1361  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo vs Golovkin 3 - September 17 on: September 02, 2022, 11:56:05 PM
I felt that Canelo's words that he wants to end the great career of Golovkin are too disrespectful. Especially considering the fact that Canelo himself was beaten by Bivol and his career is also in question. Maybe this is just a statement to keep up the hype, but in my opinion the words were chosen incorrectly. Now if Golovkin wins, it's more likely that Canelo will be forced to retire, hehe.

Part of the fight. I don't see any disrespect in that comment saying Canelo will end the career of Golovkin. Instead, that is more encouraging for GGG as he will try to prevent that and spoil Canelo's plan. If Canelo will not make it true, who will receive the backlash?

If the comment is about relating to family or outside the boxing already, that will be the disrespectful part like what happened when Caleb Plant throw that kind of statement to Canelo during their press conference on their fight.
1362  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: September 02, 2022, 11:53:08 PM
About the Jazz, no more Gobert and Mitchell, who will lead the team? Clarkson?

We will just witness this once the season starts.

Since they have new sets of players and part of their main lineup before now changed, we will obviously see a different starter now. Can't think of who will lead the team but as long as they will perfectly blend their chemistry, that will be a team effort and not a man team that carries the whole team. It's better to see Jazz be like that compared to relying only on 1-man as their main scorer.

The corruption there when a prisoner buys for VIP threat from the jail guards or warden.

Jail guards and wardens are just a small piece of cake in the prison. High-profile inmates even do have power over these officials.

These guys don't have the ability to give prisoners a luxurious life inside the jail especially related to gambling activity.

VIP treatments and protection were authorized by a much higher official. Maybe a chief, top-rank official, or even part of the Senate and Congress.

1364  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to Overcome a Bear Market in Cryptocurrency on: September 02, 2022, 11:45:59 PM
It's really hard to overcome a bear market. It gives traders emotional stress and sometimes it's heavy. There are even reports where other people can't bear the bearish trend and their life becomes worst after that. From the very beginning, crypto traders should understand that it's not always that the situation will favor them. The bull trend is really amazing but it's just common to have that trend be cut for a period of time.

Let's remember that there's always a rainbow after rain. Always remain responsible even if we are seeing our assets turning red continuously.
1365  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: September 02, 2022, 11:42:52 PM
Coach Yeng Guiao now also parted ways with the NLEX Road Warriors.

NLEX team really gone through a lot of problems since then. Should be one of the best teams in the league if they were able to secure Mikey Williams before (which Coach Yeng expected to be drafted by the team) and if Kiefer Ravena focuses on his PBA career.

There's a rumor that Coach Yeng might return to Rain Or Shine next season.
1366  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul v Anderson Silva [rumours] on: September 02, 2022, 11:38:54 PM
Honestly all these fights are getting old and tired.  It's a bunch of amateurs fighting and it shows in the fights.  The only reason people watch is because they are popular elsewhere.  Otherwise it's uninspiring watching these people actually box.  Was a cool fad for a minute but it's tired now.

I have to agree. Just ruining the reputation of the sports because money matters.

Anderson Silva should not bite this match as it will just be easy money for Jake Paul. He should protect his legacy as a future MMA HoF.

The reason why real boxers get pissed off at this kind of match. But if the fight pushes through, I'm expecting lots of people will still watch this fight.
1367  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it right time to invest in Cardano? on: September 01, 2022, 11:27:27 PM
Is Cardano (ADA) a good coin to invest in it for long term?

Generally speaking, only your DYOR can answer that. Make your own speculation out of your own set of factors.

I don't like to say that ADA is a worthy coin but before, that coin is part of my portfolio, and thinking of doing some buybacks.

Considering an altcoin that is meant for the long term is very critical. You really need to put some money on that coin and try to give it a test.
1368  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it advisable as a starter to engage in future trade? on: September 01, 2022, 11:20:53 PM
When I login to my trading App (Exchange), I do see an option for future trade and when try to give it a try, I will see a notification reading "Future trade can be very risky".
Is it advisable as a new trader to engage in future trade?

No. Familiarize with Spot trading first and gained some knowledge of how trading works.

There will be no such caution as "Future trade can be very risky" just for nothing.

After becoming used to how trading works, you can now start learning how the future works. Do some trials with a fair amount and start learning.

Sometimes I wonder where people get their information to the point they believe that a complete newbie can engage in futures trading and somehow make money with it, people need to do their best effort to keep it simple, no one no matter how smart they are and how many books they have read about trading is ready to trade futures, they need to at first familiarize themselves with how the process of trading works, then learn how to deal with the losses that they will experiment, then they need to become profitable for a long time and only then they will be ready for futures trading.

Simply, the most reason is, that they saw others getting good profits in Future. They think that by doing Future, earning money is quite easy. They will just engage in Future trading without any experience and will just go with the flow. The result is obviously wrecked in most cases.

Sometimes, it's good that these newbies will learn the hard way in order to understand the risks they are dealing with. Lesson learned after experiencing the worst and they will be careful next time when doing Future trades.
1369  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Fernando Martinez vs Jerwin Ancajas rematch - Oct.8 on: September 01, 2022, 11:15:08 PM
I really wouldn't have much faith in Ancajas, although at one point he was very good, I think he has lowered his performance, and when I say performance I mean his physical condition, in his fights he manages to show a clear fatigue, but of course he is very remarkable,

I think on that part, it was already Ancajas camp's priority list.

They hired a new nutritionist to take care of Ancajas' diet to prevent the struggles in the preparation during the first fight with Ramirez. Ancajas shows fatigue in that first fight because there's difficulty getting the catchweight required.

Now that the camp already knows the problem, for sure that will be addressed and they will make sure Ancajas is fully in shape for this rematch.

Jayson Castro game-time decision.

Yesterday, he still feels the pain although the injured area is not swollen.

If unable to play, a necessary double-work for RR Pogoy and Mikey Williams as TNT's backcourt duo. Troy Rosario is also not yet fully utilized in this series and is still a missing link. He needs to wake up now as one of their main scorers, Jayson Castro might be sidelined tonight.
1371  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Dmitry Bivol vs Zurdo Ramirez on: September 01, 2022, 10:52:09 PM
Ramirez has a slight advantage in height, although it might be just the shoes that he is wearing.

Even if Ramirez is taller, I think Bivol can offset it with his hand speed and his great footwork.

For reference: Bivol @ 6 ft | Ramirez @ 6'2 ft

Not that much. I refer to some of Bivol's previous opponents and I saw he was once against a 6'3 ft and he won.

Although we can't compare the strengths of each of their previous opponents, we can conclude that height shouldn't be an advantage or disadvantage in this fight between Dmitry Bivol and Zurdo Ramirez. But on the humor side, possibly that Ramirez's shoes make him so much taller in that pic lol.
1372  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Rate my portfolio progress on: September 01, 2022, 10:38:50 PM
Just continue what you think is better. Since you were able to get profits, then it means you are on the right track.

Try to maintain that winning records and minimize your losses while you progress.

It's good to inspire others but that's not your goal. Focus on building experience and someday you can guide others, especially those newbies in trading.

Good luck with your future trades.
1373  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: September 01, 2022, 10:35:14 PM
Yes, regardless of who Inoue is going to face, he will have the 4 belts under his waist. Much better though if it will be the Filipino Casimero because there is more hype on it, the result might be the same.

Again, no offense to Paul and his camp, but I'm imagining that this fight might end in one body shot that Butler can't recover. There have been a lot of Inoue's victim fall for it. So if Butler has weak body, for sure one touch and he will go down and might not beat the count.

Naoya Inoue will finish this match I think in less than 3 rounds. Referring to Inoue's way of fighting, he is always aggressive in early rounds as long as he sees an opportunity to get in. We can even hear how strong his punch is every time it connects with his opponents. That's how dangerous the Monster is.

I'm also not looking down at Paul Butler but I don't see how can he withstand Inoue's body shot that is proven lethal and dangerous. Even upset is possible in boxing, likely the chance is really slim for that to happen.
1374  Economy / Gambling / Re: I need advice from experienced users of this forum on: September 01, 2022, 10:13:52 PM
Maximum patience tolerance is being shown by the OP and the fact that this issue still doesn't solve yet after 3 months, seems to me that Mbit won't really take an action to settle the issue. There's no pressure on the Mbit's part. If OP is just stating crap, Mbit can just easily make an explanation on what violation or something that OP did.

I don't want to say that OP needs to move on but since there's no progress for 3 months, moving on should now be considered.

I just don't get why users are choosing to play on a casino that's don't even have a good community here in the forum. Lesson learned.
1375  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: August 29, 2022, 11:56:48 PM
No underrating, no underestimating because it's true that one single lucky punch, it can upset the match.

Paul Butler's lucky punch will save his ass? He even has the strength to do it even if he is able to connect that lucky punch?

Naoya Inoue is already used to withstanding big punches. Remember how he came back strong during their 1st fight with Donaire after a serious threat for him in the early round? He adjusted patiently until getting the momentum.

Paul Butler doesn't have the skills to put Inoue on a verge of defeat.
1376  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo vs Golovkin 3 - September 17 on: August 29, 2022, 11:54:08 PM
we should definitely wait for the results of this trilogy before anything else. talks about 4th is useless if we have no results yet of this upcoming fight. but more then likely, GGG will retire from the world of boxing after this. i don't think it is his advantage of fighting these new bloods. better retire and enjoy what he got from this sports. and i can understand why many of the users here are rooting for GGG. if he wins, that a big bonus before his retirement. let's see...

I think even GGG will win or lose here, there's no way the 4th match will happen.

As I mentioned, GGG might probably face Lara after the trilogy. After that, he might consider retiring now even if he will win.

And for promoters, it seems it's not worth any more to arrange a fight for an old GGG against Canelo.
1377  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you play Slots? (long sessions / jumper / focussed) on: August 29, 2022, 11:52:32 PM
Well, I very much respect the ways of playing of each one, but according to my experience, or my opca experience, playing under patterns in a slot is not something highly recommended, because you will most likely lose, the only pattern that I see feasible is that of using money constantly, that is, making constant bets so that the money pays off and increases the fun, at least that is what I do, when I play slots what I do is distribute a balance that I am totally willing to lose, I do it to have fun and I don't worry about winning, I just use that money to have fun, of course sometimes I win, which I don't have planned, but it's well received.

I have to agree. There's no pattern in slots but rather our bankroll should last, at least, in the long run, as the more time we play on the slots, that will give us the higher our chance to hit those nasty wins and crazy bonuses like free spins, etc.

But what matter here is, regardless of our approach in playing slots, always consider taking a break after a big winning or currently experiencing the worst loss.

Don't get carried away as that will result in regret in most cases.
1378  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you play Slots? (long sessions / jumper / focussed) on: August 28, 2022, 11:59:48 PM

@johhnyUA I thought there is no difference at all? So, why waste time jumping from one slot to the other? Why not use all your fund in one game?

I think there is a difference. In jumping from one slot to another, we are avoiding the series of dead spins which occur after a long session of spinning.  This can also be observed in Dice.  So moving to another slot somehow minimize the trigger of a series of dead spin.  Of course, high to extreme volatility slots negate this since most of the time they give a dead spin. It is also explained that each slot has its own seed so moving to another slot means changing seeds.

That is fairly true. Playing in the same slots, in the long run, might give us the possibility of hitting good wins. Besides, we can't test our luck on slots on just 10-20 spins. We really need to spend time staying in the same slot to somehow gives us a chance to hit those wins.

Of course, it's not that we will really stick to that decision to stay in the same slot until the end.

It's still a good option to consider jumping on other slots depending on the situation.
1379  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo vs Golovkin 3 - September 17 on: August 28, 2022, 11:59:25 PM
When GGG already retired, I think the super middleweight or middleweight would be boring.

It's been a while since GGG doesn't have any big fights. He was also on hiatus for 2 years after returning to ring against Murata. The competition on Middleweight or Super Middleweight will still be "fairly" the same even if GGG will now retire. We have boxers at this division who also making names.

We also have good title holders here like Erislandy Lara, Jermall Charlo, Janibek Alimkhanuly, etc. although I will admit nothing can compare how heavy GGG's legacy is in boxing. Anyway, GGG is asked to have a mandatory fight with Lara 4 months after the trilogy with Canelo. That might be GGG's next fight.
1380  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 28, 2022, 11:58:28 PM
I'm just curious if there will be no conflict with the schedule of JC to his announcement that he'll play in Fiba WC 2023. I'm not aware of their scheduling and with the WC. But as he said and confirming that, I guess that there's no problem to his schedule then. Good luck to him and his team.

Fiba World Cup will run from August 25 to Sep 10, 2023.

NBA is off-season during that time and no conflict if there's a practice session or anything related to NBA and his team, Utah Jazz.

In the first place, Jordan Clarson will not confirm it if he's not sure and has no permission from his team and the league.
