Hello everyone!

Please refer to the roadmap on the website when it comes to mainnet launch questions.

Also, have a look a this great video by Philipp from the Elixir team, recorded during the Crypto010 meetup. He covers many aspects of the technology.

Kind regards,
The AE Team

could you provide a link for the wallet? the one on the website isn't loading for me - it says "wallet.aeternity.com’s server IP address could not be found.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN"

the rest of the website works fine

Testimonial from Xie Shihuang, one of the co-founders of Alibaba Group. Qlink is honoured to have you as an advisor.

That is very nice support to get for a project.

I got out of the telegram-group since it has many members but almost no participation, only spammers that are posting links to pumpgroups...

Since spamming isn't really possible on bitcointalk, hopefully more meaningful conversations will get started here... Or maybe the largest part of the investors are Chinese speaking and they have other means of communicating than bitcointalk.

I do not understand your explanation (spamming is not really possible on bitcointalk).
explanation please ??

This brings up a GREAT point.

TELEGRAM is NOT GOOD for coin discussions.  It gets filled with spam, Lambo gifs, useless talk and the SAME questions over and over again.  We must discourage these coins and developers from pointing people to Telegram groups.  Scrolling through 60 pages of mindless chatter on your phone screen is a magnificent way to waste time.  I've joined a dozen or so Telegram groups over the past month and they are all the same.

Telegram is for a real Coin that posts news only adn doesn't allow chatter, or for messages between people.  A big group asking questions about a coin?  Fuggetaboutit!

Reddit could be good as well, or active mods slamming down the banhammer on people flooding chats with spam.

Or if the team is also active on bitcointalk, posting your questions here... In the case of QLINK, I don't have an idea but it seems that they aren't active here.

Looks like there is a reddit thread : https://www.reddit.com/r/Qlink/

good stuff out recently too...

we should try getting listed on the: Lykke exchange, COSS, Cryptobridge, or iDEX, Cobinhood maybe - not too sure on the listing price of any of these
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Lykke - Trade Bitcoin, Ethereum, FX and Digital Assets on: February 18, 2018, 06:18:11 AM
How come there are no plans to add Nem? I can‘t find any competition on Lykke Streams.

I'm sure it's being considered but I'll add it to the requested list in the meantime, thanks!

Unrelated, but I was wondering if there is any progress on a better cold storage solution than saving the seeds and deleting the wallet?

New file to talk about this hidden gem !   Smiley

Lending platform. Best project in the crypto market with a very low market cap. Still under the radar Cool Cool

Just read the whitepaper, how come their management team only has 2 persons?

Less overhead, Less arguing. They've hired contracted developers to help them with UI and App design as they are more focused on the smart contracts. they will add more people as needed. - Progress is what matters, not the amount of team members.

...  Find "SilentNotary ICO" bot in the Bot Store, you can buy SNTR tokens with Bytes, BTC, or Ether.

I can't find the new bot in the Bot store. Is it only me?

could be wrong about this, but maybe you need to do ID Verification first?
I haven't tried yet. but here is from the SNTR website

Litcoin is  having new fork so we can expect price hike for Litcoin very soon and Lite coin is consolidating  the price for new hike so we can expect new hike in march

there is no litecoin fork coming. https://twitter.com/SatoshiLite/status/960197866546282496

153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Elixir to easy reach 2000$? (now 0.7$) on: February 13, 2018, 08:40:05 PM
Guys, you scare me. Could you give the prediction on some basis not from clear mind only? Else we get the huge count of topics ...coin 2k, 3k, 4k. It's not professional. But give me too many fuels for fantasy  Grin

I think $5 by EOY is not unreasonable, that would bring the mkc to 200M ish,

IF the crypto market ever reaches multiple trillions in a few years like some are predicting, IF that happens then Elixir MIGHT be able to have multiple billions in Mkc, like 3-5 years, IF Elixir survives that long, 2000 might be possible ... but yeah im not holding my breath haha
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] INTENSE COIN - Blockchain backed decentralized VPN - Hybrid PoW on: February 11, 2018, 03:44:51 AM
Is the Intense the most profitable coin for you to mine? If not, isn't it better to mine more profitable coin and exchange it to Intense?
In my case ETH is more profitable but for some unknown reason I prefer to mine Intense, instead of mining ETH and exchange it to Intense. In this way I'm loosing some money, but still... I cannot explain why I'm doing it this way.

I find it a bit of a chore to go to the exchanges to buy ITNS... so I keep all my AMD cards & CPUs aimed directly at ITNS.

damm dude over 1mill coins, whats your hashrate and how long have you been mining ITNS?
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Storj - Decentralized Storage on: February 10, 2018, 08:49:45 PM
coin@coin,
Can you give me the main differences in Storj and sia? Storj appears to have a much more finished product but as far as the inner workings - both are decentralized cloud storage. What makes Storj different? (not looking for an argument, honest question here)

curious to hear answers to that aswell - I think Sia might have a predominantly asian market, whereas Storj might be more western? could be wrong about that... just got me some Storj today
156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][RLC] iEx.ec blockchain-based distributed cloud announces its Crowdsale on: February 10, 2018, 08:44:26 PM
This is great news on the project. The team is very strong. The company observes all terms. I'm really looking forward to release version 2. This year will be the year of RLC.
I have something a questions! Currently iEX.ec is a step ahead of supercomputer projects! But what will happen when XEL wakes up? Will RLC have anything to worry about? Many say that what RLC does, XEL will do and other things... How will RLC be ready to share this market that promises to be competitive? Congratulations to all involved here, this project is serious.

I'm curious to hear what they have to say about your questions
hedge your bets and buy both Wink
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] INTENSE COIN - Blockchain backed decentralized VPN - Hybrid PoW on: February 10, 2018, 02:34:34 PM

Get over your head dude, and see a little bit further. This coin needs ton of development, and first of all if you are true pro of the crypto world you would see how unserious this is with using pictures from the old Bytecoin website for their official ANN, and then switching to Monero style. lol.... don't think that I am fudding, I am mining this coin also and investing in it, and look at the exchanges ...lol, be real with your talk dude, and stop making yourself secure with your thoughts , thinking that you are the pro here ...lol
cheers*

I never said I was a pro, if anything i'm still a noob been here less than a year, but to call this coin a dead coin when development is clearly active is just fud. its been out for less than a year, and yeah theres been speed bumps and the exchange has no volume but those things will come.
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [XEL] :: Elastic - The Decentralized Supercomputer :: on: February 10, 2018, 03:05:36 AM
Elastic is exactly the kind of project that has strong fundamentals, exceptional developers, no marketing just going on to pump and dump, and a community of people that understand the value of supercomputers going forward. The competition is tough with SONM and Golem making strides as well, the opportunities are plenty and the uses will be so diverse that if all of them pan out there will be rewards for the three projects anyway.

true, but i do believe that both Golem and SONM are vunerable to ETH scalability problems, which i know theyre working on fixing... but XEL has its own blockchain meaning it is less exposed to ETH's 'potential' problems. but yes, theres plenty of room for all super computer projects.

Pallas (one of the other devs) has been active on his BCT account today FEb 9Th.

go ahead, sell your coins and leave this ANN alone,

EDIT: Devs have better things to do than sit on BCT and talk to you noobs, like FFS most companies only have quarterly shareholder meetings, in here we get an update every 2 weeks and people still complain... lol -
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: February 09, 2018, 03:03:07 AM
Okay now I am confused a bit, I thought textcoin and this Jumio thing were the same process, but it sounds like it is not? Because I sent my friend a little bit in textcoin and he received it super quick without doing anything. Could somebody please explain to me how these two are different, cause I thought they were in the same until I saw this discussion now Grin. Thanks in advance

From my Understanding, Textcoin came before Jumio, textcoin allows you to send coins via email to anyone, hence textcoin (you already know  having used it) - Jumio deal, from my understanding, is strictly for KYC verification, the idea is that ICO's would use the GBYTE network cuz its KYC compliant, and that verified Gbyte users would have access to less spammy/scammy ICOs.

so this whole Jumio verification is so that Gbyte users can have KYC compliant ICOs... (something along those lines)

if anyone wants to clear up any confusion...
