overturning a gift on PayPal is extremely hard.. which is why I took away a lot of the minibits because I got a chargeback but only once out of hundreds of transactions

If you are asking for payment as a "gift" then you are asking to be labelled as a scammer, because you are attempting to prevent the people buying from you having the right to challenge the transaction if you don't deliver. And you have a very strong chance of having your account, and theirs, locked for abuse by trying to get around fees and protections.

Buying and selling btc for PayPal is just plain dumb. Doing so under the fake label of gift is beyond stupid.
How am I a scammer? I have run this site in the past and recently reopened it with hundreds of successful transactions.

Would you be able to do something, less chargebacky?
Sorry, no I only have PayPal.
269  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Want to buy $30.00 worth of BTC with PayPal on: June 07, 2012, 08:36:51 PM
Since I need it quickly I will pay 5.65 a coin.. that's a little over market price

I would help you out but it would have to be more like $5.75 (current price).  Paypal says too many people like gifting me money so that covers the fees. If you get no offers let me know.  Open offer @ 4% over MtGox last.
i'll do that

All my btc suppliers are offline and I need btc right now, If someone sells me $30.00 worth or 3 people for $10.00 each (I'm trying to help peoples reputation) By trading with me I will vouch for you if you need to trade with someone else or trade with me again..

By using the site you agree that you will not lie about not receiving payments that have been made. You also agree you will not report any false claims against the site as long as the payment has been made. You also agree that you will not lie about sending the site a payment that we never received. You understand that your PayPal account may be at risk and you accept to the chances of your account getting possibly frozen and take full responsibility for your purchase. You also agree that even though we say you will get it in around 24 hours it may take longer than that. If you would like to contact the site with any problems or any questions click here.

Adorable.
I know nothing about any legal stuff, it's adorable that you, a grown man comes on here to bash a teenager about his website.

278  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buy And Sell Bitcoins With PayPal (Changed name) on: June 06, 2012, 10:55:36 AM
Since we don't only sell mini bitcoins anymore here's a more appropriate name

http://bitmint.weebly.com/

Any reason there is a scrollbar on the side of your site ?
Need to fix that, I don't get it on my computer though.

1. On the homepage, your margins are too big or something: I have a scrollbar even though there's no content to scroll to.
2. The title for .5 BTC and up is "LargerAmounts;" is there something wrong with a space?
3. On Larger Amounts, it says,
Quote
You may only purchase a max of 2.00 BTC a day...for now.
Generally, one uses a space after the ellipses.
4. The email address is unreadable -- blue on blue
5. Why have an email address and a contact form?

thanks, but the email address is white for me..
