hello, why dont you create an electrum based wallet for toacoin in windows or android if you can., your new android wallet cannot export a private key and i want that function instead of using qt. because i feel more secure if i have my own privatekey, but for the sake of using mobile wallet which is more convenient and portable, i hope that you will create electrum based wallet... We need more exchanges and Tangerine being built on the suggestions and vote based system by holders of TNG tokens means it will see huge success. I am glad to see things are advancing in right direction and beta will be out soon with open access for everyone. This will attract more new users as well.

Does this mean I can travel and pay for hotels, flights, taxi using cryptocurrency TOA?
Shortterm? No Longterm? Maybe The TOA devs are working hard towards this goal by implementing TOA into one business after another. But since cryptocurrency is still in its infancy, its hard to tell how far the adaption will go in the next years. For a first step, toa wants to create partnerships with local stores and create an own booking website like booking.com where you can pay with TOA + get discount. How the payment of the hotel&flights in the backend works, its up to TOA devs and doesnt have to bother the user who books the flight. For now i think taxi will be highly unlikely coz there isnt really a realistic approach to implement toa into taxi services. Please note, im not speaking for the toa project and im only a community member, so i might be wrong on certain aspects. |

Is it possible to adjust the mnemonic seed list without affecting the already generated ones? ie change certain electrum words while allowing already generated wallets to still work? Would suggest, that we exchange following seed word: {"rape", 1609}, https://github.com/aeonix/aeon/blob/master/src/crypto/electrum-words.hThis seed word is unacceptable for state of the art tech, specially combined with certain other words. |

This one is a pretty typical case who will never come back here, ever. Bitcointalk is not very good at filtering this type of spam, and even profanity doesn't get cut out, even when reported (tried and seen it fail - moderators are sound asleep). It's the Far West here, just don't waste your time! If they dont answer, some will say the dev ignores the community. doubled sided edge on this one^^'' Cant make it right for everyone in the end. |

They made the award distribution very fast. I would even say that even the fastest of the projects I have participated. Good for friends who receive the award. TNG, which is the abbreviation of token, does not say what is it when you see it in your wallet. I hope those who participate in bounty and ICO will get profit.

Is this a coin where bookings will be put inside the blockchain?
As far as i know, the data will not be saved inside the blockchain. TOA will be rather used as travel/western union kind of currency on those plattforms. So there's no clear advantage by this over other cryptocurrencies? Personally this one stands out to me for following reasons: - They create real businesses and partnership with local companies first (increase demand) and then implement TOA as a currency. Thats how real businesses work. - Each step in their plans are reasonable and the goals are realistic. They dont make false promises. - The devs put a lot of their time and passion into this and respond quickly to community requests/questions - They focus on countries, that are not yet targeted by other cryptocurrencies. - You can already use toa in their Spacehub and they create a payment website for easy payment - The motivation of the devs is guaranteed as even if the currency should drop, they will continue to work on it as they still have their real businesses behind it. - You can see the progress on several medium Whats missing though in my opinion: A community project....something that the community can work and discuss about. Something to tinker and improve on. Thats why its mostly silent in this thread. |
