Pff haahah the exatly things did the earlier goverment for 25 five years and promised that we would be in EU union in 2012,but 2012 passed.The goverment of that time said that the next yeas we would win.but in 2013 were elections so either in 2013.the new goverment said that in 2015 we would be part but still not,believe me you dont have a clue what happens here,there are the the same politicans for 25 years sinse 1990 since enver hoxha the dictator died.the politicans are all connected to the crime and every one knows it but no one says it because have afraid,here people cultivate mariuana in their garden and you say that they will fix the elctricity problem? believe me that will be the last thing

You dont know how things go here. In the worst case if police comes to your home and discover it ( which will never occur) you can corrupt them eith 20 $ every month! Because i said almost 40 % of the contry dont pay electricity. Not to talk about the rural places which 90% dont pay and have never paid.anyway we are not here to talk about politics.i say that i dont pay electricity and i can gurantee for another 4 years it eill not be fixed.

Ι've seen the topic of stealing electricity discussed in my country as well. The way electricity consumption is monitored and reported is really archaic in many cases, this way making it easy for house owners to "cheat the system". But overall, it's not worth the risk as the provider is able to monitor month to month patterns and they have the right to come in to investigate. OP, other that the fact that what you're considering is unethical, if you've got nothing to lose I don't see why you came here to ask us.
I asked you because i dont have capital to the miners read the thread!! If i had capital i wouldnt write this thread.one s7 costs around 500 $. I am not at work so 500 $ are hard to find,at least here in my country which the medium salary is 200-300 $ a month ! |

I live in a place in europe which is not very strict with laws and a lot of people take advantage and i am one of them. So i dont pay for the electricity not a single penny.
Sounds very unrealistic but let's just assume that you really do not get jailed with what you're doing and you're still not paying any money for electricity. I dont have the capital to buy antminer S7 or antminer S5 also i will not lie.
It's actually pretty obvious that you don't have enough money to buy an antminer as you aren't even able to get a legitimate electricity.  also i will not lie,i dont know exactly how to use them.
Since you can post this here, I bet that you have an Internet connection, right? You can actually figure it out by yourself by doing some research on the Internet and just by doing a quick search on Google. But, like you said, you don't have enough money to buy an antminer. Even if you do get to know how to use it, you don't have an antminer to use. So it's pretty pointless at the moment. So if someone is interested to work with me{work with me it means that he have to buy the machines,to send them and teach me to put them to work/ i will pay to him 75 % of the earnings of the machine.
Not sure if someone would go all the way buying you antminers and then ship it to you. And then one-on-one teach you how to make them work just to earn 75% of the earnings when he can just do this at his own home without worrying if the person he just trusted is just scamming him. I can provide my id card,my passport also my driver license with myself holding them so that you can see that im not lying.
Identity theft is actually a pretty easy thing to do nowadays. You can go to some buy and sell groups on Facebook and then ask for people to send a pic of their IDs and a selfie of them holding an ID. i dont have any other idea how to prove im not a scammer,if you have something in mind how to prove it you tell me |

I think this is actually serious offer. But there is problem with legality of this. I understand that your electricity network is hacked by you and used illegally.
Is there actually a way for authorities to discover unnatural power consumption when you will be mining? Could miners be confiscated in the worst case scenario?
I dont how do they matter the electricity in your country but in my country it is an ' old way' it means that that with a little knoweldege of electricty machines you can steal the power and never get cought.No,there isnt a way that the authorities to discover that electrecity is going too much. They only read the numbers of kw in the machine that matters the electricity because i dont know her name in english sorry.
