There is a credit registry in your country I'm sure.  If Albania has one every country in Europe has one.

When you try to secure a loan, the bank investigates the information you provide and consults the credit registry.  It is possible in my country to secure your identity using a third party.  I'm not sure about your country.  Suffice it to say, you have given someone enough information to at least secure loans on your name.

This situation is going since i was born. I dont see the future but based on how country is going i think that this situation will go for at least 4 years again

But overall, it's not worth the risk as the provider is able to monitor month to month patterns and they have the right to come in to investigate. If i had capital i wouldnt write this thread.one s7 costs around 500 $. I am not at work so 500 $ are hard to find,at least here in my country which the medium salary is 200-300 $ a month !

You dont know how things go here. In the worst case if police comes to your home and discover it ( which will never occur) you can corrupt them eith 20 $ every month! Because i said almost 40 % of the contry dont pay electricity. Not to talk about the rural places which 90% dont pay and have never paid.anyway we are not here to talk about politics.i say that i dont pay electricity and i can gurantee for another 4 years it eill not be fixed.

 That is an archaic system.  The power plants in my country have to bid competitively in order to get their electricity on the market.  The transmission lines are a totally different company and THEN the suppliers come next.  All our meters are remote readable and they can monitor 24/7.  Some people even opted to allow the supplier to control their air conditioning systems in case they need to conserve on very hot days in the summer.   Don't worry, your countries will all get there - it's the next way for them to suck more money out of you under the guise of "efficiency".  [sarcasm]Better to have 3 middlemen and an "independent" electricity operator to oversee the entire operation than one power company overseen by the government.[/sarcasm]
 Just so you know, in Albania, this should be completed by 2019 based on the information from the World Bank (they financed this effort with a loan in 2014) - it's all part of your countries' efforts to join the EU.  You can't join until all your infrastructure has been revamped at taxpayer expense and ready to be bought by private investors at pennies on the dollar (I was going to use the Lek as an example but there is nothing smaller than a Lek!)... get ready to be financially raped.

What a revolutionary! I have few Bulgarian friends, and i know that there is many changes. I think Bulgaria is in not so bad position in EU.  hehe  it is now political thread?!

OP - One thing that I can suggest you about your idea. If you are sure about electricity, think abut some collateral, and try to take loan in landing section. (Long term landing)
You can also ask in mining thread who stop mining becasue of electicity costs and want send you not used rigs.

In my opinion, in your case, everything is about trust.

So basically you are stealing electricity from poles, right ?
That doesn't seems to be a good idea because you will be fined and punished at any moment
In my country the electricity charge is $0.07 per unit. I don't think that's much expensive
