Which do you feel has an overall brighter prospect for the future?
In my opinion it is XMR, from a technical and team point of view.
However, once confidential transactions are implemented on to Bitcoin, it is hard to see purpose for any other privacy coin.
Without a doubt I would say XMR is the number one privacy looking forward to the future. As you say, not only team- and technical wise, but also community-wise. The XMR community is very passionate about the project, which is an important aspect for any crypto

Just to have an idea, would you mind sharing how much you paid for the diamonds + placement? I am not really home in the juwelry market so would be nice to know as a potential bidder. Cheers

I’m still not confident and I still don’t trust the market going green today. It is just one day down and it happened a while ago too that the market was all green and the next few days dropped its price back down again. But I do hope this’ll be the very lowest price it will ever swim down because if Bitcoin drops down again and would reach $4-5k I think they will loose a lot of investors and won’t trust Bitcoin anymore. And obviously the market will suffer again, which is what I am not looking forward to this year.
I agree mostly, It seems to me like this is just one out of the sooo many deadcat bounces that we've seen already. Anyways, we will probably keep thinking that untill there's enough proof of the real bull market returning. Anyhow I do think that IF bitcoin would ever drop to 3-5kusd again, a lot of people will jump in again to grab some cheap bitcoins.

It was about time that it rebounced, wasn't it? Now the real question is, will the green market be sustainable or is this just one more dead cat bounce? Only time will tell boys and girls

That’s absolutely a great bitcoin starter package! Well done MJ and congratzzz to the winner of this mistery box. Better than the absurd dark web mystery boxes you find on youtube

1.2 BTC
I'm not doing this VS an account created 9 days ago. Congrats

I think there's room for both of them. However if I'd have to pick one, obviously I'd go for ethereum because it's the first one in what it does. And bitcoin is the perfect example of that. People care about what the first one was, not really which one has the 'fastest' or 'cheapest' transactions

Do you regret it ? or do you believe BTC will create a new ATH ?
never regret your actions. Think twice or three times before you make a decision so you can't blame yourself afterwards. Nobody could've predicted this price drop. And for all we know by next month we could be at all time highs again. Keep on HODLing

if you can miss the money you're probably better of just holding your crypto atm. That's my view on it atleast. If you have some more spare money you can even consider increasing your position. Especially when you're relatively young and are able to build up capital again over time

Which country will be the first one to start use crypto as official FIAT ? I think it will be small country, like Tuvalu, Nauru or Marshall Islands.
If i'm not wrong, the Venezuelean government already issued their own token a while ago. Therefor making it the first government issued token, which was backed by barrels of oil. Mainly countries which highly inflated fiat are looking into these options I guess

It's never the wrong time to buy, as long as you're a believer. The projects and coins that will survive will go way beyond the prices we see today. On the other hand you will also see the shitty projects to to zero over time. Picking the right ones is important here

That's a big bunch of ether stuck in that wallet @hiraoki Won't be easy to bruteforce a 20 character code, unless you're certain about part of the password. A better idea might be to book a wellness resort for a week, and who knows perhaps the code will suddenly pop back up in your head. Worth giving a shot, isn't it? Good luck with your hunt mate

Ps: make sure you’re wearing your seatbelts guys because it’s about to get bumpy out there
I think most of us have their seatbelts on since January. Further on, there's certainly some kind of tiredness in the crypto market, coming from people who believed these coins would double their value on a daily basis. I don't think ETH is an exception compared to any other coins, on the contrary, I still consider its technology as its strength. That's right, however It seems weird to me that a coin with the second biggest market cap is falling harder than most of the other coins. I expected ether to keep up relatively well compared to other platforms, but that doesn't seem to be the case nowadays. This is most likely because of ico money being dumped I'd say.
