I’m the top sniper
Indeed, I would have expected a knife fighter to be much more modest.

I’ll gladly join the Mad Hatters, please.

Wait until inflation kicks in at double digits. Can you spell ‘MAD rush into crypto’?

Can someone please explain to us who had better things to do yesterday then watching charts, what exactly happened for this green dildo to appear? Thanks.
Tether go boom. People trade the tether for the bitcoin. Mass Panic. Does this mean that if Tether finally goes belly up, BTC goes to ATH instantly? On selected exchanges that could be the case ... until such exchanges are locked and shut down eventually. Lots FUD and much turnoil in the broader market then. So it’s not an ideal scenario. But free markets have a tendency to sniff out bullshit in the end. Tether is not done yet.

Seems perfectly fair to me.
It's the usual thing as ever.... There are three classes of people: those who see. Those who see when they are shown. Those who do not see.
- Leonardo da Vinci - Myself, I stopped lecturing people. I only show the way.

I still think bitcoin is a scam [...] its still a lot better than the corrupt fiat system.
It's not a scam, but an upgrade.

The divergence is not very strong. It would have been better if the last low was lower than the previous one.
Still no mans land for now.

Let's reflect on what happened today. - There was the start of a run on Bitfinex, which triggered a pump on Bitcoin
- Fidelity has announced various institutional Bitcoin services
- Legacy markets are unstable, with another financial crisis expected "soon"
What happens when the next financial crisis hits, and a proportion of the world's financial institutions all try to run on the banks into Bitcoin? MOON ?? Hyperbitcoinization: https://nakamotoinstitute.org/mempool/hyperbitcoinization/

Meanwhile, the BFX BTC tether (mini) bubble is slowly deflating. Bitstamp parity soon again?

I wonder whether people using the voucher can burn $8 from the voucher by deciding half way to ditch the KYC process and terminate early. Second, if the Voucher is not fully used, can the funds paid into it be reclaimed?

There have been other groups showing interest in offering cryptcurrency to their customers. For now, it has not resulted in that MEGA pump (if this Tether thing is not to be counted). For now, it looks like that pump has no immediate follow up.

Meanwhile, Crypto.com announces SEPA deposits becoming available.

According to Wekkel, Roach has a Lambo, supposedly.
I meant to refer to micgoossens, my bad. Mobile phones aren't all that....

I live near close enough to beg for a test drive in his Lambo one day

What Alistair, the author of the article I linked, contemplates is a scenario of increased inflation.
Yes, I think Bitcoin will be ‘risk off’ in a sudden collapse of financial markets. But yes, I think Bitcoin will be ‘the Global Hype’ in an enduring fiat currency inflation (up to double digits) scenario.
It will be the crypto bull market you dreamed off.

I hate eth but good for Vitalik for using his fame for something constructive. Haha, shots fired.... If Nouriel has ideas about the next iteration of decentralised ‘sending value over the Internet’ systems, let him come forward. For the rest, it’s just a pony show. I guess he will be tweeting about scammers and con artists in the regular financial world today.
