why cant you just do it yourself on an exchange like bitstamp or other?
Yes, one can do them using exchangers as well but the fee charged is a lot and hence even I prefer exchanging my bitcoins with a trusted member instead of websites.

Starbucks and Amazon carded gift cards are being sold here almost daily and people are buying them indirectly supporting this fraud. It needs to be stopped to save the forum's reputation as many just come here to sell their illegitimate goods which does not give out a good name of this forum.

I have heard many people losing their bitcoins from their wallets due to Trojan attacks. I have McAfee antivirus installed on my PC and it keeps deleting the Trojan viruses but still I feel it's better to have paper wallets.

I create many wallets to be on a safer side but I mainly use only blockchain as the transactions are safer and it can complete one transaction in few seconds while coinbase as some restrictions and I don't know why but Xapo does not work for me. I don't trust it as much as I trust blockchain.

You can transfer to Paypal but you need to find a trusted member who can do the exchange or you can invest it in a reliable site. In the latter case, the price does not matter as you will get the profit in bitcoins as well but yes, the amount you invested and the current rate will affect your profit earned.

Macintosh is the best OS till date as it is very difficult to create a virus for this OS or hack the PC. Many use it and it works faster than Windows and Linux.

Paypal will suspend your account if they somehow find out it is BTC related. They were still freezing accounts very recently.
I can confirm this. It happened to me 2 weeks ago. And how does PayPal get to know that the cash was sent was bitcoin related? Is it depending on the site that sends the payment for bitcoins or if the note specifies the same?

I just feel bad for those who bought bitcoins at the high rate of $1000 as they must have incurred such a huge loss as since about a year, the price has never reached even $350 and now it seems it will take another year to reach $300. I just do not want the rate to go blow $250.

Are you from the EMS forum? If so then this member is a honest person ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I have BTC but am exchanging it via Perfect Money/OKPay. Let me know if you are interested in 1:1 exchange.

I have a Sears gift card worth $100 but can offer max 20% discount only via BTC. Let me know if interested.
Im actually a reseller, so although i could resale your Sears card; i would end up making a loss @ that price. OH OK. I am only selling to buyers who will be making use of the card as for them 20% discount is reasonable. I feel that a person who has got a card for cheaper would be willing to go for 50% discount as a person who owns it or has earned it would not sell it for so cheap as that's distress sale. Anyways, good luck ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

It's such a bad thing that people here don't have any respect for girls/woman. One should not forget that he is born from a woman only. Respect everyone and yes, I use bitcoin even though I am a girl.

I have seen many people just losing while gambling. It requires luck to succeed. It's better to go for investment sites that are reliable and give you a fair amount of profit.

https://localbitcoins.comThe website is quite trusted but I have no clue about the fee they charge. You can also try the Currency Exchange section.

Are you saying they aren't real? Stolen?
Not all Amazon gift cards are stolen ones but many newbies try to sell them and offer a huge discount which gives you the hint. I sell legitimate gift cards but don't offer any discount while there are some sellers who are selling it for a good discount and they are legitimate as well. You can check this section

Something like that.
Multi-signature is much more secure and it is being implemented in several services, Bitstamp and Bit-X are two exchanges already using multi-signature to protect their coins.
If in case one member's account is hacked, then it's a good method but doing this for every transaction is so time consuming and especially when it involves more than 2 people's approval. It should only be implemented for transactions of 1 BTC and above and not for small transactions.

Selling accounts with green trust can be easily used to scam others if the accounts are sold. If possible, try to remove the green trust before selling the account as it is you who has earned the feedback and not the buyer. There has been a case before as well where the account sold was used to scam with the help of the feedback. Anyways, your wish.

I have $8.1 in my Skrill account which I want to exchange for equivalent BTC/PM/OKPay. Buyer will need to go first.
Better u should offer to scrow it. Then buyer and seller will be protected. Skrill is reversible so extreme carefull with this... Cheers You mean escrow ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) I don't think Skrill transactions can be reversed and here in this case, it's me who will be sending the amount via Skrill. I don't know any escrow of this forum as I have always transacted directly with the buyer/seller and there have been no issues till date ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)
