I would offer .25 for it on the condition that tomatocage agrees to remove the negative trust upon my confirmation that I have purchased the account, a signed message proving ownership as well as a 14 day waiting period until funds are released to you to ensure your account is not involved in any scams that have not been reported yet

Hello, someone will help me out ?!! I prove that he has my coins, he's not red flagged, can someone help me out ?
you need to provide proof that you did in fact send more money they you agreed to.

I asked you kindly to leave me alone please.
If you are requesting that I no longer participate in this thread can you please either update the title to either say this is resolved or so that my name is no longer in the title
13283  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: SELLING THIS HERO ACCOUNT on: January 29, 2015, 08:05:39 PM
Some users have tried to fake the sale of their account in an effort to get negative trust removed from their account. It generally doesn't work and only attracts attention to the scam they (tried to) pull(Ed) off.

Plus buying a scammer account has questionable ethics as it results in scammers receiving money for their scam.

So have a reputable buyer purchase it. (you)
I will sell it cheap to top it all off.
how much do you want for it?

Name a fair price that can make this deal happen now publicly.
i am going to make you start by offering me a price.

"1.3 BTC for 500+ activity account with neutral trust"

50 percent of ur selling price fair enough?
that is much too high. Especially to a scammer. It will take a while to find a buyer selling for 1.3 btc.

I think he sent three transactions to the OP (or the OP's friend(?)) when he intended to only send one. He is now requesting that the funds that were sent in excess to be returned to him.

Why would/do people buy accounts?
Can't hey just make a new account for themselves?  Huh
They want to buy accounts so they can participate in signature deals (primarily). It takes several months to rank up to full member or member status, or senior member status and the signature deals tend to pay more for higher ranking accounts.

Additionally higher ranking accounts are able to post more frequently (if you create a new account then you need to wait 360 seconds between posts which is very annoying). Additionally there is some level of respect that people get when they have higher ranking accounts verses when they use a newbie account.
Never knew these accounts can be sold or bought ! Isn't it like illegal ?
People can scam using these accounts  Angry
It is not illegal nor is it against the rules to trade accounts.

People can scam with any level account, people can build up their own accounts to scam if they wanted to. The trading of accounts takes away the incentive to scam because doing so would remove the value from their account.

NO I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING. I DONT NEED TO POST PROOF OF ANYTHING , I DIDNT AUTORHIZE THOSE TRANSACTION , U CAN'T UNDERSTAND ?
You didn't authorize a bitcoin transaction? Huh I admit that I am not a technical expert of Bitcoin or a core dev of QT, however it is my understanding that in order for a transaction to be confirmed by the network then someone with access to your private key would need to sign a transaction that is pushed to the network; without a signed transaction the nodes will reject the TX and the miners will not confirm it (if they do then any block they find would not be valid).
He uses blockchain.info, and said the website got laggy and somehow registered his click three times. He should probably take that up with blockchain.info if that is actually what happened, as opposed to him clicking send three times.
Interesting. I also have used blockchain.info in the past and when I create a transaction it appears to create/sign a new TX (as in use specific inputs for the transaction) and when I click 'send transaction' the box to authorize the transaction closes, therefore I would theorize that he would need to actually go through the process of creating the transaction a total of 3 times if this is what happened.

13293  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Wardrick owes me $110 and is not paying me back. So basically he's scamming me. on: January 29, 2015, 06:28:45 PM
Either way you knew what these cards were and went forth with using them and emptied them out. You went forth with ordering stuff just in case you actually get something ordered to you. At the end of the day, these cards were redeemed and emptied out by you. I am left with 5 cards with $0 balances and not paid still. These cards are still valid and not closed so it is still in working condition.

No I didn't message you when I saw you used them up. I checked first and saw the balance was still there and I message you to tell you I wanted them back but 5 hours later you used them.

And you've been buying gift cards for a while and this is your first time buying starbucks gift cards? Yea that's very believable

This is everything what happened:

Wardrick sent me a message:  "Hi I'm interested in $500 Starbucks, you can check my threads and decide whether or not you want to send the codes first. I don't use escrow for code trades. Thanks"

Yes, I sent him 5 cards first without discussing anything into details but he initiated by saying he wanted 5 cards and want me to send him the code first. So I checked his reputation and sent him codes first.

Then we argued back and forth about payment and came to conclusion that he will pay me once he use up the cards.
20 hours later, I changed my mind to tell him I will take my cards back but he was offline at this point and I noticed 5 hours later it has been redeemed. So at this point I expected him to pay me since the cards has been redeemed and emptied out.

In short words, he took my cards, redeemed them and emptied all $500 and left me hanging without payment. He used them up before the cards closed down or came to any problems so in the end he credited out $500 and did not pay me. This isnt a matter of if cards are legit or not. He used up all the balances and didn't pay.

So you are admitting that the gift cards are carded?

There is no reason why he would owe you money if he tried to redeem them for actual goods but was unable to do so. When you are selling a $500 gift card it is implied that the purchaser would be able to buy $500 worth of merchandize from the store the gift card is for

It is generally advisable to be much more specific when signing messages. It is best to at the very minimum use the date and your username. Now anyone is able to present the exact same message as a signed message of their own

Quick , I'm sorry . But I didn't know , maybe if you ... naa nothing.

Thanks for the help , now : can you do something ? ...
You need to prove that you had some kind of agreement with the person who you claim to have scammed you. How did you know to send him BTC to that specific address?

Here's the scam accusattion thread for all HERE ON THIS THREAD look the thread name., blockchain wasn't working properly and the payment was realeased 3 times to  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=9556 wallet.

He's not looking to repay and he has no neg feedback about this scam.

Can you post proof of the agreement that you had with ddamianfrt7?

I don't have any agreement, 2 transactions were made by mistake to him.

I'm awating repayment.

Seems like NO ONE TAKES CARE OF THIS.

2 trusted people leave me negative feedback truly abusing trust system, therebefore no one takes a look at the scammer who scammed me. (BUt you so thanks)

Again thanks to all the trusted member's that are reading and laugh on me, at least you don't troll like the other 2.
First I want to say that I am not laughing at you and Mitchell does not appear to be making fun of you either.

If you want to prove your claim about getting scammed then you need to provide some kind of PM log or chat logs that show him agreeing to send you payment in a certain form when they receive Bitcoin from you (along with the address they told you to send to)
