I just bought some more at wesellredd and am also mining RDD at Genesis Mining at the moment, got almost 16 MH/S hashing away at that, then tomorrow mining will be done and will be ready for staking.
Have almost One million Reddcoins, so quite small in the scale of things but enough to keep me occupied with anyway.
Seems a good coin, I mined Doge when that first came on the scene and I see RDD as a progression from Doge so hoping it will do well and be around in the long term.

Concerning Reddcoin, I don't think there will be major dumping on August 2nd. The manipulators can't compete with a sudden change to the coin supply.
Miners are presently dumping 18 million coins per day on Reddcoin, but on august 2nd, all that dumping will end because of POSV.
And from august 2nd, POSV will only create 1.2 to 1.5 million coins per day. Now compare that to 18 million from before.
If Redd is to follow the same pattern of previous coins that went through such a transition, we could see the price reach 333 to maybe even 5000 satoshi.

I"m pretty sure not. We're still working on NCC. We haven't started working on beta features, and we'll need at least 2m to make them. hmm no problems november btc value is about 3000 usd  and nem stake value will fly If they push the beta back to November some people are going to bee displeased. And with good reason. where did I say something about November? I hope we'll make it till end of Sep. but I think you shouldn't treat it as something set in stone. We're thinking about some really great features for beta, that would really make launch SOMETHING. There's really no room for error when dealing with something as important as this, so we need to get it right and also have innovative features that will blow people away at launch. What about ease of use? Will these new features blow away the average person or just the tech savvy? Can you point me to a thread of where I can read about these upcoming innovative features that are being implemented? I think the only thing keeping this coin valued AT THIS POINT is the very fact it hasn't been released yet. |

I still have some time, noticed people are dumping and price dips and people are buying ridding it's wave. smart... I am looking at any sign that would be what I call "AUR" syndrome, preparation for massive lift for sell off by the few there is one address with huge # of coins, also this reddit thing (registered (fake ?) users and active users ratio)... Honestly ask yourself, is there a better crypto currency to invest in right now? I can't find one, with the same dev team, $100k from a successful IPO and grand ambitions. I'm willing to bet we'll be in the top 3 crypto currency's within the next 2 months. If this does take of, and you invest enough now, this coin will make you rich. But as always this nothing more than a gamble, so you have to be willing to lose this investment as well. If you're fine with that, I think this is a no-brainer under 30 SAT. You make a good point, all I see is cryptos that claim to be anonymous (They aren't, trust me" and coins that really have NO point. RDD has a niche to fill and has been in the works for a long time and development plans for the far future, it is also gaining popularity like DOGE did only, in my opinion, doing it right and with less total coins. I am moving 75% of all my investment in on REDD. I am even selling my NEM stake as it just keeps getting pushed back and back, and frankly, has nothing I can't find in other coins. Reddcoin is my bet. |

Yeah I thought at first this was a poor attempt at taking over DOGEcoin, then it did overtake DOGEcoin. I was lucky enough to buy in just before that. Now it is all over twitter and other social networks. Seems like the developers neglect this forum a bit, not that I can blame them haha. |
