1361  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tips and tricks for day trading on: March 23, 2022, 01:09:07 PM
I assuming day trading is similar like gambling. Each casino have few % house edge, in math gamblers always lose while house always win. But you're wanted to beat the house "everyday" it sound like impossible.

You are not getting this right. If you seeing trading as the same thing like gambling that means you will be getting it wrong and you will be doing wrong trading. Trading can be distinguished with gambling because you have charts that you can use for trading but gambling is not like that, gambling is all about alot of luck.

Don't do day trading, better to trade in some special conditions e.g. when market sudden decrease or increase. In that moment you can advantages of either buy on bottom and sell on peak.

You are not making clear explanation here. Day trading is part of trading or you make better example of what you mean.
1362  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Occupational hazards of trading crypto on: March 22, 2022, 05:58:08 PM

I can completely agree with the notion of trading crypto, crypto derivitives or any stocks even, can and will cause high blood pressure. This furthermore can lead to strokes, heart attacks and other serious issues. Too many people treat trading like gambling. So you could say that the same health issues, including addiction and depression, which effects gamblers also are the same conditions which effect traders.

Basically, don't trade with a bad heart and a bad state of mind...

This is why we have to take the kind of risk that we can survive when it fails. Taking this into count, some traders have the believe to make money in trading just few months into trade and they resolve to increase risk appetite. They may be lucky sometimes but definitely not all the times so it is better to go gradually and get there and not to go fast and end up in sick bed or deformed from effect of sickness when they get old.
1363  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tips and tricks for day trading on: March 22, 2022, 04:20:29 PM
I don't expect it that you will immediately understand someone's trading strategy if they give it to you when you have not learn anything yet about trading. You need your own convinsion about trading, you study the trade you like or pairs that will be profitable for you. If you don't do a personal training of yourself, you may not understand another thing that another person use in trading.
1364  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How has trading been for you during this Ukraine and Russia war on: March 22, 2022, 10:20:49 AM
I have definitely suffer in trading during Russia and Ukraine war because all coin just gone to their lowest point. By mistake we taken entry before war because two big countries going through big war so how money will come in this crypto field. My trading experience is very bad during this period. Such a risky market nobody know high and low of any coin. I Hope all of my freinds will out from market during this war.

Basically the war in Ukraine and Russia is not the reason that coins dropped because bitcoin was already down before this war, so we may not look at whether coins are down now but how we have been able to manage to get some profit despite it is still bear. During bear also some traders are able to spot right time to buy and scalp out some profit. Buying and selling still going on as the fight is on likewise because Russia still buying from China and tries to survive and finance the war, Ukraine also getting military help and cryptocurrency to finance and sustain the people, Oil and gas are still traded.
1365  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BBMA Reentry Trading System (The most successful strategy i have tested so far) on: March 20, 2022, 07:55:45 PM
I was reading your post and I felt such post needs a little graphics and chart for better understanding but clicking on the link, it is blocked, why? Your post needs graphics. You can check if there is something wrong and the chart isn't uploading but rather blocked. Or is that a restriction or something else ..
1366  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Other valid and serious forums about Altcoins? on: March 20, 2022, 07:18:00 PM
Hi everyone, I'm wondering if there are other forums about crypto world that talk about Altcoins, where they discuss presale events or other kind of stuff like this one.

Can you please tell me if there are and which ones are the best?
I would also appreciate your thoughts about them!

Thank you for your time.

There is no forum so far that is a ahead of bitcointalk.org as we are on it. This forum is well organized and largest. The boards are easily understandable. You have all you can get here and  scam is not encouraged here. You can discuss presale, ICO etc plus bounty and signature campaigns are advantage. However I use to know about few of them but I don't know how far they are doing now. Some of such are cryptotalksworld.org. also bitcoingarden.org. You can search more for yourself.
1367  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why Does This Always happen? on: March 20, 2022, 05:30:44 PM

indeed the thing that makes traders feel confused is when they buy the price goes down, and when they sell it the price goes up, haha , be patient you are not alone,  Grin
but I am sure this meme will not apply to old traders, because it is all from our own fault, and of course it can be a valuable lesson to be better.

That is what almost every trader witness  Grin but here the difference with older trader is that they now understand that it will happen when they enter into the trade and they are patient. The ways to be sure it doesn't happen all the time or that it starts taking profit after a little while is that you need to be patient to enter at the right time. That happens as charge. Brokers make their own money from there when you enter the trade.
1368  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you check the 200 day moving average ? on: March 20, 2022, 04:50:39 PM
Apart that 200MA is for specific on longtime trading , MA is showing over bought and oversold lines and shows resistance and support at same time. So I suggest that RSI will help you as a confirmation for your trade. For reference you can learn about the indicator in babypips, they explain better about the indicators and how you can use them.
1369  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Getting more skills in trading on: March 20, 2022, 01:41:41 PM
What you need is hard work and looking at the things that you have mentioned you can achieve them if you have passion for trading but if you don't you may not find the interest to keep going along the line. You need to study alot, read and watch videos but above all that you learn you will need to do your practice yourself. I wish you the best as you journey into learning the trading skill.
1370  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you using trading indicators? on: March 20, 2022, 09:36:48 AM

Using the RSI can determine when we will enter the market and place a buy or sell order. But maybe if you add MACD and MA, you will be able to find other information that might be more specific. It all depends on the ability of each trader because we have different skills, and maybe we also use different indicators.

These indicators mentioned take some time to be understood. They are not just indicators that we can fly into and understand within few days of trading. MACD itself is a little difficult to be used., it takes time because of its make up and not everyone like to use it. I prefer RSI and MA to make my trading a little lighter for easy analysis.
1371  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you ever JOMO? on: March 19, 2022, 11:44:25 PM
People have been feeling betrayed and regret when they've missed the best part of buying it at low but when it starts to dump, the joy kicks in.

That is what JOMO do. When your coins that you want to buy goes higher, you feel bad for missing out but when the dump happen then you feel happy .  I think the altcoins are not the only coin that can dump because bitcoin itself happen on that most times but the difference is that in the case of bitcoin, it reverts faster than altcoins.
1372  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The market is confusing on: March 19, 2022, 10:45:47 PM
If you feel that market is very confusing then don't take any entry in market. Because in this case, its a 50,50% chances of loss and profit. Sometimes the market tries to dumps but some whales of market control it, when they feel investors are buying and price is pumping. They sell off their account with big amount, it results a big dump in the market. So, be aware from these situations. Take entry when you feel its the right time to take entry.

When the market is looking confusing, it is a sign that something is going on either wrongly or rightly and that depends on who is getting the favour, at this time it may be the whales doing the manipulation. At this time around it is better to stay outside if you don't understand it or you have made first loss you can caution yourself not to keep doing same mistake.
1373  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Occupational hazards of trading crypto on: March 19, 2022, 09:10:10 PM
I think there is the risk of sight. A trader especially day trader and scalper are use to being under watch of their trade orders and that is meaning staying under the rays of the phone screen or computer/laptop. So this is an effect, even at the moment if you don't use glasses as protection, you are at risk.
1374  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Scalpers and day traders - Never lie, be realistic. on: March 19, 2022, 09:12:22 AM

Scalping is for impatient people, and to those people who makes decisions that fast and easy. Scalping is easy profit but don't expect too much on it, however, profit is still a profit. Day Trading is the exact opposite of scalping, big profits, even with few trades. Both could be ways for anyone to make profits, the rest will depends on the trader, whether he'll make money on it with his skills or not, simple as that.

If scalping is easy profit then every trader will choose to be a scalper. No trading style is easier to make profit. If a trader feels scalping generates profit more than other style, it is better to adopt it. Scalping has an advantage because you can quickly exit the market when price reverts and direction change. A swinger may not have time to always check what is going on in the market.
1375  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you ever JOMO? on: March 18, 2022, 04:00:14 PM
Every time in trading we experience both JOMO or FOMO. This is certain to be so with our trading.

How the hell is this even possible?

With the explanation from OP on JOMO , Joy of missing out , when you change your your mind of a trading order and stay out and you the next hour you see direction of price against your earlier position that would have ended you in lose, you are likely to be happy for staying out.

FOMO as you know is fear of missing out. This is opposite of JOMO kind of. In FOMO , you enter an order hoping for profit rather than staying outside. Anyway in FOMO you may lose or gain depending on the eventual direction.
1376  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin VS Oil VS Russia VS Ukraine on: March 18, 2022, 01:37:29 PM
The first effect I saw was when Ukraine was accepting Bitcoin as donations. That increased BTC price to $43k, not accurate, somewhere that number.
But then, it needs to be spend to provide the needs of the people affected by the war and so it went back minus $4k or more.
What I want to see is for it to go back up due to the value of Ruble going south. They will buy other commodities, exchange it for another currency, or cryptocurrencies to retain its value. But it's not happening yet so they might be purchasing other types of investments.

The effect of the war on bitcoin may not be felt instantly, it is a gradual process but I think it will have a little change as the time go because now that Russia has made it a legal status, this will encourage hodling in bitcoin , rubie is dropping and Russians don't have easy access to dollar this can push more Russians to convert to bitcoin and do their transaction because it is decentralised and no restriction.
1377  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best strategy for crypto trading on: March 18, 2022, 12:59:55 PM
I think there is no the best way. This market just has a way that's if you trade always you will lose but if you don't trade always, your losing possibility will be less that's why just you will keep your money and just you will make a bit of money and believe me that's enough.

This can be funny I think if you don't trade then you also don't make profit. You don't keep looking at your money and expect profit to come, you must take the risk of making order if you are a trader. Trading is not easy and not for everybody to go for it. A trader makes money if they make order which can be for profit or loss. Therefore you learn better, study harder , there are different videos to watch and you can be strong to take the risk.
1378  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin bounce back to 60k in this year? on: March 17, 2022, 04:48:53 PM
I still remember that in early 2021 the bitcoin price was still under $30k, and the price continued to skyrocket so that it could reach new ATH last april last november which reached around $69k, currently bitcoin price is around $40k and we still have a lot of time to see bitcoin bounced back to $ 60k even I'm optimistic that I can make new ATH again.

I think in early 2021 the price was around that but within the second quarter and third quarter it went very high. Bitcoin price has moved far from the last bear in 2020 that it was trading below $5,000 but yesterday, today too the price has gone to $41k. This is positive since it is fluctuating between $41k and $40k for a week so far.
1379  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Help With A Trading Question PLEASE on: March 17, 2022, 02:33:53 PM

If I close my position at the same price level with a market order after 74 hours, can you tell me the total fees the position would have cost me with all the calculations?

I'm not use to the exchange you mentioned but I think if you have an order open or running for 74hours, your swap charge is going to be for 74 hours or three days as that may be the case depending on the exchange. The fees are in percentage to your trade order and usually the fees are rolled over, what you pay for lower hours are not the same with higher duration.
1380  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you ever JOMO? on: March 17, 2022, 01:49:02 PM
Vocabulary of the day, this is my first time learning that word. Well it looks like it suits the phrase we have FOMO which is fear of missing out, right now I feel JOMO since I was planning to short on BTC but slept and forgot to open up a short trade but now it pumps to $41k and now I feel Joy in missing out and happy that I didn't open a trade yesterday my position probably liquidated by now.

This is a good analysis of JOMO as I understand with OP but as I trader, you have no need of JOMO because you will soon take a wrong decision that will trap you inside it and depending on how deep you fall, you  may get out faster or sink further. Every time in trading we experience both JOMO or FOMO. This is certain to be so with our trading.
