So strange. One Windows Machine I uploaded an earlier Noirshares wallet which got malware an hour later. (just sayin')
The Linux machine I've been compiling source, likes to connect to Barwizi's VPS node 8.38.76.74 but it always claims there is only 81 blocks in the chain. So the VPS seed node is giving different answers (I was previously synced to it on another box, and we were at 1700 blocks. Now it is sending out that 81 blocks is the current height to a new client. It's almost configured to stop extra nodes coming on the net)
There's another longer chain out there +2000 blocks, but the blocks were created without paying a mandatory fee, and 0.2.2.2 complains about it, so it won't reorg based on the longer chain either.
This really starts to smell of a manipulated pre-mine by buggy code.
I've had enough.
Good luck to all of you. Oh, and notice I didn't have any big red scam warnings. That would be childish.
I'm outta here.
Honestly I did not download the latest sourcecode in Github, after I found out that it was not keeping up with the Windows builds and I think I might have been on a wrong chain. I will try and see now.

I think you are just trying to make a sensation, if you were honestly looking for answers you would stay on track, we are still dealing with the actual amount put in , then once that is done we will move on to each issue in turn. Throwing up numbers like that serves no purpose except to try give credibilty to something you have not even proven yet.
So you presume I am not honestly looking for answers after I have put in around 5 hours work yesterday and today, trying to find out if the information given was correct? I have even given you the benefit of the doubt for 7 BTC yesterday, but you were telling Chocobo his figures were not right. So I stepped in and did some calculations based on ALL the information. It is not only you who decides how the investigation is going Barwizi. I react on your postings. I am still missing the receipt for the taxes. You still did not account for a lot of things and are trying to avoid conversation about them every time. Like I said before: if you want to be cleared from the accusations, you need to be open about your expenses for the GF. As the CEO, you are responsible in case other officers are not around.

No, the NRS price I got was straight from Logans document. There was not ONE day that NRS was at .00004 BTC during the time the general fund was open, where did you get this number?
Read my accounting barwizi. I pointed out where the BTC is missing. As for the rest of you, please show me how 15-17 BTC worth of assets wasn't left over and taken by barwizi. Then find the premine money. Then explain the 2/3rds downtime of the mining op. No one has shown me that I am wrong. You guys keep buying into barwizi's numbers that are HALF of what the real NRS price was at the time.
You really are a master of misdirection. I have posted plainly here for everyone to see using your "evidendce", it's actually you who is supposed to explain the fictional numbers you keep throwing up. My numbers are sound and verifiable, yours aren't plain and simple. Well your efforts to hide behind obscure numbers wont be tolerated TIME_UTC PRICE 4/7/2014 0.00004 4/7/2014 0.00004 4/7/2014 0.00004 4/7/2014 0.00004 4/7/2014 0.00004 4/7/2014 0.00004 4/7/2014 0.00005 0.000055 No, the NRS price I got was straight from Logans document. There was not ONE day that NRS was at .00004 BTC during the time the general fund was open, where did you get this number?
who do you think you are kidding ? the price even went down to 0.0000184 , and instead of using that number i used the more frequent 0.00004s, or would you like to use this table and end up with a lower median? Stop kidding yourself, everyone knows how much they invested and what it was worth at the time, and it's documented. So dont waste our time trying to feed us bogus inflated numbers to justify your crap. I said prove your numbers and all you do is blather on some numbers without backing, i am using the same docs as you and posting actual proof, facts and figures that can be verified. So unless you will do the same, your claims are unfounded and you are dragging my name in through shit just because you have hurt feelings about Project XUC. Barwizi, if you want to prove that NRS was 0.00004 at the time people were transferring NRS to you, you cannot just pick some days and say, that was the price for the whole period. So let's come with facts: Look at cell x4 of the document. That states that on 3/26/2014 Lajz99 has sent 0.32405 BTC worth NRS to the General Fund. On that day the lowest value of 1 NRS on Poloniex was 0.00007598 See for yourself: https://poloniex.com/exchange/btc_nrsLet's take another cell from the document: AD27: That states that another GF holder has sent 1.13 BTC worth NRS to the General Fund on 5/4/14. On that day the value of 1 NRS on Poloniex was 0.00004 Ok just for fun: cell T19: That states that Argakiig has sent 0.25 BTC worth NRS to the General Fund on 3/17/14. On that day the value of 1 NRS on Poloniex was 0.0001499 There are transfers from 3/14/14 to 4/12/14 and the price has had a low of 0.0000184 on 4/10/14 and a high of 0.0001499 on 3/17/14. Beside from that one day low on 4/10/14 there it almost always has been above 0.000035. So if you take 0.000035 and 0.000135 (I choose 0.000015 BTC lower then the most high in that time) the average would be 0.000085. So Chocobo's statement is right, 0.00004 is half of the price that was the average value of that time. Having said that, I must conclude that the 49.81 BTC should be taken as starting point of our investigation, and that NRSlogan was right with his document. So that means that having paid around 33 BTC for the mining op, and around 6.5 BTC for the taxes, there is 10-11 BTC that needs to be accounted for. Where is it Barwizi? Having said that there was 12 BTC mined with the machines. That makes 23 BTC that has to be accounted for. Where is it Barwizi? Of course there will have been costs. But they have to be accounted for. Because it was done with OUR (GF) money. Plus there is a still a premine (presumably dumped) left to be accounted for....Where is it Barwizi?

With that being said, continue to quibble over your 3-10 BTC while we drag NRS and Barwizi through the mud. All I see here is more future carnage happening with our snapshot shares, and I don't like it.
Since GF investors are seemingly paving the way for my snapshot NRS to go down with them, I feel I have a right to state my concerns about it.
This is already going on for 3 months, so it was hard to miss. I am truly sorry if anyone looses money over NRS, but people have been warned for several times since July. I think everyone should make up his own mind, but there are big warning signs if all the people that have been working for NoirGroup: CFO, CMO, COO are quitting and most of them are having negative stories or they are not available. It adds up. Further info: I have been trying to contact the pool our mined curecoins (GF) should have been inside, but did not get an answer yet.

can we please keep this private or on IRC , we don't need to qoute every huge post and flood the fourm
seam like alot of work went into creating that post , i think your hard work would of been better spent trying to help the community other then destroying it
every one that invested knew the risk ,,,, you are talking about a missing 4 BTC or less ,,, who really give a shit
they are talking about missing 4btc or less with just the btc that was had before the miners.. Since then there should be about 34 btc mined. Im not taking a side here, just clarifying the discrepancy in conversation. And where are you getting this figure? from what could have been mined if you calculate

And quite honestly! So I do not agree with a theft !!! But asked in a different way, he no longer deserves! He is permant at work! I spend a fraction of the time here, or with the development! He more than any other !!! So he can from me these have as much as he wants! If he brings NRS up! ok not all! But more than any other !!!
Do not misunderstand, cheating is never right !!!
Everything should be consensual!
This DAC will never be anything if the accounting will remain amateuristic. Barwizi really needs to account for the expenses, every single microbtc of it. It will be the only way that he can save this. Second, he needs to do what he promises. He cannot promise Voting and Lotto and then out of the blue decide to start another initiative again. I have seen his commitment to Project X the last 24 hours, and that will divert his attention from NRS 2.0 again, like he has proven to start something else without finishing the project he is working on, time and time again. I'd lose my support base if i did that, so it's not happening, even now i have been addressing some issue in the code, wait 30 minutes if you can, you'll see some of the mods i have made. I am only one dev so some things take longer. And besides NRS is part of XUC and XUC is part of project now, which mean i have to do them in order. I really don't care about Project X and XUC. I care about NRS Lotto because you decided that will be the only way you will be compensating for the mining loss to the GF holders.

So much drama .. guess its time to buy some cheap coins .. in case .. Well, no NRS 2.0 on the exchange yet and the others are worthless. Would not take the risk

So, if we look at the total investment of A total of 28.95 BTC invested A total of 157k NRB invested A total of 165k NRS invested There is a BTC short fall of 4.0155 BTC So since the BTC is not enough, we add the NRB Which was valued at 1.831395349 BTC leaving us with a short fall of 2.1842 BTC Took me some time to read the accounting through, but one thing I can say: The accounting of 28.95 BTC totally invested is wrong. I have been looking at the Excelsheet, and see this sum: =SUM(H4:H42). In colum H only 0.15 BTC is stated for my account. But in column L you see I gave another 0.11 BTC on April 11th. That one was not counted in the total in colum H and you are referring to cell H47 for the total, but that is not the total total of BTC that has been given. My guess is that cell I47 to O47 also must be counted. Likewise I guess for PTS, NRS and NRB. So there was more than you say there was. You are right, it gives us a total of 29.05000255 BTC , sorry the NRB and NRS remain unchanged. And i forgot about the PTS. So that means i need to add an additional 0.2 BTC and 3.67 BTC (for the PTS ) to what i have to account for. I'll add that now. I did this =SUM(E47:AH47) that gave me 49.81 BTC invested (total value of PTS, BTC, NRS and NRB that were donated) If I am wrong, tell me what I did wrong, but for me you got 49.81 BTC!!!! Your math gives total shares, but like i pointed out, It was a declaration on my part that 10000 NRS == 1 BTC == 1 Share, but that was not the price on the market was it? So we cannot assume that there is investment worth 50 BTC. The investment total was worth 29 BTC + 157 k NRB and 167k NRS +447 PTS (corrected) Which at market price then was 29 BTC + 1.8 BTC + ~ 8 BTC and 4 BTC. The SHARES are 50 but the VALUE is much less that your proposed 49 BTC barwizi is right https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0ENIPCOaLvNdXZvbHA5OFpTQlk/edit?usp=sharingedited: We came to 42.8 bitcoin. means still 10 bitcoin to account for, of which he says 7 btc is paid in taxes. I am tended to believe that (living in a country where that happens also if you order from a foreign country, but he also has to do accounting with exact figures, not with just about figures. If this is a Distributed Autonomous Company the accounting for the figures must be exact. And in my country, if I had a company, I would be able to deduct the 7 BTC from my later to be paid taxes again, so I would actually not pay the taxes. So it is still to be seen if the 7 bitcoin might be deducted from the total value or not. So then still 10 or 3 bitcoin to account for.

Still you did not inform us about the mining operation not going well, so you have not been doing a good job at it while we trusted you with it. I will do some research if there is a possibility there was mined into other addresses we don't know about. How do you account for the periods: april 2014-22/5 24/7-17/8 23/6-23/7 I have spoken about that many times, here and in skype. Please do, there is indeed another address that was mined to , give me a sec to find it Reading Chocobo's post you said you could have earned 20 BTC in curecoin, but that the pool has taken (stolen) our curecoins. Could you please provide us with the name of the pool our curecoins were supposed to be mined? Apart from that do you agree that the decision to mine something else than BTC should have been made by the whole GF, not only by you?

Yes we do, in your interest also that all is solved and BTW what about if it was your 4 BTC that was lost? We don't know how much was lost we are trying to find out. It is not a private matter, it concerns more than 25 GF fund members.

The mining operation has been a failure, and i said it before. mined under my control is maybe 17 BTC. Before we jump to that part, let's stay on track with the firt part of accounting so that we can clear it first then move on to other issues.
Well, I like to tackle all at once so: These are the addresses that was mined to: https://blockchain.info/address/1Nf7PswAM87DWXfRLWxVVTjb8BYK3qfQuShttps://blockchain.info/address/1J3hLEGDTLHvXgLzJUNggZCr2AWeA8wywiYou say that in the first address there was 8.86 BTC mined and to the second address 3.84 which totals 12.70 BTC. http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/1Nf7PswAM87DWXfRLWxVVTjb8BYK3qfQuShttp://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/1J3hLEGDTLHvXgLzJUNggZCr2AWeA8wywiIf there was only mined to the addresses there would be 12.70 according to your information right? If you look in the blockchain you can see that the first address had 29.29 BTC and the second 5.13 which totals 34.42. I have been looking at the mining part of those addresses and left out all the round figures and big figures (which I think are not mined) and indeed I think around between 12 and 14 BTC was mined to those addresses. So for that the accounting must be right (considered you used only those addresses to mine). Still you did not inform us about the mining operation not going well, so you have not been doing a good job at it while we trusted you with it. I will do some research if there is a possibility there was mined into other addresses we don't know about. How do you account for the periods: april 2014-22/5 24/7-17/8 23/6-23/7

The SHARES are 50 but the VALUE is much less that your proposed 49 BTC
So what you are trying to tell me is that 29+1.8+8+4= 42.8 BTC is much less than 49.81 BTC, with your perceived value. Still even if I would take this into account 42.8 BTC is still a lot more than the around 32, maybe 33 BTC that was payed for the 5 miners! Let's put the sarcasm aside a little and look at the facts. The shares are nearly 50 and their value, if you wish is 43 BTC (rounder numbers for ease) Immediately remove the cost of the miners 33 BTC customs and taxes 7 BTC and the first two months electricity and the entire investment is gone. Please confirm or reject with a reason. Explain taxes the miners were sent to me, as a result on their arrival i had to pay import taxes or "customs duty" as it is called in other countries. As you know, no country accepts BTC for such payments, meaning i had to pay it in fiat, if you are lucky enough to not live in a country with such regulation lucky you. :- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tariff if you were asking what it is exactly . So taxes are paid in BTC nowadays? How much in dollars (exact) was it. Could you upload a copy of the customs duty bill (you can leave out the private information)? Another question popping up: How much you say the mining operation has made (without extracting the costs)?

I want to keep the miners in Barwizi hands !!!
Better sell them and pay back the investors with the profit that was made (must be more than 20 BTC I guess) and the money that can still be earned by selling them. I wonder how many BTC was mined since July. Because we have no accounting yet of the months before July, because NRSlogan ran away and did not make the accounting, and the CEO and other C.Os are incapable of finding out how much they mined still, but I am sure there must be an accounting from July till now? Because I guess they have learned from this experience? mh so I can take over the CFO positions. If you would apply for CFO, you would definitely have my vote
