The issue I have with these points systems is that it is just an act of making rich guys become richer, the main points of airdrops before is to build ecosystems but with the points system f you don't have real money to stake, it won't worth participating, just look at the Ace airdrop recently, the team was quiet about it and small guys made real money from it. its always like that, the dapps or the new blockchain needs money to flow in to them, therefore requiring participant to shell out some money temporarily. its like the recent blast staking program and also many more like manta, they require staking from the participants to get coin and there are some guys that willing to stake 150k ethereum just for the sake of participating and of course if the calculation is that the total allocated coin is rewarded proportionately to the point earned then easily the guy with that amount of ethereum will become the biggest holder of the coin. but thats just how it is for the devs to attract those stakers and get huge amount of TVL and as it seemed, so many project are following that path, requiring staking some amount of ethereum to get points, maybe they consider such method of token distribution a lot more beneficial than just letting people interact with their smart contract. hopefully though the project that initially was proposed to be distributing their token through retroactive like interacting with smart contract like layerzero and the others still stay true to their initial plan. |

Im not so sure with this coin, the rally was first initiated when there are so many bad rumours about this coin that i refrained buying it for the sake of investing and now i missed out on rally.
now i really feeling eager to buy this coin but honestly if i already missed the rally then i already missed it no point risking my money buying at peak just for the sake of waiting the follow ups rally that could be there or not going to be there.
honestly im also confused on whether to DCA this coin but well I decided to find another coin out there that just as better, after all we're not lacking any good coin like INJ for example that currently flourishing and could probably get on the same level as matic somehow in the future. one thing for sure though im not buying when the coin already reached peak, not gonna do the same mistake again like in previous bullrun.

Probably because of the diversity of the altcoins I guess.  the diversity can be a factor but definitely not that big of a factor its mainly because it suited for smaller capital to starts out and to get quite good profit so that they can later can invest in something like bitcoin. arguably, the volatility is also the thing that many people favor since they can be getting some good profit out of it. by just simply taking advantage of the volatility. This is the reality, even though in a moment that we all know that altcoins is too risky but still we will buy cause one thing for sure that once the price will go up then profit is on the way. Anyways we can see many people around the globe who are aiming to have altcoins even though they failed before but still they will buy altcoins. But their main investment is Bitcoin cause we all know how Bitcoin work less risky and good profit in the future.

the impression to new investors in crypto was that its Elon who introduced doge to them. which they only remember the price of doge is more than $0.10 already. it's not surprising though since Elon is the one who made doge more popular with newcomers in investors. just like they said the memecoins are the crypto gateway.
and most of those newcomers bought doge at a price of more than its current. so yep they may have lost funds. this coming bull market, i think the lesson is already engraved in the experience.
