This is a perfect chart to interact from a better perspective Miau!
The whole idea isn't for grown Ups in crypto, it's actually for 'em rookies right? Cus I feel alot of peeps, with proper fundamental analysis, do trading professionally and it works for them as well.
It's actually gonna look like a scam to anyone that doesn't have a proper understanding on it... Trading is good, but HODLing is safe! Whichever way you choose, just make sure you're not too desperate and greedy, cus that's where the problem comes.

I wonder, how many of you work in crypto full time, and how many use this as an additional source of income?

If you want to, you can share with us what you are doing in crypto. Is it trading, aidrops, writing articles, marketing, etc ?
There's Alot going on in the crypto world so anyone could eventually chose where they wanna make their income from... that's up to y'all.
Secondly, I can't advise anyone to take crypto jobs as full time jobs...No - I'm not saying ion trust the process or it's not possible - I'm simply saying it's not reliable depending on which field you're subjected to.. if you're a coderman, cyber security, a community manager, a script writer, translator etc.. you could actually rely on it depending on the nature of the contract you signed. We've also got full time traders too; all they do is trade currency pairs and BTcs too.

Isn't this exactly the perplexity I was driven into when I got to realize that there was, and yet, enough for.me to learn for myself technically?? Lol..
Achow even made a statement of such - can't  make any reference to such now though -but, trust me, it was really surprising to hear that... So I was like - Achow's complaining about it, how much more a mere newbie like myself?? Lol
The Bitcoin white paper has every history; the HOWs, the WHYs and for WHAT reason crypto was made. I mean, you need to put yourself into the divere sub-sections -- yeah? Cus without 'em, you won't understand a damn thing!! Like when you stumble on a regular word like P2P, make a technical research on it alone so as to be able to get the meaning of the word in the context of whatever you read.
Follow it...,it's a process!

If you would like to share a mistake you have made, it could help newcomers avoid making the same mistake when posting here.
I haven't made any major mistakes other than -not believing in myself when I first got registered. I felt a great inferiority complex and gave myself an orientation of not making my thoughts publicized...that was it!
Then after sometime, It became real to me that anyone' isn't bullied nor ostracized for Thier contributions, no matter how lowly crafted it woulda looked like... that's exactly the time I began cheering up and letting myself loose too.

1385  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: April 11, 2023, 10:58:23 PM
Currently Manchester United are in a really great shape compared to Sevilla. They are really likely to finish the season in the area that they can qualify for the Champions League. This makes me think about whether they would care about the Europa League the same as well. But considering their effort in this tournament so far I guess they really want to go for the title at the same time.
Should Sevilla be a bit of a problem for 'em City's?? Hehe, since when did a weak, Spanish team become capable of beating the champions??
I mean, even if Sevilla managed to win against them (cus anything could possibly happen in football), that won't even have any impact on them as they've gathered enough points already.
Secondly, City can't afford to lose two things at the same time... That's the main reasons they'll do anything to sustain them for the trophy. Now they've a return match with Bayern next week.

Correct. Man City's 3-0 victory over Bayern really exceeded anyone's expectations here. I think this fight will be more intense. but it turns out that Bayern is not as usual because it is very clear that Bayern's defense in this match has several gaps and these gaps can be exploited by Man City's strong attack line. with this result I think the second leg will likely belong to Man City. 3 goals is quite big and quite difficult to catch.
I even get more surprised when this things happen..
It was quite shocking but, unarguably a reality....no two ways about it.. I really thought Bayern won't let 'em get away with a win so easily like that -- even to the whole match stats?? It was a very poor performance altogether.
On the other hand, City actually needed the win in total desperation and that has won them 3 points, plus GDs yunno... They are now battling with 14 points to keep the pace moving... Let's see what happens next, especially when they haven't any share in premiership this time.

It's actually gonna get really wierd, honestly...
Majority of peeps don't even want to pass through some form of discomfort or stress -sort of., So they'll really make a nice choice by registering on casinos that don't operate under this jurisdiction.
Secondly, they'll certainly be much illegal casinos popping up from left, right and centre... thirdly, they govt are just bound to face more money laundering cases than the usual.

Betting on Barcelona's win today is very risky especially since they seem so comfortable at the top of the table. Barcelona didn't seem too motivated to win the match against Girona as they had already been many points ahead of Real Madrid. I think draw seems very likely for this match, but there is still time to see how they end this match. If Barcelona draw, they will create a gap of 13 points with Real Madrid, while if they win they will gain a gap of 15 points.
Hmmm, I don't know why it looked like a bad option to you, but Girona is totally harmless today... Barcelona was in much control of the game as at then..but a win wasn't guaranteed.
Does it actually mean barca is relenting cus they are actually able to secure the top table?? That's your mindset anyways ....it took them their consistency and hard work to be able to achieve that...so i don't think it's something to mess with. With that, Barcelona ends the game with 72 points upfront, leaving giron behind with only 35. I'm looking forward to seeing how the next match goes ...

In fact, this draw for Arsenal is perceived as a defeat, because in their situation, with a small lead over their opponent, you can not think otherwise. And yet Manchester City has no difficult matches left, while Arsenal has several more... In addition, now everything can be decided in the match against each other
Arsenal escaped a close defeat, plus they managed to fine Thier way back to top one when man city took over when they began to lose matches...Even though they're left with tough teams to play with...teams like Newcastle and Nottingham forest should have been a problem, but this dudes are too close to the trophy to begin Messing up...., also, anything is possible as you said... You can't decide what happens, and it happens just the same way as you Said.
I believe the league was meant for the gunners most prolly since they've not won such for about 17, 18 yrs or so??

Will there come a time when online casinos will implement that you upload a responsible gambler certificate before you continue to play because of too many government restrictions it's not necessary for newly registered gamblers but for gamblers who lose a lot of money and their activity is they are suspected to be addicted to gambling.
The reason why the government will implement this, as a precaution, is to protect people from losing their wealth and their health from too much gambling because of addiction, it's a way of protection.
I don't think any form of certification is necessary for identification or whatsoever, on gamblers.... I mean, casino already struggled to get certifications for 'em peeps on publicity etc ...why should the gamblers do the same too?
Secondly, that's not gonna play any sub-conscious role and it'll totally be against this natural phenomenon, Which is LIBERTY. Thirdly, the Govt can't control people's funds more than what they've controlled already; is addiction on a particular stuff supposed to be a public affair? Anyone could handle himself and make his MuCus even more sticky if he wants....non of ya business!

I think people don't understand that there is no strategy in gambling. Gamble but consider your spendings on it as an entertainment expense. Got luck on your side and won? Good. If you don't you still had fun.

That's just the point.... Vividly expressed.
I use to hear 'em peeps be bragging how they all make a leaving outta gambling and I keep asking, how?? How could rely on such inconsistent source of income? What if it turns out bad for you in a whole week or month?? (Cus it might actually happen?)?...
I normally see the process as -- simply paying to have virtual fun or something, but with an advantage of gaining sometimes at the end of the day, as an incentive....it's that simple..some peeps push too hard and when it doesn't cut, they feel like running into a homicide.

Chelsea this season they have indeed faced many obstacles in the domestic league and even the reforms they have made have relatively no good impact on their progress in the EPL.  but in the Champions league they still have a chance to qualify for the next round if they can beat real madrid. under the ownership of tood boehly chelsea has not shown its class as a big team in the EPL because Chelsea has suffered 10 defeats so far in the Epl.

The season was quite tough for Chelsea after their hopes in the EPL did not go as expected. They also had problems in the Champions League because the opponents they faced were defending champion teams who had long experience in the UCL. I think it will be difficult for Chelsea to provide strong resistance when they travel to the Bernabeu stadium.
Chelsea is really a big flop this season,...I just don't know why.
They lost against wolves and that was quite displeasing,...cus why should they have lost, even when they knew they had to win?
If it'll be dawn on them to qualify for the next round by winning against Madrid, then that's just gonna be another flop cus Madrid ain't even planing to lose any more matches RN. Now they're gonna have blames on the coach or caretaker?? That's unnecessary as they've lost too much and have been set in a position where it's impossible to win anymore. Bernabeu will heat up come 12, trust me.

Zidane may not fancy the idea of returning to real Madrid.  He is is good no doubt. He has recorded good numbers of titles for Real Madeis. Anceloty in the same hand is exceptional. But while Zidanes most major trophy comes from Real Madrid only, anceloty has recorded trophies won by him from different European clubs. I see Anceloty has a better option to zidane, but for which ever reason and in which a ever way he leaves,  I believe a good coach will still drive at Benabeu. Zidane may not fancy the idea of returning to real Madrid.
Zidane could... I'm not even seeing this as a valid reason why he shouldn't.. did he get much humiliation as compared to Frank? (Cus that's what it was)..but Frank is back, why won't he??
Maybe he's just gonna call it his "debut" as a Coach after lifting the champions league with the same team over and over again.. only problem now is that he's not coming Back to meet the complete squad he left and I think, that'll demand much attention on the development process. On the other hand, Ancelotti's strategy has been serving him since when he was at Chelsea....so he might be a better option despite his age.

This is a hard struggle for both of them to continue to maintain their position, Newcastle United will continue to fight hard to stay in their position and so will Manchester United where they don't want to lose to keep fighting, maybe they will target to return to third place, besides that the difference in points between the two is very short, the remnants of the next matches are very important matches for both of them.
Uhmm, it's really unbelievable to have Newcastle city arrive at the 3rd position with 53 points, just the same like man utds.. only that the GD Points really varies.... 26:5
I'm not seeing Newcastle relinquishing sooner,..if man UTD thinks they deserve the 3rd position, then I think they should work towards getting it.
As for Tottenham, they're really struggling.... there's no certainty on their improvement (though they've been trying Thier best this turn), I think they haven't still got what it take -- not to go up, but to stay up.

Does anybody have any good tips for making early bets?
I know I'm probably going to waste money chasing losses if the first leg doesn't turn out but I do want to make sure I get good bets in.

Chelsea has Lampard now already as caretaker and I believe they will get great results from this. He won't last long and the effect won't last long but old players can give fresh motivation for the remainder of the same season.
I wasn't hoping to have things getting better speadily,..most especially for the fact that the former Coach had messed up Chelsea, in a way that'll need much time and concentration to build back.
Frank lamparp is back to Chelsea, hallelujah!! But the big question say a different thing,..like I learnt he's coming to stay till the ends of the season; that's seems more like someone on probation right?? So how about the Bruno guy? Hmmm....now you talk about old players?? Like Alonso who's out already?? Uhmm,..I'll say, that's a straight win for Madrid based on their form currently.

1397  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Skill Based Slot Machines on: April 07, 2023, 08:19:13 PM
Today I am reading about skill based slot machines which is very popular among millennials. This is the first time I am reading this in my life as a gambler. All that I have known about slot machines is that the outcome is purely based on luck1 as a result of the Random number Generator (RGN). From what I read, the major difference between this skill based slot machines and the regular/traditional ones we know is that there is a bonus round for the players to2 display their skills which gives them a greater chance of winning. Despite this, the odds are still stacked up against the player.
Has anyone here tried it out?
Which do you prefer, traditional slots or skill-based slots?
Does it even really matter?
Being given a chance to gamble again on a skill-based slot doesn't give an assurance that the game cuts; it's simply an insentive to play again, that's it.
The RGN isn't really favourable on the other hand yunno.... Cus don't nobody wants to keep doing the same thing over and over again, with different outcome but the same results..no one!! It's made too random that a win is not even guaranteed in a RARE case. I'd even prefer playing in real casino houses,..I'm just thinking it's built with a less level of sentiments

I know they are not safe in La Liga this season because the points gap is too close to the relegation zone. But try to get how the team has grown so far even if they still don't seem as strong. Sevilla has got a new manager to improve the performance of the team, it is a good plan towards the end of the season.
It's not even funny how Sevilla had deteriorated in club performances like that; bringing in a new coach ain't even a big stress, what's actually the problem?? Okay,... sometimes, they might decide to bring in players from other clubs that'll fit into alot of spots that current players are struggling to play in... The other times, the players may not have gotten enough skills to be able to hold on.
We all know they had to win against Cadiz, and now they're facing celta Vigo with the halftime scores unleveled, as Sevilla has 1 goal against 0. They don't have to lose this match... ofcourse they should know they aren't even far away from the relegation.

Tottenham Hotspur is still quite close to Man United. That saves 3 points and United has played a game less. But Brighton can also possibly find the connection because they have even played 2 games less than Tottenham. It would be a sensation if a club like Brighton managed to qualify for the CL. Absolutely deserved of course. The problems seem to have returned for Leicester City. They seemed to be able to look up for a moment, but after a bad series they are now back in a disappointing 19th place and are in serious relegation problems at the moment. Will they still make it? Win 1 game and you can also be 14th again. That's how small the differences are here. much will be decided on goal difference.
Tottenham's matches are usually inspiring; how?? I see the spirit of coordination and assertion, but it's usually ultered by some lost in focus and inability to Conserve time, and finally maintain ball pressure.
I've stated the reasons to why they've been struggling; which as a result, the lost to wolves and Sheffield united respectively. They'll be going again, but this time, with Brighton hove Albion.... You seee, they've got a very outstanding player in Thier midst, H.Kain and ion think they've got any replacement for the England striker Incase he decides to leave..

I made a big bet and I am not sure how that's going to look. I know that I shouldn't have made such a big messy bet, but it just felt right to do so. I wagered on all Milan, Inter, Napol, Atalanta, Juventus and Roma to win. I know that sounds silly and most probably we are not going to see them all win and I do not know why I did a bet I had absolutely no trust about at all.
Uhmmm, I can even trust that Napoli and Juventus would deliver at the right time... Milan could Also have a huge privilege to get away with a win, but that's even on the contrary when it comes to football.
Quote
But, I just felt like that was a bet that I couldn't miss out because they are all playing teams that are weaker than them if you ask me. Surely Lazio-Juventus will be hard, but the odds of these games combined makes it 43 odds give or take and that's just too huge for me to pass up. This is why even though I know I will lose, I gave it a shot anyway.
I can't believe I just read this...
You mean you still went ahead to bet on these games even when you know they're not gonna payout well?? I meannn,...what's the motivation there?? These game stands a better chance for a win but it all depends on how you wagered 'em; if it was a singular bet or something...
