lmao this one actually needs a logo but the html set up for webs makes you wait 7 days for people to use them. So I will announce the new site in 7 days! Every time I make a new site the logos are better because I make them over and over but there is no coding required lol.

PS: I am going to be hated on for this new once A LOT! But it's a good idea!

BTW: The new site I was talking about was different than the original post.
1242  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: A Bitcoin Mega Site on: July 06, 2011, 02:20:23 AM
I'm completely confused. If all you're doing is providing a place where you have somehow convinced someone--anyone-- to pay YOU money for your visitors' clicks on advertisements, why in God's name is your site so unorganized and restrictive? Why even need a login in the first place?

Just have a text box for the wallet address, save it in the cookies and have each banner click update your server's database with the wallet ID associated with the click.

Piece of cake. No annoyance.
On webs.com they don't let you do ANY coding other than HTML..which is why I am getting a REAL domain!

I don't understand how you even operate a website that way, no offense.

Yeah, get a real <b>host</b>. I don't mind helping out with my hosting. I already host tons of Bitcoin and open-community projects already. I doubt yours is going to cripple my network.

And yes, a domain would be essential once you figure out what it is you'd like your website to actually offer.

It seems as if you're not sure yourself yet.

As always, need any advice-- I'm a PM away. ^^
then your gonna hate the site im about to announce lol

Says I was paid out. But not showing up in the client...
1244  Economy / Gambling / Re: Jacks or Better Video Poker -- Be the next winner! 99.54% payout! on: July 06, 2011, 01:21:40 AM
Great concept but needs some work. It's slow and messes up sometimes.

How does one lose coins?
1247  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitCat.ch - automated bitcoin game on: July 05, 2011, 11:48:44 PM
You can just buy with different addresses as many times as you want, its the same thing as doing it all at once. The only different is you paying the 0.0005 transaction fee which is so small it doesn't even matter.
GENIUS! lol I didn't think of that. BTW - site owner it says "games" but there is only one game 0.o
1248  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitCat.ch - automated bitcoin game on: July 05, 2011, 11:44:27 PM
I would wager more if I could. You should increase the max and make the fee a percent so you still make the same.

I don't care if he has my account number and people know about my miniscule amount of btc.

If hackers can:

1) find my computer
2) access my computer
3) hack my account
4) hack my truecrypt key

Then power to them.  It will, after all, only take 674,909,467,304,392,809,907,186,036.3 years to hash my password at 500 Mhash/sec.
 (tl;dr value:  674 septillion years)

Good luck! Smiley
It's Done.  Grin jk

The Dragons Den is supposed to be for businesses but there was once a man that offered a share in his poker profits, so it's not always as you'd expect on there.  Grin
True I have seen Shark Tank. I'm a fan of it, I plan on buying some beef jerky I saw on it!

1260  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Bitcoin Address Always Changing... on: July 05, 2011, 05:34:02 PM
I have several addresses and I never hit the "new" button on the client. I am planning on opening some merchant services and I can't have it changing like this all the time. Will it still send to my old addresses??
