As I learnt it depends on what the coin is. There are two types of the tokens - securities and utilities. The if your coin is a utility everything is ok for US citizens. But the coin must go through a test (do not remember the name). You can find it on the internet easily exactly! it’s a howey test, that tells whether a financial instrument is an investment contract or not. so with securities there are some restrictions compared to utility tokens |

It looks like an ICO but I feel it more like a crowdfunding platform for a real project. Ofc they have a coin, but the aim is to create streaming platform at first and attract people via the coin itself. I might be wrong though. Interesting.. what is likely to happen to this project if twitch will issue its own token their is promising too. united with a project. i liked the stream and hope they will introduce something new by the roadmap plan. they do that they’ve promised to. it forces me to trust p2l |

Кривой-косой перевод, недостаточно полная информация и необоснованно амбициозные Х400 как-бы намекают) на очень маленькие шансы на удачную реализацию и на правдоподобность. ах да, и еще много притянутых за уши суперпозитивных отзывов - абсолютно отталкивают. Одни положительные отзывы, от персонажей, зарегистрированных чуть более 2х недель назад ) и с большим желанием участия в баунти, учитывая что большинство проектов берет в баунти начиная с дж.мембера. Однозначно нужно участвовать, подача проекта - крутая, чувствуется, что ребята гении.Ну и сам концепт вполне жизнеспособный, единственное, как разработчики смогу реализовать такую масштабную задачу.
Однозначно, я бы не доверяла вашему вкусу) Вот тут могу согласиться. Перевод, это первое на что обращаешь внимание. А если перевод кривой, то это уже настораживает. Лестные отзывы о проекте, только добавляют недоверия и желание читать дальше, отпадает. обращать внимание на перевод от иностранных проектов?) по мне так это выглядит наоборот умиляюще, в том плане, что проект хочет развивать и остальные языковые сегменты. нанимают людей для перевода. они же никак не могут этого проверить! глупость это насчёт перевода. ну коряво, но сам посыл по мне так больше положительный характер носит  |

i think no way to by them with dash coins since they accept ethereum and btc only possibly it is reasonable for ico. ofc they should have such an option, however, their platform is a raw material. let’s w8 for some anns, i wish they could add more ways to invest, as well i wish the could add lots of ways to withdraw |

Conducting an ICO is like an instrument for boosting the attention to the currency. That's it. Miners will do the main job to provide with an appropriate supply. I can imagine how Pagarex coin will go up - if they WILL conduct nice advertising campaign and WILL attract lots of companies (especially huge and famous ones they get a good service that allows to have nice bonuses. They stated that in 2020 the price must be €11. I think they just put variables into the formula and get the estimated price, however bias must be great. Are you developing them right now, or at first you are aimed at just blockchain platform with all the options on the website? I would offer you to pay high attention to an application, since this must be even more important! mobile applications are needed for real. i haven’t found any info about schedule of app launch but with such a good team it’s not a big deal i think. i’m sure it will happen soon after release of the service. after they test it with enthusiastic people who have bought tokens and who is just planning to join. |
