When LeBron comes, that's the only time Lakers become a playoffs contender again (except on the 1st season that they missed the playoffs as LeBron sits out for long because of injury). Nobody talking about LeBron James putting up 50 points for the second time in a week? This one was a pretty efficient shooting game as he went 18 of 25 from the field in the win. Unfortunately, he had to carry the team himself because Westbrook only got 5 points on 2 of 11 shots from the field. You hate to see it. I'm not sure if he is a big deal with the Sixers but I don't expect a lot from him, anyways, the team is already getting better with Harden, the addition to the team should not have a big impact. Definitely, when Harden gets a good rating when playing with Embiid, that means they have chemistry. Imagine, it's only his first game and he almost tallies a triple double, you can tell how all around he is as a player and the Sixers really needed that. Yeah, so all have been answered, we've seen the two of them played and there are no problem whatsoever. Joel still dominates inside although there are moments in the game wherein you think that there will be a comeback. And then Harden erupted in the latter part. So I guess there is no disruption and give credit to coach Rivers as well more making that subtle adjustment. Sixers now have Harden and Embiid, that's official as they are the superstar of the team. Before, they are very predictable as Embiid usually carry his team, but now they have Harden so the focus will not be on Embiid alone. Since I'm impressed by their performance, I check the odds for the Sixers to be the NBA winner this season and it's +800... I think I'm now attracted to take it. What do you think guys? |
