Oman vs Saudi Arabia
In the match between the two teams today, Saudi Arabia elected to bowl after winning the toss. Oman now put in to bat and scored 213 runs in 35 overs with the loss of 2 wickets. Kashyap Prajapati was dismissed with 50 runs off 53 balls. And Jatinder Singh 88 runs off 79 balls.  The batsmen of Oman team are batting well. If they keep the wickets and play like this, Oman may score more than 350 runs today. However, Saudi Arabia seems to be very weak in the bowling line for which so many runs have been scored in 35 overs.
A good total by Oman 366 in 50 overs  , Saudis are trying to chase it but a competitive match between them.
Saudia Arabia needs 230 runs in 29 overs the required run rate I'd very high and difficult one to chase but the plus point is they have 9 wickets in hand .

The outcome of the game started to change the direction. Meanwhile, Sunrisers Hyderabad have fallen behind in terms of runs. The required run rate is 9.9 and they are currently scoring 5.85 runs per over. Even though there is still plenty of time to turn the match. But if Delhi Capitals don't give that chance then Sunrisers Hyderabad will lose the match. The match is slowly closing and both teams are getting serious. This may be the last segment where the result will be decided. Sunrisers Hyderabad started losing wickets ‍already 5 wickets lost by scoring 89 runs.

13 runs were required on last 6 balls. Great over by Mukesh Kumar, he gave only 5 runs in the last over. This is 2nd win of DC in 7 matches they have played so far. Chances of DC for semi final stage is still very low. 144 is very low target which DC gave to SRH for chase.

finally someone talking about other matches a part from IPL - we look ahead for the final match today.
Hope PAkistan will be able to win this match to draw the series. Hope Newland team has great rest for last two days.
Todays match will show the full results of this series. No one knows what will be happened?
I hope Pakistan will win this match and also win the series of these 5 matches. But if the Pakistan will lose this match so the series will draw with the 2-2. According to the Pakistan's previous performance we can say that the Pakistan has the ability to win this match.

New Zealand is without its main players and that's the only reason why Pakistan have beaten new zealand so easily in first two T20 matches. Today match is also in Rawalpindi and pitch here is famous for being batting friendly. If Pakistan lose this series too then they will make a record of losing so many series at home.

Andy Balbirnie and Paul Stirling are batting brilliantly. Ireland has already collected 200 runs. And they didn't lose any more wickets. Balbirnie and Stirling managed to put on a partnership of 111 runs. Balbirnie remained unbeaten on 91 runs and Stirling on 74 runs. I think both the batsmen will be able to score a century. And if the pair of these two batsmen last longer, it is a threat to Sri Lanka.
Apart from these two batsmen, Campher McBrine, and Tucker is quite good batsmen. If they are able to play without pressure, Ireland will be able to collect big in the first innings. I am happy that we are not seeing only Sri Lanka's dominance in this match like in the first match.

Wow what a come back by Ireland in second test match. The score is 263 for the loss of 4 wickets. Andy Balbirnie was unlucky to score his first test hundred as he was out on 95 runs. Paul was also doing good but was retired hurt on 74 runs. Ireland should try to score 350 runs.

Sunrisers Hyderabad VS Delhi Capitals

Sunrisers Hyderabad and Delhi Capitals, two teams at the bottom of the points table, will play against each other today. It is difficult to predict this match. Because both parties are weak. However, after losing the first 5 matches, Delhi got their first win in the last match. They had an excellent performance. If they can maintain this consistency, they can win today's match. Because Hyderabad is not in good form now.
Hyderabad has lost their last two matches against Chennai and Mumbai. And in both the matches, Hyderabad's batting was poor. If the batsmen of Hyderabad bats poorly in today's match as well then they will be defeated today too.
I decided to bet Delhi to win this match. However, this would be a risky choice. But I think Delhi will be able to win the match.

DC is the first team to qualify for 2024 IPL while rest are still playing current IPL. There is only one big name in DC which is David Warner there is no one who can play quality cricket and result is DC sitting at bottom of IPL 2023 points table. I don't think they will win today's game.
146  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: April 24, 2023, 07:23:36 AM
Ireland scored 103 runs for the loss of three wickets in 26 overs. I wouldn't say they are playing badly yet. Because Ireland's top order has always been weak. The team is heavily dependent on Balbirnie, Tector and Stirling. I expected a big innings from Tector. But he managed to collect only 18 runs. With Tector at the crease, Ireland's other players are confident of performing well. However, Balbirnie is playing well enough. He is unbeaten by collecting 55 runs. If Balbirnie and Stirling play well, Ireland will be able to score big in the first innings.

Ireland doing well in second test match. They have scored 113 runs so far. Paul Stirling is batting with Andy Balbirnie if both these batsmen can stay till tea then Ireland have good chance of scoring good first innings total. Srilanka must try to get rid of both of them ASAP.

If the match was held between Nepal and Saudi Arabia, I would have favored Nepal. Because I think Saudi Arabia has arrived in the world of cricket after Nepal. And Nepal team has been playing cricket since long time and they are always excited about cricket and research how to take the team forward.

That game has been abandoned because of rain. Nepal is much more experienced and strong team then Saudi. Saudi don't have any local player rather all there players belong to Pakistan or few from India. Nepal performance can be analysed from recent ICC Men's Cricket World Cup League 2.
148  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: April 24, 2023, 07:15:34 AM
Chennai Super Kings are now at the top of the points table thanks to consecutive wins in three matches. While the other teams won 4 out of 7 matches, Chennai won 5 matches. Chennai's success is due to consistently excellent performances by the batsmen. I am sure that Chennai will qualify for the playoffs if the players don't lose form badly.

Kolkata performed well at the beginning of the season but they are not playing well now. I think most of the players on the team are inexperienced. Russell and Narine are experienced but have not been in form for a long time. Even then Kolkata management took them into the team at a high price. The Kolkata management could not build their team properly.

CSK under captaincy of Dohni is doing too good and have won 5 matches so far. CSK will qualify for next round because they are in great form. Nitish Rana who has played only 2 T20I and 1 ODI for India is captain of KKR. KKR must chose some experience guy for this job.

UAE have scored 471 runs and takes the chance to be the team to bat first scoring highest runs in ODI cricket next to England scoring 498 runs and 481 runs against Netherlands and Australia. Waseem gave good start scoring 160 runs along with Aravind. At the end it was Afzal Khan to score 74 runs. Singapore wasn't able to reach the target, but they're good with their performance scoring 270 runs. The contribution came from every player. Both the team is filled with sub continent players, so there's nothing to defend based on native players participation.

This was an absolutely unbelievable performance from the UAE. This was certainly unexpected. Because this type of score is certainly not expected when we are watching associate teams play. Generally think that the matches are going to be ok. Not too competitive or too one sided.

So when we see a score of 471 from any associate team, we generally get quite amazed. This was something like that from the UAE team. I also have to say that Singapore did try well enough. But there was no chance that they were going to reach that total.

That's obvious UAE is a better team than Singapore and they UAE have played plenty of matches now so their batting has improved alot.
471 target is outstanding and the centuries by Muhammad wasim and Vriitya Aravind were commendable . These two boys are the reason UAE stood strong throughout the game.

This idea in itself is very practical and sensible and those who adapt this method definitely end ups saving more than the others who are trying to save themselves.
Man by nature is an extravagant spender and they always spend more than the limit so automating your saving will definitely help you save more .
151  Economy / Economics / Re: How do feels losing money? on: April 23, 2023, 07:06:15 PM
Take step towards a business which is not guaranteed and you don't know about that business but put money into an unknown business is such a foolish idea. Business are beneficial if you set your own business while getting involved in that business which you don't know and even you don't have any information about the manager of that business.

Your money will recover easily if you have some information about the manager and give that information to authorities but if you do not have any information and just use your money to enhance it then it's your big mistake.
Exactly that's the point for business ventures before investing you should check about the credibility of that business so that you should avoid any loss .
Because loosing money is always painful and disturbing,  and no matter how practical or brave you are you'll never want to be left money less so to avoid such thing do investigate about business .
152  Economy / Economics / Re: it's so risky! on: April 23, 2023, 07:02:16 PM
I don't invest money easily in any asset because of fear of losing that money. i think of investing 80% of total savings.
do taking risk is important or not?

please quote all question and answer it's very helpful for me and others.
Taking risks is an important part of investing, as it can lead to higher potential returns. However, it is important to balance risk with your personal financial situation and risk tolerance. Investing 80% of your total savings in any asset can be risky, especially if you are not comfortable with the potential for loss.

Before making any investment decisions, it is important to do your research and understand the potential risks and rewards of the investment. You should also consider your personal financial goals and risk tolerance, and make sure that you have a diversified portfolio that can help mitigate risk.

For achieving something big in life you have to take risks and chances and for investments its all about risks so never fear that.
Take chances , learn from your mistakes and stand by your decisions.
153  Economy / Economics / Re: Does a side job/business improve your finanical stability ? on: April 20, 2023, 06:22:15 PM
Definitely a side business or job will help you financially and will lift you up among others . If your business is profitable and its helping you to grow that means you are doing good . In today's time where everyone is facing problems of inflation and crisis some extra income and money can help you alot .
154  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: April 20, 2023, 06:18:10 PM
But let's talk hypothetically if by any chance they do start the richest league which is competing against IPL. Players are getting multi-million contracts every year, financially it's good for players so I am all for it but sustainability would be an epic challenge if you don't have an audience and we have heard this story so many times. A recent example is the WC media rights auction.

I can see one possibility where BCCI and Saudi Cricket comes together and go with the joint venture but for this to happen bilateral cricket need to die for sure because the schedule is packed. In this case, BCCI could allow Indian players and it's directly related to the Indian market.
Hypothetically everything is possible! In my opinion BCCI should not take them for granted. The Indian government would surely push BCCI to allow Indian players play in that league. Considering the amount of positive gesture the Saud family has done for India in the past.

That is what I said they both will form a joint venture and Indian crickters would play in that League for the first time. Forget about bilateral series those don't generate any revenue for ICC, I would say yes to whatever BCCI wants if BCCI gives me something in return. That is what you can expect, otherwise BCCI has that option of leaving ICC and start its own governance in cricket. I would like that to happen.
This invitation is very big and I don't think BCCI can go against it. After all Jay Shah is the controlling the board. I believe this collaboration might become a huge revenue generator for BCCI.

The BCCI will surely send their players wherever they see a profit. And I am quite sure that if Indian players take part in the Saudi cricket league, they are surely going to be paid a lot of money. But one problem is, BCCI will surely not want to send their players to a league that is saying that they are going to be bigger than IPL. At least that’s what I think. I believe if the BCCI wants their player to have a good amount of money, they are going to send the players. But if they want IPL to be the best, even after the Saudi league, they will not send the players.

Saudi league is very new and comparing them with IPL is really childish and foolish as IPL is the top league in the cricket world and they have reached there in many years with their hard work .
Giving such statement at start is not good as smooth relations are important for running any new league.

Pakistan brought Spin attack to control the score and Imad wasim did well. He Picked up two wicket earlier and given only 8 runs. New Zealand now 44 runs in five over with lost of two wicket. NZ batsmen looking so aggressive in this match. Power play over and now they will be looking for good total to defend. If they did not lose another wicket earlier then this partnership might be dangerous one for Pak bowlers. Total score can be 170+ now.

Rain along with thunderstorm has come to rescue Pakistan. Its raining heavily here and didn't looks like play will resume tonight. New Zealand were on top when play was interrupted because of rain. In 18.5 overs New Zealand score was 164 and Mark Chapman was not out on 71. With 7 balls remaining it is very much expected that New Zealand may give target of somewhere around 175. Target of 170 or more is not easy to chase specially if its Pakistan.
New Zealand played beautifully today which was not seen in their previous games.  164 runs in 18.5 overs was not a bad score.  They could have easily collected 5-10 more runs in the remaining 7 balls.  But even if they give Pakistan a target of 175 runs, Pakistan can beat their target by playing against New Zealand. Because Pakistan has good enough players and they are good enough and focused in playing cricket. even if it is played again after rain, I think Pakistan will win

If rain didn't interrupted the game than Newzealand could have easily won this game too , what a brilliant batting by Kiwis they were fearlessly playing with aoo much confidence totally enjoyed their game .
And Pakistan would have great difficulty in matching up their pace.
156  Economy / Economics / Re: Quit borrowing on: April 20, 2023, 06:09:45 PM
When you're short on cash, it can be difficult to quit borrowing money.

Everyone has been there. We're short on cash and in a lot of debt, but a cover loan to get out of the red and even improve our readiness is the light at the end of the tunnel.

Blissful days? Sadly, no. It all comes down to the straightforward, yet frequently misunderstood, formula that says borrowing more money equals more debt. It is more difficult to return to black the more debt you accumulate.

The majority of us live beyond our means, which is one of the primary causes of our ever-increasing habit of borrowing money. Simply put, incomings are outpacing outgoings. It's also getting worse.

More than at any time in the past two decades, millions of Americans are spending more than they earn. Spending on credit cards, the most common type of personal debt, is estimated to be rising at a rate faster than at any other time in American history.

Borrowing money isn't always bad. Sometimes we don't get paid, but we don't have enough money for everyday. Borrowing money is one solution, but borrowing for a lifestyle that shouldn't be done. it's necessary to avoid a cycle like that that we have to avoid because it maximizes income while minimizing expenses, what we should do is not stingy, but we have to be good at managing money well so that in the future we can live quietly without debt.
Borrowing is like a last resort for most of the people and it is not harmful If its under control.  But if you are borrowing out of limits that's will be an alarming thing for you in future.

So overall borrowing is thought as nice good by most of the people may be because of interests or return values.
157  Economy / Economics / Re: Pay your debt with monkeys! on: April 20, 2023, 06:07:04 PM
Sri Lanka doesn't have any choice because they're don't have anything left except their monkeys, so China will ask anything they want.

I thought monkey was one of endangered animal, it's ridiculous why this trade is legal considering there's no clear usage what China will do with those monkeys.

China will keep demanding what Sri Lanka have in order to pay their debt, the worst case Sri Lanka will sell their country.
And this is what happens when you owe someone money and you cannot pay, in essence you become their slave and they can dictate whatever terms they want no matter how immoral they could be, and while this is an extreme example, it show us how bad things can get, after all what gives the government of Sri Lanka the right to use those monkeys in this way? The monkeys may be on their territory but they do not really owe them, but I am aware such an argument will never stop a government in a dire need of cash.
This is really some unique method of returning debt but for debt ridden sirlanka who already is in tough situation this seems to be like last resort . They are considering to give 100,000 monkeys to China for debt settlement who'll most likely end up in Chinese laboratory or restaurants.

But can they be settled in zoo? That's the question.

There are only three batters that are scoring in RCB. These two openers and Maxwell. Others are just enjoying their time on the field.
I agree. RCB batsmen comprise of Kohli, Faf and Maxwell while the remaining players are playing like crap consistently. They managed to score 173 only because of Kohli and Faf in this match.

However, this score should be enough for them to secure a win since Punjab already lost 4 wickets within 50 runs primarily thanks to Siraj.
Congratulations RCB won by 24 runs. RCB scored 174 in 20 overs, the way they started, they could have scored 190+ if they finished well. But Kohli and Duplessis batted brilliantly. PBKS lost today due to sudden fall of wickets. Today they lost because of their quick wicket fall.
Kohli and Faf du Plessis are quiet a pair they performs good most if the times and today all the credit if their victory goes to them.
They have been outstanding in batting.
Punjab Kings batting lineup couldn't perform today.

    -   It seems like you mean, is it that you are very hungry because you haven't eaten for a few days and then you have collected money and you know the potential of bitcoin, if you are talking about a stomach and you know that you will die of hunger, you will never think about investing first you in bitcoin then.

But if you invest in bitcoin and you can still endure for your needs every day and if I was in a situation like this I would do it, because all endurance has a good result in the end.
This thing and idea can only work for the upper and rick class of society who have sufficient amount of money to invest plus they have all basic necessities of life.
Unfortunately the lower classes are thriving for a normal life , working hard for food   education for children , basic health care so their investment is only thier home .

Its true that the world wealth is accumulated in rich people bank accounts and there is a major gap of finances in rich and poor .
Plus rich are getting richer and poor are becoming poorer because of economic crisis,  poor people are in majority in third world  countries so to solve poverty issue totally is impossible as the rich are fewer in number .
