and money you are willing to spend gambling. Stick to these limits strictly, even if you are on a winning streak. Some time you need to step away from the gambling table to clear your head and regain composure, You need to assess your emotional state and make rational decisions.
1046  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Risking 1% in Gambling on: November 30, 2023, 04:53:24 PM
They key here is we should gamble what we can afford to lose. No percentage or a specific amount as it's us who should evaluate how much we can afford to lose only and it could change overtime depending on our income. 10 usd per week, personally I find it very small and it doesn't excite me at all but I respect there are gambler who stick with conservative approach in gambling, and if that would make them safe and enjoy at the same time, so be it.
More like this limit will only make you more aggressive to deposit again. This only applies to some gamblers that are not easy to satisfy their desire to play. 10 USD is indeed too small to gamble and it will only take you around 10+ bets. However, there are really some people who only want to enjoy gambling even now and then. This small amount can make them satisfied and be enough to gamble for some time.
Agreed.. Implementing that limit could potentially lead to increased aggression and frustration among some gamblers, particularly those with a strong urge to gamble, because such a limit could hinder their ability to gamble as much as they desire, leading to feelings of dissatisfaction and a compulsion to deposit more money in order to continue playing. That limit will reduce the potential benefits, but also could help to reduce the overall amount of money that gamblers spend, potentially mitigating the negative impacts of gambling on their finances and personal lives.

The effectiveness of the limit would depend on the individual gambler's motivations, financial situation, and ability to control their gambling behavior. While it could lead to increased aggression in some cases, it could also promote responsible gambling practices and reduce the potential harm associated with excessive gambling. But I dont think gamblers would stick on very small limit, adrenaline and greediness would break the limit.

1048  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: November 30, 2023, 04:03:22 PM
This season, Real Madrid can be said to have started to gain chemistry with each other because in the last few matches their goal productivity has increased drastically. So it seems difficult for Girona to reclaim first place with the squad they have, especially this week they will play Velencia and after that they will play Barcelona. Certainly between these two matches Girona will lose points.
Yeah.. Real Madrid's surge in goal-scoring form recently is a testament to the growing chemistry among their players. They have improved the understanding of each other's movements and tendencies on the field, and it's leading to more cohesive attacking play and a higher conversion rate of chances. This enhanced attacking prowess will undoubtedly pose a significant challenge to Girona's aspirations of reclaiming the top spot. This situation would put pressure on Girona.

Girona's next two matches against Valencia and Barcelona, two of the toughest opponents, are possibly to result in point losses for Girona, further widening the gap between them and Real Madrid. It's well-known that Girona's current squad struggle to match Real Madrid's level of play, especially considering the latter's recent momentum. Maintaining their current position will require Girona to step up their performance and capitalize on any potential missteps by Real Madrid.

in my opinion Napoli will be able to recover, clearly not this season, which is now obviously disastrous for everyone from every point of view. Next season they will certainly be well energized and happy to want to make the difference that they were unable to make this season. My opinion of course.
Napoli's recent struggles have been disappointing for all their fans and supporters. Sacking a manager after they the league is provenly a big mistake a club ever made. But I believe that they have the potential to bounce back and challenge for trophies in the near future. They have a talented squad with a strong team spirit, and they have shown in the past that they can compete with the best teams in Italy. This needs an ambitious will from the management and the president to invest.

Next season, They will need to keep their key players to stay at the club to maintain their champions mentality in the squad. they will have the added motivation of trying to make amends for their disappointing campaign this season. They will be well-rested and will have a full pre-season to prepare for the new season. I am confident that they will be a force to be reckoned with next year.
1050  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: November 30, 2023, 03:43:29 PM
Lyon will only have their last chance in January and after that, if there are no changes in their performance, it is quite clear that Lyon cannot avoid the relegation zone, but if there are changes, at least they can be a little more consistent, there is hope of avoiding relegation.
In fact, I see a lot of League 1 clubs that have changes in performance, such as Marseille and Lens, which currently don't have strong consistency like the previous season, which makes us always avoid betting on these clubs and Lyon is one of the clubs that has had bad changes this season.
If we talk about league 2 it uncertain and it is too early to say whether Lyon will be able to perform well there when they are relegated.
Yeah.. Lyon is in dangerous situation. Their current chances of avoiding relegation are decreasing with each of their next matches. The team's inconsistent performance, plus their inability to score and defend leading score, has put them in a critical position. I'm convinced that the upcoming winter transfer window is the only moment of chance for Lyon to make a big change to their squad, potentially introducing new players who can inject fresh energy and improve the team's overall performance. But, I think even with such changes, it remains to be seen whether or not lyon can reverse their fortunes and escape from relegation zone.

I think that the chances for lyon to avoid relegation are slim but not impossible. Their investment in the upcoming transfer window could provide a hope, but the team's performance will determine their fate. The hope of staying in Ligue 1 would depends on their ability to retain key players, attract new talent, and adapt to the different style of play. And their potential relegation, the outcome remains uncertain, with their future success hinging on their adaptability and ability to rebuild.
1051  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: November 30, 2023, 03:12:59 PM
The team is not working as it should. And to be honest,  I don't think anyone knows what the actual problem is.  And that's because it is definitely not certain what the actual problem is.  Because changes can cause problems between the coaches and the players. But the problem cannot be so big that a team that was performing pretty decently starts performing like this. But from the outside, it does look like the players are not being able to cope up with the tactics that the coach is implementing or trying to implement.
Yeah.. I feel like there is something quite concerning to see Union Berlin's recent struggles, especially considering their impressive performances last season. The disconnect between the coach's tactics and the players' execution suggests a need for better communication and alignment. A string of losses can erode confidence and affect overall morale. This could lead to hesitant decision-making and a lack of risk-taking on the field.

I think the coach's tactical approach might not be resonating with the players. A lack of understanding or buy-in to the new strategies could hinder their performance on the field. I feel like the integrating new players and the adapting to new tactics can be challenging, especially for a team that has found success with a particular style of play. The transition period might be taking longer than expected. it's quite clear to see that there is pressure to maintain the success of last season that could be weighing heavily on the team. This pressure might be manifesting in overthinking and a lack of focus during matches.
1052  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling are mainly for rich and lucky mind. on: November 29, 2023, 05:31:12 PM
One part of me believe that gambling is mainly for the rich because most gambling videos that I have watched involved high amount of money which makes the gamblers wager good amount, and they win a lot more money, but even the poor ones do win too.

It's a matter of choice, as not all rich people are into gambling either, I don't have to think or dream about been rich before I can start gambling, if your aim is not quick money then you will follow the rules of becoming a responsible gambler.

You will be able to control your greed and risk only what you can afford to lose, the rich gamblers also lose money but I bet that they are risking what they can afford to lose too, so there for, it's better to know your limit and not follow rich gamblers, always remember you worth.
I believe so too, or at least for people who spare money to spend on the weekend. I think the perception that gambling is primarily for the rich comes from the frequent its advertisement of high-stakes gambling, where wealthy individuals engage in lavish wagers and experience significant wins or losses. maybe it's true that some wealthy individuals do enjoy gambling, but the fact is ancient behavior of human, and gambling is not exclusive to the affluent. People from all socioeconomic backgrounds participate in gambling activities, including those with limited financial means.

The allure of gambling often lies in the prospect of quick and easy money. Gambling is actually an entertainment, not a job to make money. Whether rich or poor, gambling should be approached with a sense of responsibility and a clear understanding of the risks involved. Gambling should not be seen as a path to wealth, but rather as a leisure activity that should be enjoyed within one's financial means.
1053  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have You At Any Point In Time Blame Who Taught Or Led You To Gambling? on: November 29, 2023, 05:10:00 PM
The expectations those people have out of gambling are so out of line that it does not surprise me they end up experiencing huge problems to leave it behind and blame others for their mistakes, and I say this because anyone expecting to win their bets all the time has no idea how gambling works, since not even casinos which have the odds on their favor can guarantee they will win all the time, as there have been many cases in which casinos have lost a lot of money as well.
Yeah.. People get destroyed by what they expected. They know what gambling is, but they don't realize gambling is a game of chance, and the odds are always in favor of the house. This means that over time, gamblers are more likely to lose money than win it. it's baffling me to see many people continue to gamble because they have unrealistic expectations about what gambling is and how it works. it's baffling me more to see a few people keep on betting when they actually have make up for their previous losses.

Some people believe that they can outsmart the casino and beat the odds. and I have met other people who believe that they are simply unlucky and that their luck will eventually change. Still others believe that gambling is a way to get rich quickly and easily. These unrealistic expectations can lead to serious problems, such as gambling addiction, financial hardship, and relationship problems. If you are struggling with gambling, it is important to seek help from a qualified professional.
1054  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Premier League 2023/2024 Discussion Thread ⚽ on: November 29, 2023, 04:46:13 PM
I'm afraid Chelsea are really hopeless now. Their performance against Chelsea and Manchester City made me really wondering about whether they have started to get better. However it didn't last long at all. Newcastle completely destroyed them by 4-1 right away.  Sad  Maybe there was a red card for Chelsea side also but the score was already 3-1 then.

I really can't be hopeful about Chelsea. Pochettino has a really difficult task to perform. Truthfully I don't blame him for Chelsea's condition at all.

It is rather due to a bad ownership of the team in my opinion. Boehly isn't even close to Abramovich about managing a team.
I see that too.. Their 4-1 thrashing by Newcastle was a major setback, and it's clear that they're still struggling to find consistency. I havent seen Chelsea play with a strong character. Pochettino has a tough job on his hands, and it's not surprising that fans are starting to lose faith. The ownership issue is certainly a factor. Boehly is still new to the role, but I dont know why hasnt put the right person at Director of Football position.

I think it shows that Boehly doesn't have the same level of experience as Abramovich. When Abramovich took over Chelsea, He hired David Gill who at the moment was a successful Director of Football at Manchester United. This is causing some uncertainty among the fans, and it's making it difficult for Pochettino to build a stable and successful team. I think it's too early to say whether Chelsea are doomed to a season of mediocrity or whether they can turn things around. If Pochettino can get some stability back into the team, and if Boehly can start to make some smart decisions, then there is still a chance that Chelsea can salvage their season.
1055  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sometimes betting is just ridiculous. Sometimes it is complete nonsense. on: November 29, 2023, 04:30:21 PM
And most important what scares me, that casinos will hide behind "there is a demand on such betting" and there really be people who will find this demanding.

They are going to lose their reputation and it will backfire for their being insensitive, war is bad and when you talk of war you talk of atrocities you do not make a bet on war, even if they say there is demand I doubt if the casino will do that, they will receive backlash not only from the gambling community but from the international community as well.

In fact, if casinos are in profit they should donate to victims of wars regardless of race.
Casinos should leave war and gamblers should be responsible for requesting this, although I doubt if there will be requests like that
yeah.. I'm sure sane people would say that it would totally be insensitive and wrong for casinos to offer betting on war. War is a terrible thing that causes immense suffering and loss of life. It is not something that should be trivialized or gamified. Ideally no one should not profit from war, especially casinos. Instead, they should use their profits to help victims of war. This would be a much more positive and constructive use of their resources.

I hope that casinos will reconsider their plans to offer betting on war. I would better if there is an societal institution to urge them to think about the impact that this would have on victims of war and their families, and also urge gamblers to boycott casinos that offer betting on war. I think it would be nice if there are people who stand together against this insensitive and harmful practice.
1056  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Two Carreer skill benefit of gambling on: November 29, 2023, 04:13:55 PM
Perhaps some people can change or improve their skills so they can socialize better through gambling, but some people don't because they are influenced by what is in the casino, so instead of being able to improve their skills, they fall into gambling. But it is true that casinos are meant to evoke strong emotions and have risks that must be taken into account by each gambler, so each gambler must realize that they need self-control when gambling in casinos. But when there are people who visit casinos and gamble and have the intention to use gambling as entertainment and a place to make new friends, maybe they will get something useful from visiting the casino. That is why we really need strong self-control so that we can avoid the temptations in casinos and avoid the desire to gamble excessively. Once we get our goal, we will leave the casino because we have got what we were looking for.
yeah.. I think that's The potential duality of casinos as both a platform for social interaction and a source of temptation. I have seen some individuals utilize casinos as a means to enhance their social skills and forge new connections. However, the allure of gambling and the carefully crafted atmosphere within casinos can easily spiral into excessive or problematic gambling behavior. All I feel about casinos are meticulously designed to evoke strong emotions and heighten arousal, making it challenging to maintain self-control. The flashing lights, enticing sounds, and constant promise of winning can cloud judgment and lead to impulsive decisions.

Maybe some individuals find value in visiting casinos for social purposes, because it's a good place to exercise caution and maintain strong self-control. I think that the decision to gamble should be made with careful consideration of the potential risks and benefits. For those seeking social interaction and entertainment, alternative avenues should be explored to minimize the exposure to the enticing yet potentially harmful environment of casinos.
1057  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you guys believe in other people luck and try to copy them? on: November 29, 2023, 03:56:57 PM
Waiting for that luck where he copies the bet of someone else's picks, I don't think it's something that he doesn't know what he's doing
as he is willing to take that risk while waiting for something good to happen.

Maybe the amount of money that he places is the amount that he's willing to let go, anyway it always depends on the gambler himself and how they take that situation, whatever the outcome.

Take it as how you believe with both you and the person you copy the pick.
well yeah.. I think they may be taking a calculated risk, believing that the person they are copying has a better understanding of the game or a more intuitive sense of the odds, I cant argue to say it's a bad idea. Moreover, I have no doubt that they may simply be enjoying the social aspect of gambling and the camaraderie of sharing picks with others, because gambling can be a great way to socialize and connect with others who share your interests. The camaraderie and excitement of sharing picks and experiencing the thrill of winning together can be a very rewarding experience. It's a way to bond over a shared passion and create lasting memories.

But, I doubt that will put the same amount of money the gambler is willing to risk when their decisions depend on other individual circumstances and risk tolerance. There is no right or wrong answer, and what is acceptable for one person may not be acceptable for another. The important thing is that the gambler is aware of the risks involved and is gambling within their means.
1058  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Not this guy on: November 29, 2023, 03:44:17 PM
Yes, maybe your opinion is correct, what is clear is that he was reckless in gambling even though he was aware of losing a lot of money because he had a lot of money and it cannot be denied that people who have a lot of money find it easy to do all kinds of activities to carry out their hobbies or find fun. for himself. Moreover, in gambling, people who have a lot of money will gamble without time limits or betting limits because they are not afraid of losing their money.
We will definitely experience losing money when gambling, this will obviously happen even if we are smart or know how to play, because gambling is just luck and gamblers can only hope to get it.
I see your point on the spot. That's all about the relationship between wealth and gambling behavior. Rich people may find it easier to engage in risky activities like gambling, even if they are aware of the potential for losses. This is because they have a greater capacity to afford financial setbacks, and they may feel less pressure to control their spending. Those people who have a lot of money can give themself a false sense of security. it can lead them to believe that they are immune to the negative consequences of gambling.

I dont understand of why they feel no need to set limits and practice responsible gambling habits, regardless of their financial situation. I always think that rich people do gambling as a form of entertainment, not a means of income, but I still found they are obsessed with money on gambling. They should view it as a luxury that can be enjoyed occasionally, but not something to rely on for financial stability.
1059  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: November 29, 2023, 03:21:26 PM
In my opinion, the winner of the Newcastle-Milan match will advance to the UCL. Borussia had great momentum and won 2 matches against Newcastle. Despite playing away against Milan, they won 3-1. They are in great form and if they play with their normal squad they can of course beat PSG. That's why the Newcastle-Milan match is of greater importance.
PSG wasted the opportunity to advance to the knockout round, the draw they achieved when they hosted Newcastle at the Parc des Princes meant that Mbappe and his friends had to fight in the final match of the group stage. Now PSG's fate is in their own hands, they must remain focused and try to achieve victory when they play at Dortmund headquarters in the final Group F match. PSG must decide their fate at Dortmund headquarters, they need to focus on the goal because victory in the last match will take them to the round of 16.

If the other match between Newcastle vs Milan ends in a draw, then PSG will qualify even though they lost at Dortmund headquarters. PSG must not depend on the results in other matches, they must treat the match at Dortmund headquarters like a Final, victory must be obtained if they want to qualify.
I'm surprised that PSG is wasting the opportunity to secure qualification with a draw against Newcastle, but the They still have their destiny in their own hands. PSG's fate hangs in the balance as they head into their final Group F match against Borussia Dortmund. They have to win the game at Signal Iduna Park to send themself through to the knockout stage, while anything less could spell their Champions League exit. I think they will go through the next round, as they have shown resilience in the face of adversity, and now they must summon that same determination to overcome a formidable opponent.

Even a draw between Newcastle and Milan would provide advantage for them, PSG cannot afford to rely on external factors. They must take matters into their own hands and secure the win they need. The stakes are high, but PSG has the quality and experience to prevail. With Mbappe leading the charge, they are capable of producing a moment of magic that could decide the tie. I'm sure this time PSG will rise to the occasion and demonstrate their true potential. The Champions League knockout stage awaits, but first, they must conquer Dortmund.

The new coach from Union Berlin, Nenad Bjelica, can show tonight what his tactics will be. With Grote and Eta, Union Berlin have recently played more offensively. But that was only for one game, because shortly afterwards the new coach was introduced.
I have already explained it here several times that the reasons for their problem are not only the coach. The transfer policy was not good and how the new players were integrated into the team were also not typical for Union Berlin. That was/is the problem.
I think the Union Berlin's new coach, Nenad Bjelica, will not able to show his real idea in his first, as he needs to adapt to the team first. This first game is the chance for him to know the ability of his players to adapt to his tactics. it may take some time for Nenad Bjelica to fully implement his coaching philosophy and tactics at Union Berlin. it is unreasonable to expect Bjelica to work miracles overnight. The first few games will be an important period for Bjelica to assess the strengths and weaknesses of his players.

We know that under the previous coach, Union Berlin had adopted a more offensive style, particularly in the recent matches featuring Grote and Eta. this shift was short-lived as the new coach took over shortly after. I dont expect Bjelica to apply the same idea as it doesnt work anymore. The team's transfer strategy and player integration have been atypical for Union Berlin, which could be the root cause of their recent struggles. Bjelica's task will be to address these issues and revitalize the team's performance.
