141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 3 Coins To Watch For June 2019 on: June 08, 2019, 04:44:37 PM
So many Ethereum killers, but for some reason none of these projects even got close to Ethereum.
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Freedom Coin??!!! on: June 08, 2019, 04:39:57 PM
John McAfee is releasing his own independent cryptocurrency, according to an official Twitter post on May 29.

According to his website on the announced cryptocurrency, the “McAfee Freedom Coin” will roll out some time this fall. The McAfee Freedom Coin appears to aim for total isolation and independence from traditional currencies, assets and exchanges in an effort to reach “the Holy Grail of cryptocurrency — economic freedom.”
I think that this coin will be created only for speculative purposes and John McAfee will earn a lot of money.)
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptocurrency market conditions. on: June 08, 2019, 04:13:49 PM
Does anyone know the reason in these 2 days, why is the market experiencing a sharp decline. Will the red color continue, or only for a moment and then change to green. Give your honest opinion and knowledge. Let's discuss with a cool mind, waiting for positive news.
 Thank you.
I do not know the reason for the fall in price, but I am sure that the price will fall to 7 200$. What will happen after that I can not assume.
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Luring hunters to promote bounties on: June 08, 2019, 03:44:59 PM
What I've learnt about bounties so far
1)many bounty hunters are joining bounties that has huge stake allocations like 300,000$ upward ,some are even after the 1000000$ ones well I've stop hunting for projects that lure hunters with huge rewards as many of them are plain rubbish
I think that you should not miss all the projects that allocate a large amount of money for promotion, sometimes there are worthy projects.

2)I've learn to always join bounties that are already listed and trading with good volume and mind you these bounties always have low bounty rewards like 75k to 100k but there is high assurance of selling your tokens if you wish to ,not keeping coins that will never see the light of the days again ,I mean tokens that will never get listed
Participating in such bounty companies does not earn a lot of money
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in anonymous cryptocurrencies on: June 02, 2019, 11:49:57 AM
Began to invest in inexpensive anonymous cryptocurrency: deeponion. I try to buy it while the price is quite low. But the question arises whether she will rise in price as a monero? Or maybe it is worth looking at other anonymous cryptocurrencies? Now the demand for anonymous cryptocurrency is growing, but why only for monero? I want to hear the opinion of every investor.
I think people invest in monero because it's one of the first anonymous coins. This is very similar to the situation with bitcoin.
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you buying? on: June 02, 2019, 11:03:59 AM
I see crypto is recovering - ICO, listings, the use of the blockchain at the level of big players and entire states. For example, I saw a few days ago news about the listing of SNTR on KuCoin.  https://www.kucoin.com/news/en-silent-notary-sntr-gets-listed-on-kucoin
I found more details about it - SilentNotary is preparing to release its own blockchain, also wallet and apps. There are rumors about the first big customers (one of the founders tweeted). So, I'm sure that it will be higher soon.
The main thing that these statements were not empty words)

And what about your coins? What are you buying now?
The last ICO I invested in was MOBU.
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't be too quick to judge ICOs on: June 02, 2019, 10:56:03 AM
I personally do not believe this statistics that 99% of ICOs are scam, because some ICOs fail do not mean they are all scam.
Even if the percentage of fraudulent projects is 80-90% - it is still very much.

I usually tell people that starting an ICO is like starting a new business, it might succeed immediately, it might fail presently but have a great future and it might fail totally beyond redemption. So because a project is failing to perform presently or fail totally do not mean it is a scam. Don't get me wrong here, I never said there are no scam projects but the rate is not as high as alleged. Judging a project based on its first few years is wrong, give it time to realize its potentials.
I agree with you. I think that this negative is caused by the fact that people are not ready to wait for a long time, they want to immediately get a big profit.
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Static Currency - Five Years? on: June 02, 2019, 10:45:32 AM
Are you willing to invest USD10,000 or more in a currency which seems to be static at the moment and keep it for 5 years or longer?

You hope that, after 5 years or longer, the price of the currency will go very high.

Are you patient enough? Or could you sell the currency for other currencies when you see that the currency shows no progress after one or two years?
I would not be able to keep the coin for 5 years, because the market is changing very quickly if the project did not show itself in 2 years, then I would get rid of the coins.
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy bitcoin now?? Or I'm too late?? on: June 01, 2019, 10:27:31 PM
Crypto market in general is heading to 200 billion USD I think we're getting very close to what we all call a bull run
Will such Topics ever end? Grin  Even if Bitcoin will cost 20,000$, it will not be too late to buy it, because in the future it may cost 100,000$, so you are not late with the purchase.
150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: when are we going to see ALtcoins do 50% profit in a day. on: June 01, 2019, 10:01:34 PM
bitcoin has been on the bull run currently.it looks like the glorious days are back but how long will it last. when are we seeing the bulls on the altcoins just like it is happening on bitcoin. i believed that people make more money on altcoins than bitcoins.
I think this will happen later when the media will begin to write not only about bitcoin, but also about altcoins.
151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hack any wallet? on: June 01, 2019, 09:40:40 PM
So there are 12 words chosen from thousands to recover any wallet.

If you iterate through random word combinations you will eventually generate a wallet that exists, correct?

I know the number of combinations is astronomical. But in theory if you keep generating random phrases, you might eventually stumble upon a wallet holding millions?

At this point in time, this is exactly unrealistic, but I think in the future there will be computers that can quickly pick up the words and hack wallets.
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Never buy too much coins because you would eventually forgot gosh on: June 01, 2019, 09:28:24 PM
So, as you guys know, most coins will do swap when they perform blockchain upgrades or changing the coins to to a new coin

I just forgot about one of my coins and the swap was ended in the 31st of December
and guess what?

I just lost 0.3 btc because of it
God damn this is so painful

Been holding the coins since 2 year ago in the ICO stage
Never make such mistake guys remember
I'm sorry you lost the money. I did not get into such situations, the developers always sent me new coins.
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are investors realizing that IEO is a silent scam? on: May 26, 2019, 08:14:57 AM
It has been going three days Bittrex has launched IEO for "ocean" coin. But seems still now 17% remain of IEO token. Last IEO was closed within few seconds. Wondering why still not sold out current IEO on Bittrex. Are investors realizing that IEO is silent scam? Because on last IEO on Bittrex lots of investor's got REKT. Perhaps that's why investors worried about their funds.

What do you think? There is any other reason?
Perhaps the previous IEO brought investors little profit or even loss and therefore they do not want to invest money in the new IEO, which is organized by the Bittrex exchange.
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Confirmed! PayPal Joined Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Business on: May 26, 2019, 08:03:09 AM
The Blockchain and Cryptocurrency world is expanding on daily basis, we have see JP Morgan, Fidelity and even rumors of facebook, and now it is PayPal becoming part of the technology.
"We have teams clearly working on blockchain and cryptocurrency" This was said by PayPal CFO in an interview.

source: https://www.cryptoinformers.info/news/128-we-are-working-on-blockchain-and-cryptocurrency-paypal

This will mean a lot to crypto world.
PayPal even now can not realize the normal operation of the service. (who uses it for a long time, will understand me), I'm afraid to imagine how they implement the function with cryptocurrency.
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty may be an income medium for unemployed youth. on: May 26, 2019, 06:36:03 AM
Smiley I think many unemployed youth working in Bounty at the present time are using their free time to earn income.
 What is your valuable opinion?
It used to be so, but now it is impossible to earn in bounty every month. Even if you earn something, it will be a very small amount, which is not enough to ensure their lives.
156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Brave to integrate Tipping function for Twitter on: May 26, 2019, 06:24:47 AM
It is a good news for Twitter actives and BAT holder as Brave is testing its tipping function to social media platform twitter.  It was stated last May 23, that the developer of Brave is going to test it on their nightly vision.
Blockchain Browser Brave Tests Crypto Tips for Twitter Users

I believe this is one good step by Brave to be able to entice the users to shift to Brave browser and further promote Basic Attention Token's utility. Brave had been a medium to be able to tip our favorite website with BAT.
It is also  good browser probably much lighter and faster than google chrome.  If you are hesitant on using this browser you can  read this reviews:

https://zerocrypted.com/brave-browser-review-2019-what-makes-brave-browser-special/
https://www.theverge.com/2019/3/4/18249623/brave-browser-choice-chrome-vivaldi-replacement-chromium
https://www.reddit.com/r/BATProject/comments/7x9x74/i_used_brave_browser_for_4_months_and_this_is/

Brave has a good concept for how advertisement should work on the internet but the only thing that are keeping themselves down is the quality of the browser. The browsing experience in brave is very poor compared to chrome or other popular browsers.
I think this is because the browser is new and it needs to be improved. If the project continues to develop, the browser will become more user-friendly.
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What does exchanges do differently for IEO? on: May 25, 2019, 09:17:35 PM
I know that there has been hype all over the forum on IEO projects and we trust them because they are being guaranteed by exchanges, most especially top exchanges. Now the question is, what does exchanges do differently that makes them certify that a project is not a scam project and have a reliable team or that the project will stand the test of time?
I heard that the exchanges hold part of the funds raised, so if the IEO project is fraudulent, they will not be able to hide with all the money. Also, exchanges have large resources and can carefully check the project.
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best IEOs and IEO bounties on: May 25, 2019, 09:05:33 PM
Hi all, what do you think are some of the best IEOs coming up and are there any good IEO bounties? Not a bounty but I did make a nice $60 on trias airdrop
I've seen good IEO bounties but they involve a lot of people and they pay very little so I don't participate in them.
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: would you invest in IEO instead of ICO projects? on: May 25, 2019, 08:47:33 PM
IEOs are now trending. Majority are abandoning ICOs for IEO project. is really worth it, are you also going to abandon ICO for IEO?
I'm not going to give up the ICO, I invest in something that is currently profitable. If the ICO will again make a profit, then I will invest my money in them.
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your favorite privacy coin? on: May 25, 2019, 08:37:43 PM
I am interested to see what people are actually saying about Privacycoins. Not specifically talking about their value but the project itself

Privacy coins are the real deal and are going to be more and more popular. People will soon learn it by the hard way. Grin
Several coins are focusing on privacy these days and will be in the Top 30 when people will figure how they really need it.

Two projects I like and follow currently:

Zencash
Quote
ZenCash is the most resilient and censorship resistant privacy cryptocurrency blockchain and privacy coin. Our users can perform both private and anonymous, untraceable transactions. Powered by our Secure Nodes technology, our network traffic cannot be recognized and therefore cannot be blocked.
https://zencash.com/

What I like about Zencash is the fact this cryptocurrency is more than a crypto (ZenChat, ZenMedia,Zencash,Zenhide) and the community is awesome and helpful

Cloakcoin
Quote
Cloak provides a fast, fully private, secure, untraceable and user friendly transaction system with guaranteed fungibilty operating 100% decentralized on low-cost consumer hardware with very little energy consumption
What I like about Cloak is the team motivation, since 2014 the coin is still alive and the team keep to have the same motivation,

Verge
=>LOL and on the top of that I find the community pretty arrogant, the only strong point is their communication, but that doesn't fulfill what people are looking

Monero
Old school (with security flaws?)
I have two favorite anonymous coins: monero and ZCash. These coins have received approval from many reputable people, so I trust them
