12581  Economy / Services / Re: [BIT-X.com] [++ RATES THAN DaDice] Earn Bitcoins by Posting | Signature Campaign on: March 05, 2015, 04:04:33 PM
OK now. I'm on -8 posts as per the bot. Post count being 0 is different and being negative is different. How can I work if I not only need to make new posts but also work to get my post count being positive? It is getting tough for me as the moderator is deleted my old "bump" posts which is OK but the bit-x bot shows the post count negative   Sad

In any case those posts were made before I joined the signature campaign so why are they being counted now. Shouldn't they be "Excluded" posts  Cry
12582  Economy / Digital goods / Re: $25 Starbucks Card eGift buy now at $15! on: March 05, 2015, 03:37:14 PM

So you think that just because he is selling it for more than it is worth makes it legitimate?    So all the scammers need to do is sell their cards for a 10% discount instead of 70% and that will make them legitimate. Now THAT is funny.

Check my post again and read this "I'm guessing that you are selling a legitmate card obtained legally"

If he is indeed selling a card which is legal then he shouldn't be forced to lower his price if he doesn't wish to.

I don't support those buying and selling fraudulent goods/products here on the forum and then expect everyone to sell for cheap even if they are selling legitimate goods. People told me also to sell for 25% the price of the Starbucks voucher just because they were buying/selling illegitimate cards. It isn't funny but is wrong to sell illegal goods.

Scammers will remain the same no matter what they sell or do so I don't talk about them.

Your statement here "I'll give you $5 for it.  Others sell $100 cards for $25 to $35." The ones who are selling it for the price you quote are mostly selling illegal cards and you support that  Roll Eyes
12583  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] Sears gift card worth $100 on: March 05, 2015, 03:31:45 PM
Would u take lower offer? Pm me if u can do it lower.

$80 for a $100 card is already very low and sorry but I can't go lower than this rate. Thanks for your interest.
12584  Economy / Digital goods / Re: $25 Starbucks Card eGift buy now at $15! on: March 05, 2015, 01:17:19 PM
Don't worry dear and you will get a buyer who wants to buy legitimate cards and here I'm guessing that you are selling a legitmate card obtained legally. I have also managed to sell my legal Starbucks card for 25% discount.

The ones who are selling for 75% discount are selling illegitimate cards and those cards get closed within a week or less. Still members prefer buying from them as they just want to buy for cheap without realizing and accepting that it's wrong to buy fraudulent cards.

Good luck to you  Smiley

If you have some kind of dominoz coupons then do tell.

OK sure. When I get dominoz coupons, I'll let you know  Smiley

I make around 10 posts daily but I think I should now reduce it to 5 else I'll get banned for 2 weeks  Roll Eyes

Keep the quality of your posts normal and only make on-topic posts. You will be safe. redsn0w is a good example fo this.

Sorry but I don't feel it's a valid reason as it's better to ban the people who sell illegal goods or scam people of their money as they all seem having their accounts intact here.

Like hilariousandco asked, would you mind them coming with a new account? If we don't ban them, they will likely continue their scam in that account and will prevent some users from getting scammed but if we bane them, they will come with a new clean account and may scam a few people.

Ok Thanks for the reply. I post replies (if any) received in my thread in the digital goods section so that was a concern for me.

I don't want scammers coming with a new account but unfortunately I have seen them coming with new accounts almost instantly after scamming someone. But in this case, was it a scammer or spammer?

There are some users that were banned :
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=976914.0 "fildza"
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=976685.0 "Madness" & "izanagi"

Just checked their posts. Sad to see members of this signature campaign only being banned.  Sad

It's better then to make just 10-20 posts daily. I guess I crossed my daily limit already.

I dint know that posting a lot in a short time leads to a ban and why does nobody get to know if the user is banned or not? Is there any limit to the number of posts one can make in a day?
12590  Economy / Services / Re: [BIT-X.com] [++ RATES THAN DaDice] Earn Bitcoins by Posting | Signature Campaign on: March 05, 2015, 11:26:36 AM
The bot is not working properly. I deleted my old bump posts which I made in December and now my posts are showing negative.  Huh

Why is it taking into account my old posts when my new posts are about 12. I was not a part of any signature campaign that time  Cry
12591  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Regret and depression on: March 05, 2015, 11:24:30 AM
A bird in hand is worth twice in a bush. There is no point in regretting about something one did do or dint think about earlier but there will be more chances in future. Bitcoins are worth more now and investing these bitcoins in a legal website or trade will be a wise option.
12592  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] Sears gift card worth $100 on: March 05, 2015, 11:22:38 AM
Selling this product for $80 via BTC/Payza/PM/OKPay. Paytm and Mobiwik payment modes also available.
12593  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What do you think about BTC-e.com? on: March 05, 2015, 10:57:40 AM
It is a genuine site as of now and even though the owners are anonymous, the website looks good enough for exchange but it does not have a long life. Hope it lasts long as very few websites are reliable exchangers.
12594  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: INVEST BITCOIN!!! on: March 05, 2015, 10:44:00 AM
Investment is always risky and there is no guarantee that you will get your money back. People out here are just buying gift cards as the rate is low so they buy it and stock it.
12595  Economy / Speculation / Re: Happy Days Are Here Again, BTC UP, UP, UP ... on: March 05, 2015, 10:42:59 AM
It look like the price is going to stay at ~270 for sometime. I hope it wont drop again.

We are bouncing off that resistance area it seems, expecting another leg up to challenge $300 very soon.

It has now reached $267 and bitcoin is on a decreasing spree. I feel that it might take another week till it reaches $270 or $290 at least. Now people should start buying it as the rate is falling.
12596  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CashToCrypto.com - Beware on: March 04, 2015, 07:55:19 PM
All these new websites are mostly unreliable and they pay users to give them a positive feedback or vouch for themselves. I hope no user falls prey to such sites.
12597  Economy / Speculation / Re: Happy Days Are Here Again, BTC UP, UP, UP ... on: March 04, 2015, 06:23:42 PM
I guess it will reach $300 by Friday as it has been increasing consistently since the past two days and now I just hope that it increases or at least remains stable at $300.
12598  Other / Off-topic / Re: Which BTC wallet are you using on: March 04, 2015, 06:03:11 PM

But some wallets has fixed amount like bx.in.th and btc-e i have the idea because i used them. They have fixed amount of fess like bx.in has .002 btc and btc-e has .001 regardless how much btc you are sending

I prefer wallets that have a fixed fee for all transactions regardless of the amount as when you see a large amount, the fee appears very small but if you are sending or receiving small amounts, the fee becomes an issue.
12599  Other / Off-topic / Re: Which BTC wallet are you using on: March 04, 2015, 06:00:33 PM
I have started using Bit-x wallet as well and the fee charged is quite less per transaction (about 0.5%) but it does take an hour or 2 for the transfer to be completed. Blockchain's fee is not fixed and sometimes I am charged 0.001 to 0.0001 per transaction.
12600  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price Prediction 2015 ฿ on: March 04, 2015, 05:39:32 PM
The price has gone up a lot today and it almost reached above $285. I hope in the coming days, it manages to cross $350 as the price has been continuously increasing since few days now  Grin
