Isn't there a saying with, one apple a day keeps the doctor away  but lets take a look into the eHealth program. For people that never have issues with health, this ICO may not seem interesting. But for people working in healthcare industry or people who deal with their health, they will see the importance of an ICO in health care I guess investors whether they are from the healthcare industry or not will be concerned about ROI in the short term, so I guess the project must have incentives to attract potential investors.Imho. its a project with an immense long roadmap a quick ROI is possible but not sure |

My question however is, why would i trust the "second opinion" of an online professional over that of a doctor WHO ACTUALLY EXAMINED ME in person?
I guess that due to all the data that will be stored in the platform and the AI, it might be able to give you a more correct diagnosis then a doctor. But to be sure I would always ask for a second opinion. imo this will take some time until people accept the fact that AI is more intelligent than a human being |

I would appreciate a detailed and structured summarizing statement from the devs im with your opinion The devs have stated that they will use AI and manual checks of users and ratings in order to prevent this kind of abuse. However, your concerns and questions are valid. This will probably be their biggest task to solve before going live. Yes, there are AI filtration, and manual filtration. AI first and then followed by manual filtration. The quality of this platform will depend on these things. We have several stages of reviews verification:
- At first, we are using an AI machine moderation, that analyses more then 50 parameters, such as tone analyzer, IP, geolocation, reviews frequency etc.
- Some of the reviews automatically declined by the system, some of them will get manual filtration.
- Second important part - is user rating in the system - it consists of overall score, age of account, number of ratings given for others. If user has low rating or if its newbie in the system, the more filters are provided to his/her rating.
- Third part is that we are limiting the number of rating, which can post one account per day/week/month. It depends of user rating.
During pre-alpha-testing all of these factors showed 95% of fraud detection. But this is only pre-alpha and we are still working with the algorithms Smiley yes, that sounds about right. they seem to have covered all the bases. I'm glad they taken this so serious because a reputation system can make or brake a person. I like how they think to manage the situation of fake ratting, 95% is a good percentage gain in alpha testing. Oh, so that's 95% chance that they will detect and fix fake rating? If so and if they are going to improve that result, they would be able to almost entirely eliminate faking Yep, pre-alpha-testing, so it can even be better than that. At times the WP seems to be very general, and I want more specific. They want to cooperate with different software developers but do not give any precise info. To understand the whole system, I need more detailed info, because I do not get if it is just a future intention or a certain plan
Since a developers isn't hired yet, we are yet to see technical details in whitepaper. yeah as five seen the project will go on for the next like 5 years so I don't see a problem there |

Wow, what a whitepaper, so much details in it, read about 20 pages and even if it is many I can say, its well structered and you will find anything you need quickly with the Table of Contents.
Much work in it, but this is good, because it shows, that there is a working team behind it.

Yes reputation management could a disruptive tool in the future, it’s very powerful if it’s well developed I think. REPU can do great things and can be used in a lot of applications, especially in a social media world like we have now.
Everytime i read about some kind of reputation system, im a little concerned about the implementation form. I think thats the big point about hit. How abusive can such a system be used not even the abuse of it makes me cringe. its like this one episode of black mirror (idk if anybody knows the series) well.... |
