1| Yep. FairLay does not have DNB. All other bookies on the list in 1st post have. When you cannot find some option in FairLay, you could try other bookies.

2| I guess you are looking at the wrong place. Even DirectBet have it >5.00 and some low limit fiat bookies have it at 7.40
