So you only have for the moment 28 activities, the next Tuesday you will have another 14 activities so a total of 42. No matter how much you post, you can't get more than your activity.

You don't lose activity unless you didn't post in that period. So for example a brand new member have to wait 3 periods in order to be a junior member : 14 + 14 + at least 2 posts from the 14 activities. So in total at the end of the third period he will have 42 activities (of course he need 42 posts or more). Then this junior member will start from 42 activity and will add 14 activities each period until he reaches 60 activities to become a member.

Minimum activity to become member is 60. In fact, activity is multiplied by 2 every time : 30 - 60 - 120 - 240 - 480 - then Legendary.

If I understand your question clearly then making one post will make your activity increases by 14 since your total posts pass your actual activity by more than 14.
But remember making only one post in a period is too risky since once it gets deleted, you will lose the activity of that period.
