I checked out MTC and it says free ICO? I don't understand what it means. But with other features on it, faster confirmation, low fees, resilient network which is very common to the existing and past ICO's.

You're not the only who experienced this not working. It doesn't work for me either and it's too risky for me to keep on doing this because it can cause me to do rage bets. And when I started to do rage bets, it will lead me to losing my mind = losing money.

Yes, there's a way to identify on what are the best ICO's to invest. Whitepapers, lightpapers are already given as each ICO does have it. But to know if they are your hope, look at the team. Who are the people that is composing that project.

I haven't seen it, words like "solid community" is used and old by ICO's. Take a closer look with something new but does have real intention about innovation in the industry and does have a competitive and competent team and this is what I can see with VLB.

This is what we call diversification, you invest not only in one place as the popular saying that you don't put all of your eggs in one basket.

I don't have interest with ICO's before as most of the projects that I've been seeing are not serious with what they promote. But when I found out that VLB is serious with all the connections they have been in their project including their developers and partners, it caught my attention. And after reading, their light paper and white paper I've found out that this is not a joke ICO. They are serious to the extent that they have to postpone the first presale and needs to adjust soft and hard cap which lead them to give a reliable and realistic one.
