Bahhahaahaa  Grin  Shocked
yeah better stay away from this guy, he's got scammer tag on other sites.

Yes please if your a sheep and listen to smear campaigns then please don't invest in the 10TH/s and 10MH/s being delivered by TDC-CLOUD without any investor funding... starting to pay dividends in a week.
Also no ones asking anyone to preorder machines... this is for the security. You can easily get them yourself months late from many others if you wish.

We're delivering 1TH/s machines to customers and the security in Feb 2014 and in march 2014 regardless, not withsatnding any ASIC chip supplier delays.
We're live and the scammer tag is false... this is the continuance.

Ausbitbank would you please not take our personal differences and try and ruin the chance for the original investors to be reconnected, repaid and the project succeed.
Its community minded and you were asked to contribute, you said it was all lies and you refused with venom, you've publically made threats on twitter and possibly have made it your personal vendetta to make sure I got a scammer tag because we had a falling out hoping that people won't connect to TDC-CLOUD and it all be made right. This not helpful to the investors who feel they missed out or the community at large. This sort of biased opinionisation is just ugly. The scammer accusation has no support and those in your clique may look fairly silly in a few short weeks once we're delivering on promises.

I've been ultra busy.
Thank you very much the cloud is now live here. https://litecoininvest.com/security/TDC-CLOUD
The cloud has some very big support from equipment suppliers and developers and is going to be a jewl... we'd love to bring you along for the ride with your early support and validation.

Please do not post lies and false statements about our escrow site - btc-asia.com

That will tantamount to libel:

http://dictionary.law.com/Default.aspx?selected=1153

1) n. to publish in print (including pictures), writing or broadcast through radio, television or film, an untruth about another which will do harm to that person or his/her reputation, by tending to bring the target into ridicule, hatred, scorn or contempt of others. Libel is the written or broadcast form of defamation, distinguished from slander, which is oral defamation. It is a tort (civil wrong) making the person or entity (like a newspaper, magazine or political organization) open to a lawsuit for damages by the person who can prove the statement about him/her was a lie. Publication need only be to one person, but it must be a statement which claims to be fact and is not clearly identified as an opinion. While it is sometimes said that the person making the libelous statement must have been intentional and malicious, actually it need only be obvious that the statement would do harm and is untrue.

Proof of malice, however, does allow a party defamed to sue for general damages for damage to reputation, while an inadvertent libel limits the damages to actual harm (such as loss of business) called special damages. Libel per se involves statements so vicious that malice is assumed and does not require a proof of intent to get an award of general damages. Libel against the reputation of a person who has died will allow surviving members of the family to bring an action for damages. Most states provide for a party defamed by a periodical to demand a published retraction. If the correction is made, then there is no right to file a lawsuit. Governmental bodies are supposedly immune to actions for libel on the basis that there could be no intent by a non-personal entity, and further, public records are exempt from claims of libel. However, there is at least one known case in which there was a financial settlement as well as a published correction when a state government newsletter incorrectly stated that a dentist had been disciplined for illegal conduct. The rules covering libel against a "public figure" (particularly a political or governmental person) are special, based on U.S. Supreme Court decisions. The key is that to uphold the right to express opinions or fair comment on public figures, the libel must be malicious to constitute grounds for a lawsuit for damages. Minor errors in reporting are not libel, such as saying Mrs. Jones was 55 when she was only 48, or getting an address or title incorrect. 2) v. to broadcast or publish a written defamatory statement.

1. Withdrawals of bitcoins will only be processed from Monday to Friday, 0900- 1700, Australia Sydney time.
2. Withdrawals will NOT be processed on weekends (we have a life too).

What did UPS say when you contacted them?
They said that they can't give me any information. The sender needs to contact UPS in their country.
Any clarification from Bitmain about the delay or ETA?  (they've been 'scanning' this now for 4 days.... how much more scanning is needed?)

I had a buyer who had the same issue when it was shipped to Malaysia.
Was in the "scanning" mode in the UPS warehouse for a week before it was delivered the next Monday...
crazy.

1273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Gridseed GC3355 -Hybrid Scrypt/SHA256 ASIC on: January 15, 2014, 01:53:56 AM
Wait I'm confused. Is each chip 60Kh/s or 360Kh/s? And at $65/chip, that makes a big difference.
Chip is 60Kh/s but "usb machine" is 360Kh/s as it has 6 chips.

Ah ok. For some reason I thought that USB device only had one chip.

At the press conference, the dev board is 500CNY each, and 400CNY for one chip only.
It's ~82USD each dev board, and ~65USD each chip.

You can check chip's datasheet here: https://github.com/gridseed/gc3355-doc and calculate its $/GHash

So that little 360Kh/s miner costs $82 + 6x$65 + HSF? You're talking almost $500! Unless you pay like $0.30/kWh, you're better off with GPUs. What will the final cost be, does anyone know?

360Kh/s miner costs $82 + 6x$65 + HSF? USD 500, about 0.54 btc

how to order?
I don't see any order page:

1274  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [GROUP BUY WORLDWIDE]BTMine v1 Miner 200GH/s BTC 2.4 on: January 15, 2014, 01:47:58 AM
My hope is to get a refund or a miner before the 31'st.

Oh wow I thought that would be an easy date to hit.  What day did you order?  I ordered on the 7th back when they claimed "2-days" till shipping still and I've been told its in HK and should receive a tracking number today.  I expect to have a miner early next week.

So I was an "early" batch and here we are 7 days later with no firm details on shipping, but at least they are making noise like it's already moving inside China.  What day did you order?

Kind of like this thread, no interest for quite some time and then BAM tons of orders, I wonder what is actually going on over there... (face to face deals to buy current stock out from under paid-for orders like what Yifu did?)  I better get my tracking number within 24hrs or I may have to contact PayPal.

Order placed on the 6th.

OP Stated "IN STOCK"

OP Stated shipping within 2 days.

Refund requested on the 13th and 14th (I believe the prior week as well)

Refund agreed to on the 13th, again on the 13th, and again on the 14th.

I have no tracking, no refund, and no miners, and 20+ less BTC.

You should proly start the dispute process with paypal just to get a headstart on things.

As far as Face to Face or "steal deals" go no.  The OP and an Agent clearly stated that they never had devices in stock and ready to ship, they stated the things they had in stock didn't work together so they had to get new "parts" to finish "testing" their "In stock ready to ship" miners.

OP IS A

1276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][COYE] Coinye Coin - UPDATE on: January 15, 2014, 01:45:22 AM
They should just host an exchange in another country where they have no jurisdiction. The lawyers and Kanye literally have nothing in this case. Nothing. They cannot win this and no judge will listen...and even if they did it would be MONTHS until anything came of it. This isnt being used for merchandise, and they literally cannot claim anything on it. They are using scare tactics and unfortunately it is working.

Unless this is all a ploy to drop some heat.

Either way... Escrow services would make trading this still possible. Or private selling.

Im selling 7.7MILLION COYE for 0.65BTC if anyone wants in. Hell maybe ill even budge a bit. Otherwise ill try and get more later on when the publicity gets even higher. Im sure you all know of the Streisand Effect.

DECENTRALISED exchanges are needed. You have decentralised currency depending on centralised exchanges and forums..... this is the issue.

I'm part of the Mastercoin team.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=265488.0

The DECENTRALISED exchange should be online next month if all goes well and we would love to talk to the OP of integrating it to our protocol.
