12441  Economy / Speculation / Re: Quote me on that - It has started. on: April 12, 2018, 11:35:03 PM
The double bottom around ~6500$ it is the hint for bulls to woke up and bears to go into hibernation .

Quote me on that - It has started - The long rise to the Moon .
I'll quote your post.

I'd like to see those bears go back to sleep again while the bulls are ready to run as you've said, it's a hint for them to wake up.

As they always say, history repeats itself. Roll Eyes
Therefore, last year's ATH will repeat this year.  Roll Eyes
12442  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Low activity long term BTC investing? on: April 12, 2018, 11:19:48 PM
My final thought was lending my funds to an existing loan service for a small return, which sounded good idea first... but I couldn't find a loan service that seems to be short on funds  Undecided
You can create your own loan service thread but you have to work for it and choose those borrowers that are really paying. There's no easy money in this world and even in cryptocurrencies.

Anyone got other ideas that will  get me some revenue without having to spend much time following up with it? something set & forget for couple months (maybe check once every month or two)?
HODLING will be your last choice if you don't want to spend too much time.
12443  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Indian Bitcoin Exchange COINSECURE Compromised !!! on: April 12, 2018, 11:04:54 PM
I like their name coinsecure - turns out they were not greatly secured after all. If they are dealing with funds and money security should be your top priority and this is something that is hard to achive.
Coins aren't secure, their brand name is going nowhere base on this incident.

Looks like around 400 BTC was stolen, whilst this is small in scale compared to some other recent hacks, it's definitely not great news. That's around  $3,000,000 or so. I just hope this wasn't an inside job
Still a lot and can't compare to the bigger exchanges that were hacked. A loss is a loss and this is a big amount for the company.

I have personally never heard of the site, so I doubt it's a big deal.
I don't even know them since it's base from India.

Let's hope that they will settle this and they can tracked out the owner of that address.
12444  Economy / Exchanges / Re: yobit.net is a scam ? on: April 11, 2018, 07:36:43 PM
Yobit is not a scam. They are just fun exchange.
With what they are doing to their traders, slow response and poor support gives them title by most as a scam. I don't find it fun when people are suffering to use an exchange that they entrusted with their coins.

They may or may not deposit for you and may or maynot necessarily make the withdrawal to the address you specify.
Deposit, withdrawals problems belongs to Yobit's management and it's their duty to solve it for their customers.

12445  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoint to $1,800 USD by end of 2018 on: April 11, 2018, 07:09:00 PM
$100,000 by end of 2018, with a fall to $10,000 in 2019.

Get used to it.

This is something very new and it sounds to me the same strange as the prediction that Bitcoin will fall up to $1,800 by the end of this year. My bet is 15-20 K.
As fabiorem said, get used to it.

Too many predictions out there without any basis or analysis and just a random thought that came to the mind of the predictor. You can give any price at your cost since everyone is free to give their guess price. But this has been played by the well known people so they are using this against to the weak handlers who are causing the panic.
12446  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have 69 ETH, What to do? on: April 10, 2018, 09:19:14 PM
69 ETH? I'm not going to invest that to any ICO, what's better is just to hold this if this fund is good for holding.

I have 56 ETH, How much is my Profit in DEC 2018? I Expect 200K $, Give me your Best Guess.

UPDATE: NOW I HAVE 69 ETH.
Is this a quiz? What prize, if I guess?  Cheesy
Inspiring but I don't think there's going to be prize if someone manages to take a correct guess on how much he'll profit this December.
12447  Economy / Speculation / Re: John eat-a-dick | Will he or won’t he? | ? Bitcoin price December 31 2020 on: April 10, 2018, 08:41:33 PM
While reading his tweet I'm feeling that his serious and determined with his bet that bitcoin will go $1,000,000 soon. But I have doubt with this speculation, he can change his prediction few months before the said date for that prediction and will just give an apology since his reputation was damaged already because of pumping ICO's. I care if bitcoin's price will reach $50,000 - $1,000,000 but I don't care if John will eat his dick. What's important to me is that he's countering those FUDsters that are dominating different social media platforms and news website nowadays

yes i could not agree more,
even though he is a douchebag, but we could not deny the fact that he tried his best to defend it on his twitter.
and i admit it that some of his tweets were defending people from fear and panic.
but at the same time we should know the fact that he sold his soul for promoting an ICOs.
well,he was like a double edge sword.
nobody's perfect,right ?

P.S : Still,i do not believe him
I'm going to appreciate his counter to the FUDsters and most of us will not appreciate his predictions since he showed on who he is. Accepting paid advertisement for his tweets to shill those ICO's that are looking for a better way to market their sale and even shilled some altcoins. Nobody's perfect and majority here doesn't like him anymore. Well whether bitcoin reach $1,000,000 soon let's wait if he's true to what he is saying.
12448  Other / Off-topic / Re: Hype dies and then Reality Strikes! on: April 06, 2018, 12:25:09 PM
This is what happening to bitcoin!
Hype dies? Do you know what's undying? The FUDs are. Since the early days of bitcoin there are FUDs that are making the hype, yes they are the starter of those hypes that is adding publicity to bitcoin. They give bad publicity but it's still publicity. How much bitcoin was when you invested? Did you invested this year or you invested for more than 1 year? If you invested for more than 1 year, yeah the hype dies and it made bitcoin $6,000 from $20,000. This is volatility.

12450  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Dead Now on: April 06, 2018, 10:36:35 AM
well i dont think so there is a lot of news that some country banned bitcoin, but however it takes affect on the market price but i dont think so it will go down to 1000 dollar. bitcoin will rise
$7,400 --------> $6,500 so this ban from Indian banks must be the reason why the price of bitcoin was down again. But OP when you are going to create a title for a thread you must think again. Bitcoin isn't dead and will not going to be dead. Your intentions are clear and you basically want to give a bad motive to the young holders. Bitcoin is good as before and the craze isn't stopping. Last year price is around $1,000 and now it's more than $6,000. Bitcoin is dead? NO!
12451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Siacoin on: April 06, 2018, 10:16:45 AM
I think this coin have the future. Yes, this is long-term project, but this coin has good prospects
I have heard this coin last year and I forgot to buy it but still I'm looking that the developers of it are very active.

I also believe that this coin is good for long term hold but because of volatility I'm seeing this coin as good for day trading. I'm partnering siacoin with Digibyte since both of them are cheap.
12452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: India Bans Cryptocurrencies with Immediate Effect on: April 05, 2018, 02:10:35 PM
Another bad news came and I thought this issue will not going to be in reality and just a FUD but now it's for real.

This isn't a fake news although the usage of bitcoin is only stopped for the banking system but for Indians they can still transact with other people. They just don't have to get through a third party(bank) for any crypto transaction.
12453  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will you stay in crypto if BTC does not recover? on: April 05, 2018, 01:00:43 PM
I've decided to stick to bitcoin whether the whole crypto market doesn't recover. Nowadays, most of the investors aren't thinking correctly. They are not investing for the technology and supporting it but they are only thinking about the profit. Yes, we are investing for the profit but the main reason why early investors bought bitcoin is to support the tech, the digital money/crypto era. But time flies so fast and it's now considered as an investment so they are thinking if it don't recover, they give up.
12454  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: please help me seriously to leave gambling ???? on: April 05, 2018, 10:52:16 AM
Maybe you should find some hobbies, try playing some sports, go to the gym or something like that, if you cant stop maybe you should go to the doctor, if that dont help you and you sitll gamble, try to set limits for you how much are you ready to lose this day, try lowering your amounts every day.
Join marathons or be in a riders club. There are so many ways to leave gambling but don't take it so quick, just do it a little by little and take your time. You don't have to rush, give it maybe 15 days is enough for you to have another practice. Lowering the amounts as he gamble can help somehow but still he has to be serious if he wants to quit and he should stay away from any of it.
By quitting it quick people may think its easy come easy go but it is not like it. Every habit is not easy to leave and especially when it becomes addiction. The only thing that can help anyone to stand for to leave gambling is the will power. Usually we say to avoid it by keeping yourself busy but it can only help in the initial day, after then you have to make your mind that whatever if happens but you will never go back for gambling. The only remedy to addiction is to make yourself strong, there will be a continuous fight of your will power with the addiction at any moment a weakness of will can harm you mission to the failure.
It's not easy to quit gambling and if there are others who are good and was able to quit quickly that's good for them. Will power is the most important thing that a gambler needs even how he is crowded with those people who keep on helping and cheering him to quit but if he's not willing of doing it so that will be useless if he doesn't have that will power.

12456  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Which online wallet for bitcoin is safer? on: April 03, 2018, 10:34:52 PM
The online wallet is not safe at all near to me.because hacker is active and every time they want to hack our money/wallet.
Hackers are everywhere and they are just seeking someone to attack so whether it's online wallet or offline wallet as long as your private keys are exposed, you are not safe.

so offline or desktop wallet is good to me.however, I am using blockchain wallet(online).I am using this wallet for the small transaction.its safe to me,not yet faced any critical issue with this site.
You are saying that desktop / offline wallets are good but you are using an online wallet which you said is not safe for you, where are you really at?
12457  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Does signature campaign really help to promote an ICO ? on: April 02, 2018, 04:04:14 PM
Maybe it's not the ideal way but still it helps with promotion.
It's ideal for anything that's related to cryptocurrencies. Signature campaign is the most effective way of advertising because its on the right place (bitcointalk). If signature campaign's aren't helping to promote an ICO or an exchange and casino then they would stop advertising through it.
12458  Economy / Speculation / Re: I want to sell the house car and on: April 02, 2018, 03:48:21 PM
Sell your family and get more loans!!!

All IN!!!!!
LOL! Be careful what you are wishing for. Selling your family? sarcastic. And getting more loans? I would prefer to buy bitcoin not with loaned money.

Is it time to shine to get bitcoin. more falls? I want to sell the house car and buy bitcoin Undecided
Can't guarantee you if this will be the very least fall that we will experience. Think of many times before you'll sell your car and house for bitcoin. It's a good time to buy but think of it if the things you will sacrifice is final.
12459  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does your family past incidents effect you? on: April 02, 2018, 11:01:25 AM
I don't face such thing as this one but I can understand the lesson that he needs to stop or else he may face the same consequence and experience.

Yes it really affects me my past incidents in gambling. It's really difficult to be addicted in gambling because you might lost you're family as well. This situation affects me until now l can't move on.
You have to move on or else you will be chase up by that situation that you are facing. Better to lose money rather than to lose your loved ones because of gambling.
12460  Economy / Speculation / Re: Falling is not a bad thing. on: April 02, 2018, 08:50:15 AM
I think the price reduction is a good thing. What do you think?
The price is still in good amount seriously. And due to the price reductions I've seen the price went rapid to go up and that can be the next thing that is going to happen.

If you're a bitcoin enthusiast, you should be happy whether bitcoin is up or down.
Bitcoin holder, trader, enthusiast, believer, etc should look at this dip as positive and don't take it too deep to the point that they are thinking that bitcoin is dead.
