12301  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So when will we see a high budget Bitcoin movie? on: December 15, 2019, 12:21:40 PM
there already have been many high budget movies that mention bitcoin

there already have been many high budget tv shows that mention bitcoin

if people are looking for ways to promote brand bitcoin to get the name into peoples minds. its already happened.
if people only care about a pump and dump of getting people to buy just because they should buy.. sorry but your not thinking or caring about bitcoin.

people that only care for the pump are the ones looking for a bitcoin exit. sorry its true because all you care about is the fiat valuation because all you desire in the end is alot of fiat

true bitcoiners want more transaction utility. and know that more transaction utility will cause more usefulness, which will cause more REAL adoption of people that actually want and need bitcoin for BITCOIN purposes. not fiat purposes.

whenever i see people just screaming blue murder that bitcoin needs more adverts. all i see is that person being the one that is willing to sell and cause a price drop when the price reaches their goal target.
and the coins being sold being handed to multiple people who the want to sell at a target. in the end its just causing an increasing amount of people wanting to sell when they get emotional

bitcoins value should rise due to its function and utility not due to some tv advert
utility increase= strong sustainable value increase
advert/propoganda= temporary hype fake speculation non-sustainable value

badecker truly thinks walking away from a team and turning his back to them is a good leader....(facepalm)

having your team behind you means they support you. not badeckers misunderstood definition of literally behind you

seriously badecker word play is fun but sometimes you show that you have lost the sense of reality

I never skipped school. You're just jealous.      Grin

you were on the special school bus
just because it has the word in the middle didnt mean that it was an actual school

learn the plain meaning of things
i know you enjoy playing the inanity defense in everything you do in life. but the reality is that you have to become responsible for your words and actions

you cannot keep pretending you are a kid that doesnt have any liabilities or responsibilities. but i now understand why you want to describe yourself as a corporation. because you are not acting like a man
but others will see and treat you like a man, and that includes the law

and another example of your foolishness. i bet you truly believe that a 'person of colour' means a red-brick house
sorry but stupidity like that is where you would fail in life.
12304  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Thailand files complaint against Bitcoin Seasteader on: December 15, 2019, 03:11:47 AM
How in the world dense are you? Living for free and getting rich is what everybody wants... except you, apparently. The only reason people don't try to do this very much is that they are trapped on land. Government regs won't let them.

Since there aren't any clear boundaries in the distant ocean, why not live free out there, living off the fish that you can catch? And if you can make a few bucks by showing others how to do it, why not? Elwar simply wasn't careful enough to go out farther.

nothing in live is free even in a currencyless society. it takes time and effort to do things.
elwar however didnt want to do the hard work he wanted someone else to build the pod someone else set it up, so that he can just holiday there a few evenings a week making videos and then try getting money for nothing. then when crap hits the fan. finger point and blame others
12305  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Car and Driver licensing on: December 15, 2019, 03:07:57 AM
includes is plural. you idiot meaning many items listed after includes

learn things properly
you will not escape liability with your rhetoric

Thank you ever so kindly, franky1. I bet you were so brilliant as a kid, that you skipped elementary and high school, and went straight to college.

i bet you skipped school because you thought the special bus you got on was the school. so you just stayed on the special bus
12306  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Car and Driver licensing on: December 15, 2019, 03:00:06 AM
includes is plural. you idiot meaning many items listed after includes

badecker your posts smell too much like Karl Lentz rants.
shows you have not learned about karls 'la la la's' after all
you are ignorant of the law and only truest freeman crap.

just stop trying to pretend you know whats right because its obvious you have no personal experience of it if you can only quote other people. yet the quotes you use show flaws of those other peolpe too.

you even quoted ncsl and then tried to ignore the list of descriptors and pretend it only applies to one descriptor al because you ignored 'includes' and thought it said 'include'.. it just shows how far your misunderstandings, ignorance and just not willing to learn what things really are. and all you want to do is twist common sense into your narrow minded version of nonsense and then pretend your nonsense is general common knowledge of mass population.

you have no clue you might aswell be speaking german and declaring that all americans speak german
12307  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Car and Driver licensing on: December 15, 2019, 02:40:40 AM
Person. Man. Women.  All that nonsense will get you literally nowhere.  You can theorize all you want on the internet. But in reality, it will never work in any court. Good luck

if a man walked into a womans public bathroom and scared the women inside and they complained. no matter if the man declared himself a female a lesbian a transgender or anything. there would be consequences

but we can already guess badecker will pretend the law doesnt apply to him because he thinks he has the secret magic rhetoric to perv in womens bathrooms
12308  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Thailand files complaint against Bitcoin Seasteader on: December 15, 2019, 02:34:46 AM
ok this badecker vs franky1 bit about grammar etc.. can we stop now?

i ignore punctuation and such too. its my style in forums. ignore me if it bothers anyone.

now as for Elwar and the seastead.. sure mistakes were made. if mistakes we NOT made then they were not trying hard enough. But he is doing what many others would not, which is not giving up the dream when setbacks occurred. learn, try again. thats how we win.

and i see Elwar out there pushing boundaries in a technology that could solve many of our problems while we are stuck on this rock. not many here can say that (not including coin devs etc of course).

yes there are still many problems with seasteads, and they wont get solved by ignoring them. but at least someone is trying.. not just Elwar of course but he seems most visable because of the "Thailand invasion."

Elwar, best of luck with your dreams. already youve accomplished more than most of us can even dream of.

elwars dream was not to be a seasteader, his dream was to live for free(no cost) and to get rich. yes his main income platform was seasteading but even he couldnt live 24/7 in the middle of the ocean all year

as for seasteadin themselves as noted a few pages ago. even they have not learned their lessons by still pushing the "12mile" number. the elwar drama should have made them atleast be within of a 25+mile number to be spouting out about

__| _ 0 _ |___
    \ ____/
as you can see although 0 is above 12mile  territory line if those in 0 started to do their own citizenship and want to set up their own colony/country/democracy/political system. the 12 mile of the 0 overlaps the 12 mile of the mainland
and thats the issue

but hell elwar ran off and finger pointed the blame of the project at other people and pretended he was not seasteading..
shows how not so pioneering he is after all.

but he certainly enjoyed the profits from his adventures
12309  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Car and Driver licensing on: December 15, 2019, 02:13:45 AM
no no no you idiot
you have no clue.
stop with your freeman rhetoric about "persons"

its not saying a person is an entity that is not human
its saying its a human, no matter if they pretend to be described by any noun
EG if a human says he is a judge.. the law still appies to him as the human whether he is a judge or describes himself as an employee, a dress wearing fairy or identifies himself as a helicopter.

the point and plain meaning of the word person is to do the exact opposite of your idiotic rhetoric.
your rhetoric is to try escaping liability by redifining your pronoun. however the 'person' means you can use any pronoun you like. your still going to be liable

Quote
words importing the singular include and apply to several persons, parties, or things;

words importing the plural include the singular;

words importing the masculine gender include the feminine as well;

words used in the present tense include the future as well as the present;

the words “insane” and “insane person” shall include every idiot, insane person, and person non compos mentis;

the words “person” and “whoever” include corporations, companies, associations, firms, partnerships, societies, and joint stock companies, as well as individuals;

“officer” includes any person authorized by law to perform the duties of the office;

“signature” or “subscription” includes a mark when the person making the same intended it as such;

no where in that does it say excludes humans. not excludes individuals or excludes people or excludes men/women
its done as an inclusive thing to prevent the stupid stuff you waffle on about

so even if you say 'im not a person. im here with friends we are people' .. sorry a judge still sees you as a person
so even if you say 'im not a person. i have testicles im a man' .. sorry a judge still sees you as a person
so even if you say 'im not a person. i run a business, im a business man' .. sorry a judge still sees you as a person

try to research "plain meaning" and why when you try to redifine nouns o your silly small minded definition, you will fail
12310  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Health tips people need to know on: December 15, 2019, 02:00:51 AM
If what doctors say is true:
- then why are they often surprised when people live who are not expected to live, and that people die who are not expected to die;
- then why do many doctors not prescribe for their own families the same medications that they prescribe for other people;
- then why is it that they haven't figured out how to keep people alive for 500 years.

Doctors know a lot of stuff. But they mostly know that they don't know much of how life works.

doctors cant know everything. general doctors only know the general common stuff and they refer patients to specialists if its over their head.
specialists of brain biology dont know much about bone issues so one intelligent doctor in one area is clueless in another

also even with a diagnosis not every patient has the exact same symptoms or level of intensity. there is a spectrum. take cancer. no one can know the exact day someone goes terminal as their are always many factors involved.
for instance people also with dementia may forget medication which increases the likelyhood of being terminal sooner. others feel sick and dont eat and drink so they dont have the energy or hydration to fight it so they also can be terminal sooner.
all doctors know is average lifespan based on numbers.. its an average not a fixed statistic of 100% guarantee.
all they can do is advice what medication, care and diet patients should follow to maximise their lifetime. but they can pick the specific day of death

your expectation is like wanting to be told that you will score 120 on average and you stupidly think i means hitting a double20 three times. and be consistantly accurate
wrong
all someone can do is say you MAY average 120 but that might be
double20 x3 =120
10, trpple20 and the bulls eye =120
triple20 x3                                          }
                                                            } average 120
double20x2 and third dart lands on flaw}
(plus many other combinations over many tries)
so dont bet on always getting tripple20 if someone tells you an average 120 expectancy

as for the 500year old person theory
the medical industry is still young. it has only really been in the last 200 years that things have really accelerated
200 years ago average life expectancy was 35
yep kids being born would never get to know their grandparents uness grandparents gave birth to parents at 15 an parents gave birth to kid a 15 and then the kid might be lucky to know see the grandparents at 5th birthday.. (rare back then)

alot of doctors didnt even have a way to map the genome until the most recent few decades. so i would say expanding life expectancy from ~65-~75 is pretty good work so far for the last 50 years,
many people get to know their great grandparents. i even know someone that has a great great grand parent still alive..
so things have moved on somewhat
12311  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Your thoughts about Greta Thunberg on: December 15, 2019, 01:41:53 AM
What it was really 100% about was an orchestrated attempt to change the outcome of ...

https://news.yahoo.com/un-climate-talks-unraveling-face-failure-110423955.html

And it failed.

that link was examples of saying countries are experiencing 8 months of winter or other counties of many forest fires

but the whole "need to do something" is empty without a list of "somethings" that will be effective

when a cold country is complaining that there is too much snow that its killing raindeers makes them reluctant to want temperatures to go colder.

when theres countries with flooding they are reluctant to want more water vapour.
then the countries with forest fires they want temperatures to be more colder and wetter to stop forests drying out and becoming brittle enough to spark alight easy.

so the generalised "global warming" should not be that everyne do soemthing
but country X do xx to cope with excess snow
but country Y do yy to cope with excess rain
but country Z do zz to cope with excess heat

and not everyone just do C
especially if C is not the solve all solution. and especially when countries dont know what their xx yy zz solutions can be. things really need to be pointed out and not just time wasting that A=C because -C is not the end solution

If the signature and the note have no value, then why doesn't the banker just loan the money without the signature and the note? If you think that money contracts have no value, try Googling "buying and selling of mortgage notes." It seems that there are a lot of people who disagree with you in the real world.

you have no clue
the signature is not worth the loan amount. the binding terms and conditions is the contract and the collateral at risk(personal possessions) is the collateral value. the signature just binds the contract

signatures are not needed to bind contracts and contracts are not needed to be a 'note' laws have many forms of contract so again the signature is not the significant thing.
the only reason to prefer a paper document with a signature is that there is less chance of identity theft as it needs a human hand signing it and not some hacker with a list of fake id's typing into some website
so paper contracts have less risk of complexity

traders behind the banks trading agreements are not buying the signature they are buying a proof that someone has put their assets at risk. it doesnt matter if its a note or a recorded voicecall. doesnt matter if its a signature or enough identity documentation/references attached to link the human to the contract.

also these traders dont buy at the contract value. they buy it at an assessed value of how much they can safely get back via asset seizure if the human defaults the agreement

if you go into a shop and say i want a strawberry. and i agree to pay $1 for it. that is not you creating the strawberry. that is you forming a sales contract of what you want and what your offering in exchange.
if you then take the strawberry without payment you have defaulted the verbal contract and thus police can get involved.

a loan agreement is not about how the funds are created its about the payment terms agree to.
it doesnt matter i the item in question was created over years and just stored. or created the minute of request.

the person making the loan did not create the money. else they would not need the banks services. it was the bank that created it on their computers.

by the way a loan does not have to be for money. and if its a product the loan does not require the exact product be returned plus extra. a loan can be for X and then an agreement that Y is the agreed return
where Y has nothing to do with X

EG i can make a contract with a neighbour where he gives me his lawnmower and i have to give him back a lawnmower and a bottle of beer. or i have to pay him in instalments and have my LED TV put up as collateral

please please please learn some basics
12313  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: I would like your thoughts on: December 14, 2019, 10:39:07 PM
looking better than first version
few tips:
in the sample signal you have a video explanation
i was gonna say a new way to word it (i edited it out) because after listening a few times it obviously isnt a professional scripted explanation, but the character of how it was said was genuine and summed it up eventually.. which actually made it more genuine than some scripted crap version. so i kept my mouth shut.

as for the reports. the title of some of the columns could be more user friendly
average joe: "what is WoW, and is -2% good or bad?"
average joe: "% creation costs different than profit?"
i would just have said 'hype' or 'over priced by' as a average joe title
and 'average creation cost' maybe try
'efficient creation cost' or 'base creation cost'

as we both know the average creation cost of different equipment and electricity regions would have a higher number

12314  Other / Off-topic / Re: Too many works to do, do you have any suggestion? on: December 14, 2019, 09:35:14 PM
organise your days better

what alot of self employed people do is a get a day planner and actually cross out certain times. so that when a customer calls to book an appointment/visit/service you can just say your busy with another customer(little white lie)

many customers dont actually like people who seems too lackin of work that they can turn up instantly. yes they enjoy the fast service but they question your quality if your too open
its like night clubs and even bitcoin transactions. people think things are more popular and useful if the are left waiting, they think it must have a real demand and desire if they have to wait a bit.

so telling someone you can be there in 10 minutes rather than 45 minutes works agaist you.
try to give yourself an extra 30 minutes so you can see ur family and do some prep work before turning up to the customer.

...
also try to work out what jobs and tasks take the most time to do and find ways to do them faster or better that way it reduces how much time you waste and then gives you more free time

take bitcoin trading. instead of buying a coin and then waiting for a price before putting in a sale order. meaning your watching the screen like a zombie. just put a sell order in at a higher price your happy with and ofcourse by the time the price moves up to your order it will fill automatically. meaning you dont have to sit like a zombie watching the screen but instead get on with other things and just get alerted when the trade fills

in short:
dont be afraid to allot a bit of personal time in a work calender for family/work prep
become more efficient and find ways to multitask to reduce time wastage
12315  Other / Off-topic / Re: Please help! I got a lot of loans! on: December 14, 2019, 09:18:58 PM
the signature and the note has no value. its just a contract that holds a human being accountable and liable to have to pay up, either by the agreed payment plan or the agreed risk to the collateral of personal possessions.

its not the contract that has value. its the contract of collateral that can be obtained by that agreement

as for saying a loan is not a loan because you question how the origins of the funds came about.. sorry that stupid ploy does not work either
it does not matter how the thing being loaned was created. the contract is a 'meeting of the minds' that you owe the bank X for them doing something for you.

and that doing something for you could be anything. including creating money

YOU did not create the money. they did. YOU agreed to pay them for the funds they created

oh yea and by the way loans dont even need singatures either people can call up and do website loan applications to form the agreement. so atleast go do some real life research and realise the whole 'we ink value' has nothing to do with the wet ink signature being the value in itself

its just that by posting an application to a humans house or getting them to sign infront of a bank employee means that there is less requirement of identifying the human, thus less risk of any identity theft concerns

...
now if you want to know whats behind the curtain of how freeman try to get out of paying loans.
you know the 'la la la' stuff they dont like to reveal as its the actual things to try

here is their secret sauce
1. request the bank to provide a copy of the agreement to prove one exists (if the bank loses it. then they cant prove a loan even occured)
2. wait for it to go to a debt collector and ask the debt collector for proof of loan because if they dont have it they cant enforce the contract terms
3. at worse if first things dont work. threaten bankruptcy unless they are willing to come to a compromise of accepting pennies on the dollar

... but here is the problem even if you do this. you still may not be able to get what you want. they can still send the debt collectors around and they can still take you to court meaning that you then have a criminal record because thats the terms and conditions
12316  Other / Off-topic / Re: Please help! I got a lot of loans! on: December 14, 2019, 03:04:56 PM
Contracts are valid as long as the parties understand the terms of the contract. If they thought that they understood the terms and agreement at the time they signed the contract, but only later find out that they did not understand, the contract can be vacated for lack of meeting of the minds.

This doesn't mean that an equitable dissolution of the contract will be easy. That's what the courts are for... to help with an equitable dissolution.

But you don't really need to learn about contract law. You wouldn't understand it. So, go on your happy way. Ignorance is bliss... for you at least.

your the one proving you dont know. many samples of many topics and many people trying to correct you shows this.
the signature is not the value.

anyway. try to not use your freeman associates links. and dont misunderstand the non freeman stuff.. just seeing the stuff you linked made your failings obvious.

do some real research for once

by the way.
remember them terms and conditions o website memberships
they say please enter your email and click this button if you have read and fuly agree with the terms and condition..

by you doing as requested binds you to it.
it doesnt say 'dance bitch dance because i like to see you wiggle'
it doesnt say 'sign this document because i like the swoosh of your squiggles'
its to say you agree to be bound by the terms of the contract.

and its the content of the terms that are meaningful. you cant just say 'i didnt read it' and think your not bound by it.

in real law you have to find a clause in the contract that allows you to break the contract without penalty.
it involves understand the terms and conditions and content and not be playing foolish sci-fi mindames about the signature

an as predicted of what next waffle you may attempt. no pretending you go by a pronoun of a helcopter or a corporation or a dress wearing fairy will change anyones mind that you dont identify yourself as the human thats bound to the contract
12317  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: There is a better alternative to Bitcoin and why not use it? on: December 14, 2019, 02:55:16 PM
when wondering if a crypto is truly useful. you have to ask the real question

how many retailers/stores/shops can i use the currency in
after all if you cant buy anything useful with it. its not a useful currency

most cryptos have no retail use. and are just used as a transfer mechanism/payment tool' to move value from one currency to another.

yes profits can be bade on currency exchange. but thats not a true currencies base purpose.
if your only concern is profits then your looking at an 'investment' and not a 'useful currency'

many things can claim to have great transaction speeds. but if you cant buy a pizza with it. it doesnt matter how fast you can make a transaction if no pizza i going to be delivered.
so a useful crypto has to have a base purpose of an actual function. and not just be a ponzi scheme of investment with no purpose holding the value

a $1k gold coin is not worth $1k purely because its worth $1k. its because its unlikely you will get another coin for less by mining it or buying it. it also has a purpose of being able to be passed around hand to hand and can be melted down and sold to make electronic based products as its a good conductor

of gold could be mined for $1 and didnt have a use in electronics or jewellery. then it would not hold out at $1k. the price would tank
12318  Other / Off-topic / Re: Please help! I got a lot of loans! on: December 14, 2019, 02:44:41 PM
whats next are you going to numbskull some waffle that you think bitcoins value is not based on the movements of inputs and outputs and the values. but the signature itself is the value

sorry it is not. the signature just validates a contract that X ipput value moves to y output value(s)
try reading contracts. content and its the terms and conditions that are important. not the signature
the signature just is proof of validation that you agree to the terms
12319  Other / Off-topic / Re: Please help! I got a lot of loans! on: December 14, 2019, 02:37:37 PM
https://www.freedom-school.com/two_faces_of_debt.pdf
https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/4/4a/Modern_Money_Mechanics.pdf

The last two of the above are Federal Reserve Bank publications which show you that the bank never loans money. Rather, it simply makes a deposit of your signed note into an account, and then withdraws from that account to give you your loan. Bank ledger shows this. Tom Schauf, a former bank CPA shows this to you in the first 3 links, above. I know that you won't be able to understand this stuff, but I provide the links so that others can learn how we are being duped by the banking system.

It's about time you stop being a little slave troll. Wake up and learn contract law, and have the guts to use it. You are such a little whining sissy. Such a slavery lover! Wake up and smell the coffee. Such cowardice is unbecoming of anybody who posts as frequently as you do.

Cool

you are the one that has no clue of contract law
the signature is not the collareral in a agreement. the terms agreed of what is at risk of being taken(the penalty) is the collateral. the signature just makes it an agreement

money is not created due to value of the signature
its what is agreed to that is valued as if you do not repay as agreed, then they take the property that was agreed on as payment
the signature itself is not the value. its just the proof in court that holds you liable to the agreed terms

you utter idiot.
you are stuck in a decade old cult with mis-beliefs.

try actually reading a promissory note, a credit agreement. stop trying to find your freeman fanbase who obviously have no realworld experience.

a real promissory note. such as original 19th centuries bank notes were like
'i promise to pay the bearer the sum of 5 sterling pounds of silver on demand'
it wasnt 'heres my lovely signature isnt it beautiful'
