143  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to 100% Secure Bitcoin from Thieves / Hackers / Government??? on: August 29, 2019, 02:14:42 PM
I believe you can't secure your bitcoin 100% from them. It is always prone to thieves and hackers as long as it has a value. As long as you monitor and keep them secure, even not with a hundred percent, then you can avoid and lessen the possibility of getting it stolen.
144  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In what way bitcoin gets increased usage? on: August 29, 2019, 12:16:52 PM
Since day by day, we can't deny that the popularity of bitcoin is increasing, and all the usage of it from the poll is also increasing as well. I think it just matter of percentage but regardless of that, all usage is inevitably increasing.
145  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 MTV Video Music Awards on: August 28, 2019, 10:57:02 PM
Is there a betting site that supports this? It's not the best betting game after all since there could be biased judging in here right?
It's kinda new to me also but I don't think it's biased at all. Since there are factors to be considered when judging who'll win. I don't know the criteria of this but most awardings would look to the popularity (votings by fans), sales, charts, and etc.

Actually this is kinda interesting, but depends on the people. I don't think most gambler are into this kind of things. But regardless of it, I'm rooting for Shawn Mendes
146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why haven't governments illegalized bitcoin transactions? on: August 28, 2019, 03:31:04 PM
Why would they illegalized it?? If they will or just did, how can they track the transaction and the information of the people who would do the transaction??
But I think the reason why some government are regulating crypto are because of some factors that may affect them; criminal activities using crypto, decentralized where they can't control it.
147  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Weird bitcoin art propaganda on: August 28, 2019, 02:41:29 PM
It was not weird actually... And I like your art! It was not just a simple illustration, it depics a deeper meaning. And I really liked how you draw and illustrated it. It would be nicer if you could post more, or even other people and their arts to this thread to see how talented you are.

149  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Overall winning - Dice on: August 28, 2019, 01:08:47 AM
I think op, it's best for you to know your limitations. You know it's not going on side and you keep on losing, and it's better to limit yourself 'cause if not, you may get addicted to it and might cause you to lose more than what you have lost.
Dice game is kinda hard to profit in long-term. It's more on luck and intuition. I suggest you to play it only for fun and not to get so attached to it.
150  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the benefit of being Satoshi Nakamoto? on: August 27, 2019, 12:19:15 PM
I guess it's the name. The founder of bitcoin. If you're positive towards bitcoin, you would look up, respect, and admire Satoshi since you're one of those few people who believe and benefiting from bitcoin. Creating bitcoin is like a big contribution to advancement and being a proponent, is something. Although there are poeple who completely disagree with bitcoin, showing himself could also be bad for him and maybe that's the reason why Satoshi chose to remain silent and not to show his real identity.

152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting Service on: August 27, 2019, 02:41:38 AM
Don't wanna sound rude but why don't you just play or gamble for yourself if you want to make money? Instead of playing for others, play for your own since you said you can win. Instead of getting paid for the service, you can just win your own. It's bigger than that right?
It's hard to trust paying for tips, then it's even harder to trust especially giving your own account to someone you don't even know.
153  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Short Story: Bitcoin Apocalypse on: August 26, 2019, 12:46:25 PM
It was an interesting fictional story of yours op. I won't say anything negative nor against it since it's your story and it's your own vision of the future. Though there's a lot of other possibilities when it comes to technology and cryptocurrency.  But I wonder if there's still humans in the year 2240, knowing we're slowly destroying our planet. In your story, survivors would rebuild things but I also wonder if it's that easy to do when the civilization is down.
154  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Often Do you Bet on Politics? on: August 25, 2019, 10:34:54 AM
Betting on politics especially on elections seems like you're not taking it seriously. (For me only, I don't know the others). Since you still have time to bet for it instead of taking it seriously since they're the one who'll lead your country.
And regardless of who'll win, there's always vote rigging happening in my country that's why it's still sucks
155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does bitcoin need to be a currency? on: August 25, 2019, 01:13:11 AM
Bitcoin can be both an investment and a currency. Bitcoin is flexible, it just matter on how would people use it. Bitcoin can be an alternative currency, just need to be recognized by more people. But as a main currency? I doubt that since government probably wouldn't agree with it. Bitcoin could work along with the main currency in the future
156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Founder of bitcoin??? on: August 24, 2019, 12:18:43 PM
Claiming to be Satoshi but in a different way. But again, no valid and enough proof or evidence to make everyone believe about his statement.
Bute seriously, since a lot of people are claiming to be Satoshi, it makes it even harder to believe.
157  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Bitcoin and the games industry? on: August 24, 2019, 11:47:38 AM
The idea is good but I think the correlation between the two is low. It's possible to use crypto as a way of payment in a game but since most people still don't have an idea about it, game developers maybe haven't thought of it as an option. Also, I don't think people would pay in games using crypto.

159  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Humans Gamble since 3000BC, and Governments still try to ban on: August 22, 2019, 11:14:42 PM
Gambling is like a part of human. And banning gambling can't stop them from gambling if they really want to. They would still gamble illegally. But for me, regulating gambling is already enough and not to the point the government have to ban it. Just like here in my country, some gambling are legal and some are illegal.
160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why hasn't any altcoin replaced bitcoin? on: August 22, 2019, 10:36:47 PM
Although there are a lot of altcoin arising even with more updated features than bitcoin, bitcoin still remain the strongest because bitcoin already has the trust of people who strongly believe what bitcoin can do and I think that's the reason why bitcoin survived a decade.
