This may need ton of work from the staff to monitor a lot of bounty campaigns which obviously popping everyday. However, if this will push through we can see this forum the way it's used to be.

Also the bounty managers will get the full responsibility to this or else he'll be the one who will get in trouble. And to lessen the spam posts, manager will require their participants to at least have a particular merit, in this way people will force to improve their post quality.
