1341  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are humans not changing naturally? on: July 26, 2021, 11:29:31 AM
there were time when there was no single human on Earth,

Was that before the creation of the earth? Because that is the only time I read no humans and animals were on the surface of the earth before God made them all.

Some mutations are beneficial to survival, some are detrimental, some are neither. People who have a mutation that is beneficial is more likely to survive and have children than someone who has a mutation that is detrimental.

May be that was what those who support the conspiracy that coronavirus is not an illness but a laboratory exercise in China gone bad are pointing at. May be coronavirus is actually one example of bad mutation. The virus has gone out of control now and no one can put an end to this anymore.
1342  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Spammer Blacklist] The Shitlist on: July 22, 2021, 11:29:00 AM
180-odd comments were deleted within 10 seconds. So are these moderators now android? It will review my posts in 10 seconds. Who are you and with what right do you add me to the list you set in your own style?

I was caught in a similar situation like yours and I opened a thread on that here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5326513.msg56649695#msg56649695. The haste at which several of my posts were deleted in one day was glaring that the posts were never read. But after opening that thread I discovered that those who did what they did were not going to apologize. I moved on. I do not know why @actmyname feels that his standard is the standard everyone should stick to or adopt. I feel some members of the forum even get bullied by him and they keep mute. I have read a lot of his positions on things and discovered that he is often emotional about things and not objective with the decisions he takes. I wish him luck in his pursuit of whatever makes him happy but makes others sad. If actmyname was theymos, am sure we all would be under feudalism by now.
1343  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Red flags in the bear market.FBI Warns&Dow plunge. on: July 20, 2021, 03:19:24 PM
All is red flags in the bear market for crypto market, how do you think of it?What we should do?

The FBI is not a financial expert and we should not listen to any advice from that department. Those who trade and invest in cryptocurrency should not feel concerned about whatever the FBI days. Listening to them is listening to negative media. They only want to cause panic in the market and get your Bitcoin at cheap price for those who will sell off.
1344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Safe Campaigns in the Altcoin section to join. Dont waste your time with others on: July 19, 2021, 02:14:40 PM

It is a shame that this thread got abandoned. It used to be a nice place to come and choose bounties from. I know alot of bounty hunters are going to miss here. Please, can you revive this thread.
1345  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you miss Trump? on: July 13, 2021, 05:13:46 AM

Yes I miss Trump. He made the White House lively because of his media presence and all that attention and attack on him from the media. The new man there now is almost like he is not existing at all. Docile.
1346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I made a Stupid newibie mistake and maybe i lose my SHIB (Help) on: July 06, 2021, 09:32:52 AM

1347  Economy / Services / Re: I am looking for staff for exchange? on: June 25, 2021, 08:37:41 AM
Is that your site, https://exchange.bitexblock.com
It is looking like another exchange name, bitexbook.com which is already listed.

It will be better to put more details into your post so that those who are interested will approach you quickly.

McAfee virus removed, time to move on
https://youtu.be/bKgf5PaBzyg

It is magic to realize some people actually trusted the John McAfee. After watching that his presentation on youtube I felt I wasted my time. I also felt sorry for him because he looked like someone who was a total womanizer without conscience. RIP is all I can say to him.
1349  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding and taking profits on: June 24, 2021, 01:22:39 PM

1. Take profits and wait for dips to buy back
2. Find other means of survival e.g jobs so that you can hold coins conveniently, some decide to sell their holdings too soon because they have no other source of income and they have to stay alive
3. Take risks with what you can afford to lose

1. What if dips do not come after you take profit What will you do? That means you will be out of trade and continue to watch price go up to your little profit taken?
2. Not everybody can find a job, and not every country has good employment plan with unemployment very high.
3. What if they can not afford to risk anything because they do not have anything at all? Cryptocurrency is not that easy to deal with whether as someone holding it or someone trading it.
1350  Economy / Economics / Re: If we have crypto Why people still buy stocks? on: June 22, 2021, 06:15:59 AM
Why people still buy stocks?

There is a reason we do not have just one type of business in the world. Diversity makes things interesting and exciting. In addition to that, not everyone knows about cryptocurrency because it is newer than stocks.

If with crypto much bigger profits *
3% daily gain is nothing If you can get 100% profit with Good coins pump.
That is not true every time. There are people who have gone bankrupt because of investment in cryptocurrency.

How the Hell people Even get rich with stocks with so small profits?
Those who have mastered the ways of stocks know how to make profits from it. Every business has principles and if you understand them you can make profits there.
1351  Economy / Speculation / Re: Btc down trend are started ? on: June 19, 2021, 05:10:32 PM

If the downtrend begins now it is okay. After all, Bitcoin has enjoyed a good rally up since late 2020 till this period. Whether its price goes up or it comes down, only those who will make money will make the money. The period of bear does not mean the market will be without gains for traders, it may be for investors but not for traders. Wise investors should begin to take profit now if the conditions you put up here is accurate.
1352  Economy / Economics / Re: Money and happiness. on: June 18, 2021, 08:39:54 PM
The difference here that he/she is talking about is that you can't really buy true happiness but it may help you to buy those things that are tangible or things that will make you happy.
By saying true happiness, it means there is fake happiness somewhere too. You even made it more complicated with that word you added. I have heard people use that expression of money not buying happiness but I know they are wrong. Except you have a way of making wrong choices otherwise you will know how to buy happiness if you have the money. Those things you long for, you will easily have them. What is happiness then if not getting all that you want.
1353  Economy / Economics / Re: Money and happiness. on: June 18, 2021, 02:01:27 PM
Money can't buy happiness but it can help you to be happy.

What is the difference then? If money can help you to be happy it only means that it has bought you happiness too. That is a simple way to explain that without pretending about the usefulness of money. Have you not heard of "a hungry man is an angry man"? A man who has money will not go hungry. So his anger is turned to happiness and joy. If he has any problem he solves it and gets his sound mind back, a problem that a man without money may not be able to solve.
1354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Meme coins have no use case on: June 18, 2021, 08:15:54 AM

Trends will come and go. Tokens will also come and go, most of them. It is not only memecoins that will disappear with time, we shall also see some top tokens disappear too. Those tokens that are top on the list this year may disappear in less than 2years from today. There are also top tokens people say do not have use case. Dogecoin is an example but it is still there. Infact, Dogecoin is getting stronger and stable each passing day. What everyone needs to do is become more careful while buying any token whether memecoins or not.
1355  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why some millionaires hate Bitcoin? on: June 17, 2021, 03:58:13 PM

The rich who hate Bitcoin are those who do not want wealth to rotate or get to the poor because that is part of what Bitcoin tends to do. Those who do not hate it are the true generous ones without pretense of being philanthropic in the public. Again, it can also be that they hate Bitcoin because they missed out buying when it was at its early stage and very cheap. It is a kind of regret thing for them.
1356  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What stops Bitcoin from being hacked? on: June 17, 2021, 09:08:37 AM
couldn’t a government pull this off?

No, government can not. If it could, the various governments of the world that hates Bitcoin would have pulled it down long time ago. The worse any government can do is to ban companies, exchanges and activities of people mining Bitcoin in that country. Government can not even prevent its citizens from trading in Bitcoin, even if trading Bitcoin becomes outlawed. There are people who still trade Bitcoin in China. When Nigeria banned Bitcoin, Nigerians still traded Bitcoin through p2p. Bitcoin is untouchable.
1357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Be Prepared for the big dump. on: June 17, 2021, 07:24:59 AM
Hi friends, from the title i said be prepared for the big dump of the market and why im saying that ? because first, we all know that all altcoins without any exceptions are affected by bitcoin price, and i will tell you to open trading view, go to bitcoin chart and choose the monthly chart and you will see something will freak the hell of you, a big tall candles without any red candles and all indicators are showing an overbought sign so i believe we will see a very big dump soon..

what do you think?

What I think is that you made a porous prediction on Bitcoin dump. I know you do not have the ability to put out a chart because of your newbie rank but charts add more to convincing people than not having them. Anyone can say what you said and price can go either up or down. Next time when you make such predictions let us know what price is and at what level you are expecting price to get to. With that we can trace it to find out if your prediction is right or not.
1358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BNB will break $1000 soon. What are ways for BNB holders to earn free money? on: June 16, 2021, 03:55:08 PM
I take it that in this thread you are trying to promote the Nashcash site and that you knowingly avoided the title in your topic about BNB hitting $1,000. This is even made worse as accounts below you followed your trail in promoting same site you mentioned. Anyway, let me make a comment on the price projection of BNB. It will not get to $1,000 before the end of 2021 unless you are talking about it getting there in 2022 or 2023. Today's BNB price is at $360+ as I make this post.

Just realized it's all about NashCash. BNB is surely a token with potential but it's better to hold it than put it on less known and small staking sites. Binance itself do provide some staking and Launchpool investment with BNB token. If you need to, you can also venture some of your BNB to popular staking sites as Pancakeswap. Even if you are late, the staking reward won't decrease significantly, so, it's wiser to wait and look at the market before deciding to put your BNB anywhere.

I get the feeling that you did not get the reason for my post, and if that is the case I urge you to read it again or you can easily read the post am quoting below and take note of that in bold for clarification to understand my post better.

What's with this Nash what makes it different from other farming sites before you promote it here and I have this suspicion that it is being shilled here,

1360  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't blame Elon musk and China for the dip!!!!!!! on: June 16, 2021, 07:50:08 AM
If we are to be really honest with ourselves, the cause of the recent dip in the market is not because of Elon Musk tweet or because of China ban on crypto (though it added to it). It is because the market has been in an overbought position long enough. Taking Bitcoin for example, the price increased so fast (leaving a price imbalance/void) without any serious retracement or correction. So the market is just correcting itself.

Bear in mind always that what moves cryptocurrency is mainly news. People buy and sell on rumours. So, whenever there is news release it affects prices of tokens. Elon's tweet and the news of ban from China greatly affected the price of Bitcoin at the time. We can not say it did not. That will not be correct. Even if price is moving fine now at the current happening and Elon goes again to bash Bitcoin you can bet that the price will drop drastically in less than 24hrs. And if his tweet praises Bitcoin you can also bet that price will push up within 24hrs too. That is how cryptocurrency works. News makes it react alot.
