Are you saying your account has been banned for two months or it has been more than two months since it was banned? Your second/third? chance will likely be after the ban expires.

Yes my account has been banned since November 23, 2014 and still is.This is not my first banned.

Quote
chance will likely be after the ban expires.

My exact question is when? I will be appreciated if you give me time or date.

Thank you again

if there is no timeframe on your ban then it is probably permanent
13822  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Selling Bitcointalk Sr. Member Account / 0.33 BTC on: January 11, 2015, 08:50:28 PM
how much do you want for it?

I assume you can prove ownership.....

The price is 0.33 BTC and I use escrow nothing to worry about...
Well when you created the thread you were asking .3 (as you pointed out in the previous post that you deleted and as is evidenced by the title of the thread when I replied).

Are you able to provide a signed message from an address posted in an old post that would prove ownership of the account.

I revised the price, cause I realised that is really low for the market average Wink
Are you able to provide a signed message from an address posted in an old post that would prove ownership of the account.

13824  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk and VPN on: January 11, 2015, 08:13:33 PM
Well I know it is not possible to open an account using VPN Services like Hidemyass or other KNOWN providers, but is it possible for a hacker/scammer to open an alternate account here with different IP addresses using VPN ?
It is news to me that it isn't possible to create an account using a known VPN provider. I would actually think that most people would use a known VPN provider to maintain their privacy.

I have created most of my accounts via PIA which provides hosting for the forum.
If you fairly doubt they are an alt of each other then why are you posting this? LOL If you are trying to imply they are alts of each other then your evidence is flimsily at best. The feedback you left is not supported as you have not shown anything to show that anyone is trying to extort you for any amount of money.

The eli guy claims to be from EU and Dev to be from NA. Is it possible for them to the same person ?
It is possible. But I kind of doubt it.
13825  Economy / Lending / Re: Lending Subforum Intro & Scam Trends on: January 11, 2015, 07:50:01 PM
There are some people who appear to be making very risky loans (even to people with negative trust) then end up getting repaid. I speculate that some lenders are lending money to their alts in order to build up trust of their alts so they can eventually borrow more significant money from someone else

Here is the description of the gambling subform:
Code:
Gambling and all "investments" that are so risky they might as well be gambling (HYIPs, pyramid schemes, etc.)

13829  Other / Meta / Re: Changing motherf&%* avatars on: January 11, 2015, 05:10:47 PM
Changing avatars is currently not possible.

Seeing this message for a year already.

Can anybody fix this? It shouldn't be THAT hard for Christ's sake!
I personally like your avatar. If you disagree then you can ask theymos to have it removed (as Kluge mentioned above - however I only think theymos can remove them, not "mods")

13832  Economy / Services / Re: DevScrow | Standard and ICO Escrow Service 👥 on: January 11, 2015, 04:57:44 PM

Lets take a step back and understand what you're all saying here.
Its ok for dev - a trusted escrow holder to go offline for 18 hours with an active trade in the pipeline.
Yes like I said it is not uncommon for some deals to take hours to complete.
Its ok for dev's friend to leave a negative rating on my profile for laughs and giggles.
I don't know that person, however he is not dev and does not speak for him. The issue with the negative rating does not speak for dev.
Its not ok for me to make 3 posts in 18 hours on his escrow board asking why he's late.
Making more then one post or sending more then one PM is probably not going to expedite the process.
Its NOT ok for me to be upset about the 3% loss in value of BTC which dev had in his wallet for 18 hours after I have paid for them.
If you were expecting to receive a specific amount of bitcoin then no. If you were planning on selling that bitcoin on an exchange then you would have just used fiat to buy bitcoin which you would have sold for fiat which makes no sense (yes I know if this was the case you were probably trying to arbitrage however this is in itself risky). Unless he made a specific promise to release the escrow within a certain timeframe then you have nothing to complain about.
However, Dev is never concerned with the nature of my transaction, his role in the transaction was simply to provide safe keeping of the BTC while I and the seller made our trade. Dev fulfilled his role without question, albeit 18 hours late.
If that was his role then you have nothing to complain about
I did expect a positive rating from him, I did not DEMAND it,
I said you should not even expect it as you will probably not get feedback in every trade you participate in.
and it was not because of the trade we were involved in; but this was because of the fact that he made me loose the relative value of my BTC in terms of fiat by not being online for a significant amount of time. He didnt leave a rating for me and neither did I.
You are really just repeating yourself now

Im not sure why u need me to sign from there anyway proly to proof that its real me ? who else would ask for such a small loan n give so many details... sigh ne way done
because you are giving your account as collateral. If you end up not paying then I will need to sell the account. I would rather not sell your account if a dispute of ownership may come up in the future
13835  Economy / Lending / Re: .01 btc loan needed. on: January 11, 2015, 04:40:05 PM
nothing but That is frm my wallet at blockchain which I use ,

If u want I will sign u from my satoshi address which I use at bitcoin qt
I need you to sign from an address that has some kind of connection to your bitcointalk.org account. If the address doesn't have any connection to your account then signing a message will not prove ownership
13836  Economy / Lending / Re: .01 btc loan needed. on: January 11, 2015, 04:36:17 PM
which PM are u reffering to ? nvm u mean the satoshi wallet. Thats a bitcoincore qt wallet which Is new and I dont use for anything cept the satoshi bet but do u want me to do it from there now ?
You said that you signed that message from 1AXv2GqvrMpqcZLsNouJDPexsZfhibfkHT what connection does that address have with your bitcointalk account?

13838  Economy / Services / Re: DevScrow | Standard and ICO Escrow Service 👥 on: January 11, 2015, 04:32:05 PM
legendster, devthedev has a life. Everyone that does escrow has a life. You cannot expect them to be around 24/7. I know it sucks, but you will have to wait patiently and keep this in mind next time you use escrow. This will happen again.

Understand this that I am not lashing out because he is late. I am kinda lashing out because he went offline with an active trade online.

Off course I understand this 'happens' I m not new here.

I received confirmation of receipt from the other party at 04:57:06. (5 hours ago) My response time is usually under 15 minutes. However, I had an unforeseen family matter I had to take care of.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I will not be an inconsiderate ass and give you a negative for this, but I should expect a positive feedback from you on my trust score.

Whatever be the reason you made me loose 3.62% of FIAT value of the BTC you were holding. I sent you payment confirmation from my end with bank transfer screenshots 18 hours prior to your escrow release.

The other party had already confirmed that he received the money within 5 minutes of the Bank transfer (it was done through instant transfer), he sent me a message confirming that he had asked you to release the payment at  January 10, 2015, 10:59:14 AM.

Regardless, since this was a free service I dont have much to complain about, I must give you a friendly advice however, dont go offline ever again, with an active trade in the pipeline. Thats not professional whatever be the reason.
Although it seems to me you were busy flying your Parrot Bebop Drone.

Good luck with your service.
I might use your service again.
You should not expect to receive a positive trade feedback from any particular trade, especially if things did not 100% smoothly.

If your deal was priced in terms of bitcoin then you should not be complaining about the fiat value of whatever you received.

Some trades can take several days to complete, especially ones involving physical goods. Trades involving the purchase of bitcoin can take several hours and the point of using his services is to not need to worry about not getting your money right away.

I can vouch that I have used dev on many occasions without any problems on his end. I have not had any transactions with him that have not gone smoothly.

Do you have access to the addresses that you have posted before?
Which addresses?
You mean bitcoin wallet address?
yes bitcoin address. If you can sign a message from a bitcoin address that you have posted previously then I would be interested.
13840  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTB]Tunes US gift card $100 for BTC on: January 11, 2015, 04:23:51 PM
I'm looking for a $100 itunes GC from US.

If you have one, or can purchase one... i'll give $105.00 in BTC for your time.
you can buy one with bitcoin on gyft.com. It will cost you $100 however you will get what is essentially "store credit" that will be worth 3% of your purchase price that you can use the next time you buy a gift card from them

I can drive to the store and buy one... If that's the case. I am lazy... It's sunday. Smiley
if you are paying in bitcoin then you don't leave your house.

If you want to pay $105 for a $100 iTunes card then I can do that. I will buy it via gyft as soon as you send me the bitcoin (or fund escrow)
