I here and see that a lot of people are selling their altcoins for this reason or for that reason. In some cases I here that people are even spending their altcoins to buy Bitcoin. Now that one really has me confused. To me it’s way to early to be selling your altcoins. It’s like selling an original painting before it even gains in value or while it is still gaining in value. What smart investor does that unless they are selling out of fear or because they are desperate. For me I am holding all of my coins for now because it is way to early to even think about selling your altcoins; what say you?
I sold only those altcoins in which I did not see growth prospects. All the rest of my coins I keep for a long time and I have a great hope that they will grow in value and I can earn good money on them. |

Prepare for both sides ,for better or for worse ,I've seem friends jumping up already as if 2019 would bring amazing smiles to everyone's face ,I'm not saying it may not but be prepared even if bakkt ,ETH 2.0 and ETF happens doesn't really mean we will moon ,just be prepared for both,either it goes right or wrong.

It does not matter how many cryptocurrencies exist. The quality of these coins is important. I don’t mind a lot of coins, especially if they have fans. However, for me it would actually be enough just a few hundred. |

I also worry about Ethereum and would like it to grow in price. I keep a lot of ETH, as well as tokens based on the Ethereum network. Therefore, any increase in the price of ETH increases my capital. |

The best way to protect your altcoins is to store them in different wallets. If you do not trade them at the moment - withdraw them from the exchange, there they can be stolen.

I don't know if I am the only one that is not worried about the market and feel it is doing fine? I see different posts about people saying different things like "it is the end", "crypto is dead", "I lost it all, it is time to get out" blah blah blah and I get pissed off. Most people don't do a proper research before FOMO into crypto and confuse it for a get rich quick scheme. I definitely know the bull run will come but I am not expecting it soon. We just saw a massive bull run about 13 months ago and I think it is too early too see another, because there needs to be room for market correction, which is presently happening. Last year the price of Btc increased by about 1000% and has only reduced by about 600% which means there is still room for more correction. So do away with the fantasy that bull run will occur every year to get you rich and face the reality. It is only the weak hands that are complaining while the wise are taking advantage of the market to get good altcoins at cheap prices. What is you thought?  People tend to panic, scare themselves and other people. This situation is further aggravated by the fact that many hoped for a quick return on their investments. When this did not happen - panic began. |
