Roadmap is professional and I would say nicely timed. But delivering without delay would be priority. By the end of october SYS will be very healthy both with tech and price I think.

Can anyone calculate and confirm daily supply? Could it be more then 200k sys?
128 Syscoin per block * 60 blocks per hour * 24 hours per day = 184320 Syscoin It should be correct. ^^ This is accurate, tx fees aren't newly generated coins. There are no more NEW coins introduced per day than 184,320. This number may vary slightly from day to day due to regenerated mining rewards (old coins being recycled). The current rewards introduce <1btc of new coins onto the market per day. Current price movement is primarily impatient initial investors- miners don't currently control the supply given the low rewards and the 15% presale- even if they dumped everything they got, everyday. We will add some info to our FAQ regarding all of these numbers since there have been questions about them before and users who've tried to explain haven't been able to perform arithmetic accurately so we will post an official breakdown in our FAQ. The rewards breakdown is already on our FAQ Page. Then we are good... I guess the impatience kicked in. It is nice the coins are changing from weak to stronger hands, but problem is while doing so the price is falling.

+1 for site and roadmap
i think sys site is best in cryptoworld
Unfortunately, the value of the coin keeps saying otherwise. Dumpers are killing it because the block rewards are too big. Yep that worries me too a bit, but it should reverse when the serious PR kicks in...

Great work! It looks very professional!

WOW I read this thread and its like SUPER didnt ever FORK!!! Positive energy, price, all is like before! Keep the rockets running!

In stead of attacking the devs for shitty start I am more for patient approach. I am willing to wait month or two to give them a chance to work on their roadmap Obviously some of them lack people skills, but that doesnt mean they are not good team and good coders. So if your goal is not FUDing and you hold coins as you say, youd better be quiet and leave devs to work.

@Grgeckapitalac , this is what crypto is like. You are too emotional about a coin. You shouldnt believe in anything in crypto that much or you will get burned eventualy. Always invest the amount you are ready to loose. Never invest everything in a single investement, thats pure gambling. Hope you make it. Cheers brate!

What do you think guys? This is exactly a case where an escrow is a good thing. Maybe we should contact Moolah and ask them for a refund. I doubt that the 1500 btc will change the situation. Maybe now it is the time to act, before devs got the money. I am not sure they will continue this mess if they have the money.
Opinions?
From your point of view, how would you manage the thread and developement? I dont see any crucial mistakes with how the devs are handling the situation... Yes they erased posts that were fud and some posts that were not fud, but imagine yourself coding and having a dayjob and you also have to manage your coins thread that is attracting some dumbasses who are shiting on your honest work?! Point is you cant please people, if you erase negativity, you are not good, if you allow negativity, you are also not good. From these two choices I would always choose moderation...

@neurorit Interesting, nice post. Thing to think about...

The BUY wall story is getting boring. I mean really boring. Devs agreed to defend the pre sale price, before the coin was launched. The walls were there and were filled due to unfortunate start of this coin. That story is over, coin lost a lot of its pre sale price, but that doesnt mean it will not hit it again. Sell pressure is lowering each day, and when marketing kicks in the price will recover. The value of this coin will be recognized by people sooner or later. I see this price range as buy oppurtunity. I have confidence in devs because they have proven themselves honest in multiple ocassions. They may not have experience, but they will gain as time passes...

So whats you guys up to next week? Can you tell us what you planing? I am not asking for any ETAs, just plans. I dont know if you saw the IRC at that time, but Whale123 made some good points in IRC...
Right now we're focusing on this pesky 0.1.4c release which it looks like we'll release tonight and also getting the growing team into a single, unified project management system. Soon as I'm done with that stuff I can post more info on what we have planned. Specifically this week we are trying to talk to Moolah, and also trying to get together a concentrated marketing effort/microsite on the "offers" aka the Syscoin Marketplace service including hiring developers if needed to create multiple examples on top of the API which we will open source as well as use ourself to sell Syscoin swag. We plan on doing this type of concentrated marketing on each of the various features now that things are stabilizing the network hashrate continues to grow thus providing a reliable foundation for businesses. Thanks for the update. Concentrated marketing sounds as something we need, yes. Let people know what SYS is about.

No problem I understand! Good luck I hope everything goes smooth!

@snipsnoop: OK for the moderation and all, but this thread had like 11pages last time I checked. Arent you a little trigger happy? There was some good posts here, about the market, price and all that. That was not the fud. People should talk in the thread.

Hey, they can buy up books on all exchanges. Dont see anything illegal there. Free market. You and me could do it, if we had that much btcs...
|
|

So its 140btc on top of 250btc + 59m sys . My bad! So I still dont see a problem. Moolah is less likely to dump, then the manipulating whale. Moolah will probably sell in parts when price hits x5 ...
|
|
|
@Darkslash you havent paid attention havent you? Moolah bought coins with devs bitcoins, because people wanted support at ipo price.
And there you have it, support is gone and devs end up with more syscoin. That amount of sys will be returned to devs in 6months from now if I understood correctly. Thats wrong for you too? Damn you just cant please the mass...
Devs kept their word for supporting the coin at ipo price and now you are fudding about it?
|
|
|
Yeah this coin could be special.
|
|
|
BUY support doesnt need to be at ICO price. It should just give some sort of stability to the coins price. So it cannot be manipulated easily. Buy support could build up at 300 or even 250sat. And that BUYs may never be executed if all goes well.
I personaly would feel much safer knowing my investment will not go to 50sat...
