Is it required to have ranks to be able to join in any activities here?

Posting images require at least Jr.Member, to have an avatar you must be full member and to join signatures campaigns (you can from Jr member) but you get paid better in higher ranks. If you don't care about any of these things then not really.

You can post all you want, but dont expect more than a certain number pr. 2 week as there is a cap

All these things can be changed in your profile settings, but by the looks of it you seem to have figured this out already.

Will it continue to increase after another 2 weeks?
I joined November 26th, and I have 28activity and 55posts now. When will it continue counting?

The activity will only increase by a maximum of 14 points per two weeks. The last reset occurred on 5th December, the next one should happen in the 19th and that's when you gain another 14 point.

No, it wont magically increase by doing nothing. If you don't post at least once in one of the new activity periods then you will not get the activity and lose it forever.

If I understand your question clearly then making one post will make your activity increases by 14 since your total posts pass your actual activity by more than 14.
But remember making only one post in a period is too risky since once it gets deleted, you will lose the activity of that period.

If a thread is deleted then all your posts in it will be deleted as well so they will no longer count towards your activity.
