I never had a problem with them when I uploaded funds from my Bitcoin wallet , Electrum to my Skrill payment processor, they needed 6 confirmations on the bitcoin network and the funds were available in my Skrill account. Same with Steam, in fact in Steam funds are available instantly after you send them to their wallet through Bitpay.
Never used directly Bitpay though so I don't know but they seem to be the most legitimate service in this area.

I am sorry for you to say that you will never ROI back with them unless you are one of them trying to grab attention and lure newbies in your website. If your energy is less or maximum at 0.07 dollars/kilowatt then it is worth to mine bitcoin yourself, with a mining rig with multi graphic cards or with an antminer S9.
